【摘要】 党的十八大以来,相关部门陆续出台了一系列旨在指导高校育人实践的法规政策和指导意见,为高校精准把握育人要求、打通“三全育人”最后一公里提供了科学的指导。在政策指导和实践探索中,高校逐渐掌握了“三全育人”的内涵,并以其为指导开展思想政治教育工作。然而,相关实践表明,高校在新时代“三全育人”实践方面仍然存在诸如资源分散、行动不统一等问题,影响下育人行动的有效、有序开展。基于此,高校有必要对新时代“三全育人”问题进行针对性的分析研究,在把握“三全育人”规律的基础上,结合育人实际,科学性地开展“三全育人”实践。本文采用归纳总结法、文献研究法、理论和实践结合法等方法,分六部分对新时代高校“三全育人”理论与实践进行了研究。第一部分为绪论,主要对高校“三全育人”理论与实践研究提出的背景、研究的意义,国内外相关研究现状,研究思路、研究方法、研究创新点,以及研究的不足等相关情况进行了介绍,明确文章研究的出发点。第二部分为新时代高校“三全育人”基本理论概述,着重对新时代高校“三全育人”的提出背景、内涵及特征、理论依据,以及现实意义等理论性内容进行了概述,论证了研究的合理性和必要性。第三部分为新时代高校“三全育人”的核心要求,主要结合新时代高校育人的环境形势、目标任务等情况,将新时代高校进行“全员育人”的核心要求明确为齐抓共管的“组织性育人”、专兼贯通的“全职性育人”、整体联动的“协同性育人”,将“全程育人”的核心要求概括为“从课堂到课后”的全程育人、“从学习到生活”的全程育人、“从入学到毕业”的全程育人、“从学业到就业”的全程育人,将“全方位育人”的核心要求概括为课程育人、科研育人、文化育人、网络育人、管理育人、服务育人、资助育人、组织育人,构建了高校“三全育人”核心要求框架。第四部分为新时代高校“三全育人”实践中存在的问题,主要提取了新时代高校在“三全育人”实践中表现出的比较典型的问题,包括“全员育人”的“孤岛化”问题、“全程育人”的“中梗阻”问题、“全方位育人”的“两张皮”问题。第五部分为新时代高校“三全育人”实践的科学策略,主要结合第四部分明确的问题,提出了具体的策略建议,即“点位锁定”“重心转变”“规律统筹”。第六部分为新时代高校“三全育人”实践的保障措施,结合育人工作的开展实际,提出包括加强高校“三全育人”的顶层设计、推进高校“三全育人”的队伍建设、提升高校“三全育人”的联动效能、完善高校“三全育人”保障机制在内的四点保障性措施,为高校营造良好的“三全育人”实践生态提供相关的内容参考。综合来看,本文从理论与实践角度对新时代高校“三全育人”理论与实践进行了研究,得出了“三全育人”符合当前以及未来国家和社会发展对人才的基本诉求。同时,文章研究也为高校开展新时代思想政治教育体系构建和育人实践提供了重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,relevant departments have successively issued a series of regulations,policies and guiding opinions aimed at guiding the practice of education in colleges and universities,providing scientific guidance for colleges and universities to accurately grasp the requirements of education and get through the last mile of "three comprehensive education".guide.In policy guidance and practical exploration,colleges and universities have gradually grasped the connotation of "three comprehensive education",and carried out ideological and political education work under the guidance of it.However,relevant practice shows that there are still problems such as scattered resources and inconsistent actions in colleges and universities in the practice of "three comprehensive education" in the new era,which affects the effective and orderly development of education activities.Based on this,it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out targeted analysis and research on the issue of "three comprehensive education" in the new era."practice.This paper adopts the methods of inductive summary,literature research,theory and practice combination and other methods to study the theory and practice of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities in the new era in six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the theoretical and practical research on "Three Complete Education" in colleges and universities,the current status of relevant research at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods,research innovations,and research deficiencies and other related situations.The introduction and the starting point of the research of the article are clear.The second part is an overview of the basic theory of "Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities in the new era.The rationality and necessity of the research are demonstrated.The third part is the core requirements of the "three comprehensive education" of colleges and universities in the new era.It mainly combines the environmental situation,goals and tasks of colleges and universities in the new era to clarify the core requirements of "all-staff education" in colleges and universities in the new era.Grasp the "organizational education" of co-management,the "full-time education" of specialization and integration,and the "collaborative education" of overall linkage,and summarize the core requirements of "full education" as "from classroom to after-school".Whole-process education,whole-course education from "study to life",whole-course education from "enrollment to graduation",and whole-course education from "study to employment",summarizes the core requirements of "all-round education" into the curriculum Education,scientific research,cultural education,network education,management education,service education,funding education,and organization education have established the core requirement framework for the "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities.The fourth part is about the problems existing in the practice of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities in the new era.The problem of "islanding",the "medium obstruction" problem of "full education",and the "two skins" problem of "all-round education".The fifth part is the scientific strategy for the practice of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities in the new era.It mainly combines the problems identified in the fourth part,and puts forward specific strategic suggestions,namely "point locking","center of gravity change" and "rule coordination".The sixth part is the guarantee measures for the practice of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities in the new era.Combined with the actual development of education work,it proposes to strengthen the top-level design of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities,and promote the team of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities.Constructing and enhancing the linkage efficiency of "Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities,and improving the guarantee mechanism of "Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities,including four safeguard measures,provide relevant content for colleges and universities to create a good "Three Comprehensive Education" practice ecology refer to.On the whole,this paper studies the theory and practice of "three comprehensive education" in colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of theory and practice,and concludes that "three comprehensive education" is in line with
