中国旅游演艺的传播生态研究

【摘要】 旅游演艺作为一种艺术表演活动,是一种客观存在的艺术传播现象。与常规的艺术表演活动相比,旅游演艺在演出场所和受众构成上都较具指向性和较具特色,其经营模式和传播体系都有别于常规的艺术表演活动。在旅游演艺传播中,庞大的旅游者群体介入了传播体系。这样的介入绝不仅仅是为表演艺术增添了新的传播渠道或是传播受众数量上的变化,更是艺术传播体系的重要变革。在旅游演艺传播体系中,传播环境、传播主体、传播内容和传播媒介等要素都独具特点,各传播要素之间相互关联并相互作用,所有的传播活动都发生于一定的传播环境中,所有的传播要素组成一个类似于生态系统的复杂结构。为了探寻旅游演艺传播生态的规律,发现和解决其中存在的问题,文章着力于将生态系统的思维植入旅游演艺传播的研究,在剖析旅游演艺发展历程和传播动因的基础上,对旅游演艺传播的外部生态环境和内部生态系统进行分模块探究,对旅游演艺传播生态系统的综合效应及其优化进行深入探讨,并讨论如何基于时空维度的协同进一步优化旅游演艺传播生态。首先是关于旅游演艺传播的外部生态环境。文章基于类似自然生态领域的视角将旅游演艺传播的外部生态环境分为大环境和小环境两大模块。大环境以PEST模型为基础框架,认为旅游演艺传播所涉及的大环境主要包括政治、经济、社会、文化、科技和自然六大环境要素。小环境主要指向与旅游演艺传播紧密关联的文化与旅游产业的发展状况。所有的环境要素都不是孤立存在的,是一系列相互关联、相互制约、相互促进的有机集合体。大环境是小环境的发生和发展环境,小环境又会反作用于大环境,大环境和小环境共同作用于旅游演艺传播活动。其次是关于旅游演艺传播的内部生态系统。旅游演艺传播内部生态系统的基本构成要素包括艺术传播者、艺术信息、艺术媒介、艺术受传者和艺术反馈信息等。每一个构成要素都是旅游演艺传播过程不可或缺的组成部分,它们环环相扣,相互依存,共同促成完整的动态循环的旅游演艺传播活动。文章剖析了旅游演艺传播内部生态系统的要素构成和生态关系,以“编码与解码”理论作为切入点探讨了旅游演艺传播的内部运行机制,并以扎根理论为研究路径,从原始语句中逐步抽象出初始概念、范畴和主范畴,构建出旅游演艺受传者感知维度的理论模型。最后是关于旅游演艺传播的生态效应及时空协同优化。旅游演艺传播生态系统是内部生态系统与外部生态环境相互作用的动态平衡系统。一方面,旅游演艺传播的内部生态系统是在一定的外部生态环境下运行;另一方面,传播生态系统内部机制的运行也会反作用于原本的外部生态环境。文章运用自然生态系统的思维去辨析旅游演艺传播生态系统在经济、文化、社会等方面所产生的综合效应以及如何优化这些效应,并基于传播时空协同的角度提出通过时空选择、时空适应和时空拓展等路径来促进整个旅游演艺传播生态系统的优化。此外,面对当前新冠疫情控制中的“限制人群移动”特征和旅游业的“人群移动”特征之间的矛盾,以网络直播模式为例,对于依托现代媒介技术进行跨时空传播以削弱或缓和当前矛盾的路径进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 As a kind of artistic performance activity,tourism performing arts is an objective phenomenon of art dissemination.Compared with the regular types of performing arts,tourism performing arts is a kind of artistic performance activities that are more directional and distinctive in terms of performance venues and audience composition.Additionally,its business model and communication system are different from the regular artistic performance activity as well.For the tourism performing arts,a large number of tourists are involved in the art dissemination system.Such intervention is not only an addition of a new communication channel for the performing arts,or a change in the number of communication audiences,but also an important reform of the art dissemination system.In the dissemination system of tourism performing arts,the environment,subject,content and media have unique characteristics.All communication elements are interrelated,all communication activities take place in a certain communication environment,and all communication elements form a complex structure similar to the ecosystem.Drawing on ecosystem theory,this study explored the laws of tourism performance communication ecology by verifying the development process and communication motivation of tourism performing arts.This study also deeply explored the external ecological environment and internal ecological system of tourism performance communication,and the comprehensive effect and optimization of tourism performance communication ecology.The optimization based on the time and space dimension of the tourism performing arts communication ecology was also discussed.The first is about the external ecological environment.From the perspective of similar natural ecological field,this study divides the external ecological environment of tourism performance communication into two modules:the macro-environment and micro-environment.Based on the framework of PEST model,it is considered that the macro-environment involved in tourism performance communication mainly includes six environmental elements:politics,economy,society,culture,science and technology and nature.The micro-environment mainly refers to the development of cultural and tourism industries closely related to the tourism performance communication.All the environmental elements are not isolated but a series of interrelated,mutual restriction,mutual promotion of the organic collection.The macro-environment is the occurrence and development environment of the micro-environment,and the micro-environment will react on the macro-environment.The macro-environment and micro-environment jointly act on the tourism performance communication.The second is about the internal ecological system.The basic elements of the internal ecological system of tourism performance communication include tourism performance communicators,art information,art media,tourism performance receivers and art feedback information.Each element is an indispensable link in the process of tourism performance communication.They are closely linked and interdependent,and jointly promote a complete dynamic cycle of tourism performance communication activities.This study analyzes the elements and ecological relationship of the internal ecological system of tourism performance communication,and discusses the internal operation mechanism of tourism performance communication based on the theory of "coding and decoding",which taking the grounded theory as the research path to gradually abstract the initial concept,category and main category from the original sentence,constructs the theoretical model of the receiver’s perception dimension.Finally,it is about the comprehensive effects and optimization of communication ecology.The communication ecosystem of tourism performing arts is a dynamic equilibrium system of interaction in which the internal ecosystem and the external ecological environment interact.On the one hand,the internal ecosystem of tourism performing arts operates under a certain external ecological environment.On the other hand,the operation of the internal mechanism of tourism performance communication ecosystem also reacts on the original environment.This study applies the theory of natural ecosystem to analyze the comprehensive effects of tourism performance communication system in economy,culture,society and so on.From the perspective of space-time,such as space-time selection,space-time adaptation and space-time expansion,this study also try to promote the optimization of the entire tourism performance communication ecosystem.In addition,in the face of the contradiction between the characteristics of"restricted crowd movement" in COVID-19 control and the "crowd movement"characteristics of tourism,taking the webcast mode as an example,the way to weaken or ease the current contradiction based on modern media technology is discussed.
