【摘要】 <正> 1972年6月下旬,湖北省沙市市胜利鱼场一口 4亩多的鱼池,饲养的2—3厘米的草鱼发生大批死亡,通过反复详细镜检,最后确定系由刺棘虫引起,过去未见过因棘头虫寄生引起的严重病例,这次是首次发现。 从患病草鱼肠道中我们检得较多雌、雄棘头虫标本,经鉴定属于四旋棘科(Quadrigyri-dae)刺棘属(Acanthosentis)的一新种,定名为沙市刺棘虫 Acanthosentis shashiensis sp.nov.。 现将新种的描述及其病例治疗方法报告于后。更多还原

【Abstract】 1. The present paper records a new acanthocephalan, Acanthosentis shashiensis sp. nov. from the intestine of Ctenopharyngodon idellus (Cuv.& Val.) in Shashi during 1972.Specifie diagnosis: Body small, curved ventrad. Whole body covered with 30-43 circles of spines, about 20 circles closely set anteriorly, the posterior circles irregularly set and spines of the posterior circles less than those of the anterior circles, but the last 1-2 rows of the spines of posterior cireles are regularly set and clear. Direction of spines on the last few rows is usually contrary to that of spines on the anterior rows. Dorsal side of the body wall with 4-6 (usually 6) and the ventral side with 2 giant nuclei. Proboscis short, armed with three rows of six hooks each. Lemnisei much longer than double proboscis sheath, probably reaching the middle of body.Male: Body 760.5-1266.1μ long by 117.6-266.5μ wide. Proboscis 70.4-128.5μ by 60-92μ in size. Tips of hooks of the terminal circle measuring 45.2-57.6μ long; those of the middle circle 33.3-43.2μ long; those of the basal circle 23.8-33.6μ long. Proboscis sheath 104.7-233.6μ by 47.6-96μ in size. Lemnisei 304.6-571.2μ by 14.2-38μ in size. Testes oval in shape, anterior testis 42.8-147.5μ by 38-133.2μ, posterior testis 42.8-147.5μ by 38-133.2μin size.Female: Body 999.6-2218.1μ long by 122.4-299μ wide. Proboscis 103.5-142.8μby 66.6-102.4μ in size. Tips of hooks of terminal circle measuring 40.8-70.4μ long; those of the middle circle 35.2-57.6μ long; those of the basal circle 22.4-35.2μ long. Proboscis sheath 132-268.8μ by 64.8-115μ in size. Lemnisei 336.6-809.2μu by 11.5-34.5μ in size. Ovarian balls 19-33.3μ by 19-28.5μ in size.Holotype and paratypes are deposited in the Yangtze-Kiang Fisheries Institute.2.
