【摘要】 认识时代主题在任何时候都是一个重大课题。正确认识和判定时代主题,是中国共产党制定方针政策路线的基本依据,是中国共产党领导革命、建设、改革不断取得胜利的重要经验,也是中国共产党不断发展壮大的重要原因。百年来,中国共产党高度重视对时代主题的认识,形成了关于时代主题的一系列科学看法和观点,并构成了一个完整的理论体系,是为中国共产党时代主题观。中国共产党时代主题观的形成和发展,是马克思主义时代理论指导下的理论创新和实践创新。马克思主义时代理论为中国共产党认识时代主题提供了基本的理论框架和方法原则,尤其是列宁、斯大林和共产国际对“战争与革命”时代主题的认识,成为中国共产党时代主题观直接的理论源头。中国共产党时代主题观历经百年发展,形成了两大脉络,一是对世界时代主题的认识,一是对国内时代主题的认识。中国共产党时代主题观,不仅仅是提炼各个历史阶段的时代主题,而是关于时代主题本身的理论构造,其科学内涵包含本体论、认识论、实践论、方法论四个部分,本体论澄清“是什么”,认识论反映“怎么看”,实践论诠释“用在哪”,方法论展示“用何法”。就本体论而言,中国共产党的时代主题观,源自于对时代特征、时代主要矛盾、时代任务的抽象与升华;在认识论层面,中国共产党时代主题观认为时代主题具有转换性、层次性、相对性、联动性;而在实践论层面,时代主题关系党的路线的确立、对外政策的制定以及国家战略的擘画;至于方法论的运用,主要有世界眼光与中国视角相结合、历史考察与趋势研判相结合、矛盾分析与任务分析相结合、系统分析与具体分析相结合。中国共产党时代主题观的演进,以历史唯物主义世界观和方法论为指导,以加强党的自身建设为保障,以理论创新为先导,以把握历史方位和发展阶段为主线,以推动党和国家事业发展为价值旨归,展现规律性。中国共产党时代主题观具有实践性、科学性、开放性、调适性的鲜明特征。中国共产党时代主题观的重大理论价值表现在,发展了马克思主义时代理论,推动了马克思主义中国化理论的创新发展,彰显了中国共产党时代观的特色和亮点;其重大实践价值体现为,为准确把握时代大势提供理论依据,为走好中国式现代化道路提供理论支撑,为推进人类文明进步事业贡献理论智慧。论文以世界时代主题和国内时代主题为内容原点,以中国共产党时代主题观的发展历程为基本参照,横向剖析中国共产党时代主题观的理论内涵,纵向揭示中国共产党时代主题观的演进规律,并阐明其特征与价值,尝试呈现中国共产党时代主题观的全景。中国共产党时代主题观,是中国共产党人运用马克思主义时代理论分析和观察国内外大势并不断进行理论创新的结晶。深入研究中国共产党时代主题观,具有突出的理论意义和现实意义。只有正确认识和判定时代主题,才能把握时代大势,顺应时代潮流,引领时代发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recognizing the themes of the times is a major issue at all times.Correctly understanding and judging the theme of the times is the basic basis for the CPC to formulate its policies and lines,it is an important experience for the CPC to lead the revolution,construction and reform to achieve continuous success,and it is also an important reason for the continuous development and growth of the CPC.Over the past century,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the understanding of the theme of the times,and has formed a series of scientific views and viewpoints on the theme of the times,and formed a complete theoretical system,which is the theme of the times for the Communist Party of China.The formation and development of the theme view of the Communist Party of China era is a theoretical innovation and a practical innovation under the guidance of the theory of the Marxist era.The Marxist Theory of the Times provides the basic theoretical framework and methodological principles for the Communist Party of China to understand the theme of the times.In particular,Lenin,Stalin and the Comintern’s understanding of the theme of the "war and revolution" has become the direct theoretical source of the Communist Party of China’s view of the theme of the times.After a century of development,the Communist Party of China’s concept of the era of the times has formed two major contexts,one is the understanding of the theme of the world era,and the other is the understanding of the theme of the domestic era.The Communist Party of China’s view of the theme of the era is not only a refinement of the theme of the era in various historical stages,but a theoretical structure about the theme of the era itself.Its scientific connotation includes four parts: ontology,epistemology,practice theory,and methodology.Ontology clarifies "what is ",epistemology reflects "how to look",practice theory interprets "where to use",and methodology shows "how to use".In terms of ontology,the Communist Party of China’s thematic view of the times originates from the abstraction and sublimation of the characteristics of the times,the main contradictions of the times,and the tasks of the times;at the epistemological level,the Communist Party of China’s thematic view of the times believes that the theme of the times is transformative,hierarchical,and Relativity and linkage;at the level of practice theory,the theme of the times is related to the establishment of the party’s line,the formulation of foreign policy,and the drawing of national strategies;as for the application of methodology,there are mainly the combination of world vision and Chinese perspective,historical investigation and The combination of trend research and judgment,the combination of contradiction analysis and task analysis,and the combination of systematic analysis and specific analysis.The evolution of the theme view of the Communist Party of China in the era is guided by the world outlook and methodology of historical materialism,guaranteed by strengthening the party’s own construction,guided by theoretical innovation,grasped the historical orientation and development stage as the main line,and promoted the development of the party and the country.For the purpose of value,show regularity.The thematic view of the Communist Party of China has the distinctive features of practicality,science,openness and adaptability.The major theoretical value of the Communist Party of China’s view of the times is that it has developed
