中共顺直省委研究

【摘要】 1927年8月正式成立的中共顺直省委,是大革命失败后中共中央在北方的领导机关,也是党领导北方各地工作的中心。“顺直”即顺天府和直隶省的简称,北京曾名顺天府,河北省曾名直隶省。在中国共产党的历史上,顺直省委都具有重要作用。论文的研究对象就是这一组织机构——中共顺直省委。本文围绕其历史背景、历史活动、历史作用等内容,予以研究与梳理,正文共分为五章。第一章的内容研究中共顺直省委建立与沿革的相关问题。一是从国共分裂与国民大革命失败、紧急形势下的中国共产党、白色恐怖下北方革命陷入低潮等方面研究顺直省委成立的历史背景;二是从机关建立,内设机构的设立与健全及其领导人员的更迭等方面考察了这一组织机构的历史沿革。第二章的内容研究中共顺直省委的工作开展情况。顺直省委遵照中共中央指示,结合实际情况,艰苦卓绝地开展工作。第一,努力开展组织工作。通过联系和建立、整顿和改造北方各地党组织,与指导和巡视北方各地党的工作,并积极发展党员。第二,积极开展宣传工作。通过在人民群众中树立中共形象、揭示反革命势力的真实面目等,在人民群众中加强鼓动,为开展群众运动做准备。再者,通过教育训练,强化党内同志的思想锻炼,努力提高思想认识,发挥党在群众中的领导作用。第三,积极推动群众运动。通过中共的不懈努力,在北方开展了工人运动、农民运动以及工农学妇等联合运动,努力维护人民群众的利益。第四,组织武装斗争。在中共顺直省委的领导下,虽然面对反革命势力的压迫,但是党在开展群众运动的同时,加强武装力量,进行武装训练,积极开展武装斗争,打击反革命势力。第三章的内容研究中共顺直省委所存在期间存在的问题及原因。中共顺直省委成立在土地革命战争时期的早期,因大革命的失败,中国共产党的发展面临很多困难,在不断地探索符合国情的革命道路中前进。在这一历史背景下,顺直省委本身在开展革命工作中,受到非无产阶级意识的影响,以及存在党内同志认识不全面等问题,遇到很大的困难,党的革命事业遭到一定程度的破坏。此章立足于这些问题,结合历史环境,具体分析这些问题在组织上和思想上等方面所产生的原因,探究顺直省委的艰难发展历程,体现党的发展的艰辛与不易。第四章的内容研究中共中央对顺直省委问题的解决历程。为了处理中共顺直省委所存在的问题,更好地推进党的工作的开展,中共中央先后派出多位巡视员,组织、参加省委工作,以期有效解决顺直省委的问题,使顺直省委充分发挥领导作用。这一部分围绕巡视员在顺直省委的工作历程,分析中央对于顺直问题的解决过程。最终通过巡视员的不懈工作和努力,省委问题得到有效解决,为省委开展工作创造了重要的前提。第五章的内容研究中共顺直省委的历史评价。基于以上章节的阐述,这一部分从宏观上把握中共顺直省委的历史作用和历史启示。中共顺直省委成立于党的危难时期,肩负党在北方发展的历史重任,通过一系列革命工作的开展,点亮了党在北方革命事业的星火,巩固了党的力量。同时,通过梳理中共顺直省委在工作期间所形成的经验与教训,总结出其对继续开展党的工作的历史启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CPC Shunzhi provincial Party committee,officially established in August 1927,is the leading organ of the CPC Central Committee in the north after the failure of the great revolution,and it is also the center of the party’s leadership over the work in the north."Shunzhi" is the abbreviation of shuntianfu and Zhili Province.Beijing was once called shuntianfu and Hebei Province was once called Zhili Province.In the history of the Communist Party of China,Shunzhi provincial Party committee has played an important role.The research object of this subject is this organizationthe Shunzhi provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China.This paper studies and combs its historical background,historical activities and historical role.The text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter studies the establishment and evolution of the CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee.First,study the historical background of the establishment of Shunzhi provincial Party committee from the aspects of the division of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China and the failure of the national revolution,the Communist Party of China under the emergency situation,and the low tide of the northern revolution under the white terror;Second,it examines the historical evolution of this organization from the aspects of the establishment of organs,the establishment and perfection of internal institutions and the change of leaders.The second chapter studies the work of the CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee.According to the instructions of the CPC Central Committee and in combination with the actual situation,the Shunzhi provincial Party committee carried out hard work.First,strive to carry out organizational work.By contacting and establishing,rectifying and reforming Party organizations in all parts of the north,guide and inspect the party’s work in all parts of the north,and actively recruit Party members.Second,actively carry out publicity work.By establishing the image of the Communist Party of China among the people and revealing the true face of the counter revolutionary forces,we should strengthen agitation among the people and prepare for the mass movement.Moreover,through education and training,we should strengthen the ideological training of comrades within the party,strive to improve their ideological understanding and give play to the party’s leading role among the masses.Third,actively promote the mass movement.Through the unremitting efforts of the Communist Party of China,the workers’ movement,the farmers’ movement and the joint movement of workers,peasants,students and women have been carried out in the north,trying to safeguard the interests of the people.Fourth,organize armed struggle.Under the leadership of the Shunzhi provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China,despite the oppression of the counter revolutionary forces,while carrying out the mass movement,the party strengthened the armed forces,carried out armed training,actively carried out armed struggle and cracked down on the counter revolutionary forces.The third chapter studies the problems and reasons during the existence of the CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee.The CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee was established in the early period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War.Due to the failure of the great revolution,the development of the Communist Party of China was faced with many difficulties,and it continued to explore the revolutionary road in line with the national conditions.Under this historical background,the Shunzhi provincial Party committee itself encountered great difficulties and the party’s revolutionary cause was destroyed to a certain extent due to the influence of non proletarian consciousness and the incomplete understanding of Party comrades.This chapter is based on these problems,combined with the historical environment,specifically analyzes the causes of these problems in organizational and ideological aspects,explores the difficult development process of the Shunzhi provincial Party committee,and reflects the hardships and difficulties of the party’s development.The fourth chapter studies the process of the CPC Central Committee’s solving the problems of the Shunzhi provincial Party committee.In order to deal with the problems existing in the provincial Party Committee directly under the CPC and better promote the development of the party’s work,the CPC Central Committee has successively sent a number of inspectors to organize and participate in the work of the provincial Party committee,with a view to effectively solving the problems of the provincial Party Committee directly under the CPC,so that the provincial Party Committee directly under the CPC can give full play to its leadership role.This part focuses on the inspector’s work history in the provincial Party committee of Shunzhi,and analyzes the central government’s process of solving Shunzhi problems.Finally,through the tireless work and efforts of the inspectors,the problems of the provincial Party committee were effectively solved,creating an important premise for the provincial Party committee to carry out its work.The fifth chapter studies the historical evaluation of the CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee.Based on the above chapters,this part grasps the historical role and historical enlightenment of the CPC Shunzhi Provincial Committee from a macro perspective.The Shunzhi provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of’ China was established in the critical period of the party,shouldering the historical responsibility of the party’s development in the north.Through the development of a series of revolutionary work,it lit the spark of the party’s revolutionary cause in the north and consolidated the party’s strength.At the same time,by combing the experience and lessons formed by the provincial Party Committee directly under the CPC during its work,this paper summarizes its historical enlightenment for continuing the party’s work.更多还原
