【摘要】 在信息化、市场化、城镇化和全球化不断加速的今天,及时把握我国民族地区语言生活变化,了解当下语言关系和语言功能,对语言保护与发展有着重要的影响。本文以锡林郭勒盟蒙古族语言生活为调查内容,选择锡林浩特、苏尼特右旗、东乌珠穆沁旗、正蓝旗和多伦县作为调查点,综合运用文献调查法、问卷调查法、访谈法和实地观察法,以蒙古族普通居民和蒙古族公务人员为调查对象,搜集锡林郭勒盟蒙古族语言生活状况方面的第一手材料。在此基础上,对该地区蒙古族日常生活领域、行政领域、语言景观中的语言生活状况进行了描述和分析,总结和梳理语言使用特点及存在的问题,分析其影响因素,并提出了具有可操作性的对策建议。本文由六个部分组成。“绪论”部分主要介绍研究缘起、研究意义、研究现状、研究内容、研究设计和研究方法等;“第一章”从历史沿革、行政区划、地理交通、人口分布、文化传播、生产方式和学校教育以及语言文字管理等方面介绍了锡林郭勒盟地区的人文社会背景和语言生活环境;“第二章”为日常生活领域部分,主要探讨了被试的语言习得、语言学习环境、语言学习途径、语言能力、家庭和社区语言环境、语言文字使用现状、媒体语言接触方面的语言文字选择和语言态度等状况,并从被试的年龄、职业、受教育程度、居住方式和居住环境等方面进行描述分析,总结了该领域语言生活特点和语言使用影响因素;“第三章”为行政领域部分,从公务人员公务活动语言文字使用、行政单位内部语言文字使用、政策和法律宣传语言文字使用、政务大厅语言服务、行政翻译队伍建设和公务人员招聘录用、提拔使用、培训提高等方面描述了锡林郭勒盟行政领域的语言生活状况,并从城乡差异和地区差异进行对比分析,同时归纳了该领域语言使用特点和存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议;“第四章”为语言景观部分,主要以行政单位、事业单位和企业单位语言标牌等官方标牌和个体商户招牌等私人标牌为样本,从语言景观语码选择、语码组合、语码排列和语码大小以及语言景观内容进行分析,总结其特点和存在的问题,提出合理化建议;“总结与余论”部分,在数据描述分析和综合研究的基础上概括了锡林郭勒盟蒙古族语言生活现状,分析语言使用现状的积极因素和消极因素,并从语言规划、语言资源、语言关系等方面进行了归纳和思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous acceleration of informatization and urbanization,it has an important impact on language protection and development to timely grasping the changes of language life in ethnic areas and understanding the current language relations and language functions.Taking the Mongolian language life in Xilingol League as the main investigation content,this paper selects Xilinhot,Sonid Left Banner,East Ujimqin banner,Zhenglan Banner and Duolun County as the investigation points,comprehensively uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview and field observation,and takes the Mongols of urban residents as well as civil servants as the investigation objects,obtain the first-hand materials of Mongolian language life in Xilingol League.On this basis,this paper describes and analyzes the filed of daily life and filed of administrative’s language life of Mongolian people and language landscape of Xilingol League,summarizes and combs the characteristics and existing problems of language use,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward operable countermeasures and suggestions.This paper consists of six parts.The introduction mainly introduces the research causes,research significance,research status review,research content,research design and research methods of this paper.The first chapter introduces the cultural and social background and language living environment of Xilingol League from the aspects of historical evolution,administrative division,geographical location,population distribution,cultural communication,mode of production,school education and language management.The second chapter is the field of daily life.It mainly discusses the subjects’ language acquisition,acquisition environment and approach,language ability,language choice in family and community communication occasions,language use in media language contact and language attitude,and the differences of social factors such as from the subjects’ age,occupation,education level,living form,living flag county and tribe were analyzed.Then,it summarizes the characteristics of language life and the influencing factors of language use in this field.The third chapter is the administrative field.This paper describes the language life in the administrative field of Xilingol League from the aspects of the language use of civil servants’ officials,the internal language use of administrative units,the publicity language use of policy and legal publicity,government service language,the construction of administrative translation team and the recruitment,promotion and training of civil servants,and analyzes it from the perspective of urban-rural differences and local differences.At the same time,the characteristics and existing problems of language use in this field are summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The fourth chapter is the part of language landscape.Taking official signs such as language signs of administrative units,institutions and enterprises and private signs such as language signs of individual commercial households as samples,this paper analyzes the language code use,language code combination,language code arrangement,language code size and sign content,summarizes the language landscape characteristics existing problems of Xilingol League,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.The last part or "summary and conclusion" part summarizes the current situation of Mongolian language life in Xilingol League on the basis of data analysis and comprehensive research,analyzes the positive and negative factors of the current situation of language use,and summarizes and considers from the aspects of language planning,language resources and language relations.更多还原
