【摘要】 在以知识为基础的经济时代,社会的演变和人类的发展都发生了巨大的改变。知识的创新和广泛应用,带来了生产方式、生活方式、人际交往方式乃至于思维方式的重大变革。面对知识经济的发展趋势,数字图书馆的建设也必须立足于社会大环境,做出自身调整,通过对其资源及组织模式的重组与创新,来对抗组织的衰老,以求新的知识空间的竞争能力。生态文明是我国事关社会发展的重要内容,已经成为党中央、国务院高度重视的民生大计。党的十八大将生态文明提高了前所未有的高度,提出了“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局。要求发展坚持以人为本、促进社会和谐的绿色生态文明。为此,图书馆要坚决贯彻落实国家提出的绿色发展理念,以科学发展观为指导,把生态文明的核心理念融入图书馆学的理论研究与实践之中。鉴于对十八大精神的学习和体会,结合图书情报学科的理论,与社会实践相结合,构建知识生态视野下的数字图书馆知识生态建设模式,实现数字图书馆的可持续发展,具有积极的理论和实践意义。数字图书馆的建设一直是图书馆学界的热点话题,从理论探讨到实践研究层出不穷。为适应新的经济和政治的环境的需要,本文通过对知识生态理论的梳理,分析了数字图书馆知识生态模式的组成要素——知识主体、知识客体、知识生态环,在此基础上构建了数字图书馆的知识生态建设模式,解析了数字图书馆知识生态模式的关联结构和层级结构,并研究了数字图书馆知识生态的运行机制,最后通过案例分析给出发展建议和对策。主要研究工作如下:一、数字图书馆知识生态相关理论的讨论。通过对知识管理理论、生态学理论、复杂系统理论、协同进化理论、可持续发展理论的探讨。以它们为基础,分析了数字图书馆知识生态模式构建的理论基础,判定数字图书馆是一个复杂系统,一个协同进化系统,一个可持续发展系统。二、数字图书馆知识生态模式的构建。从知识生态系统的概念入手,分析数字图书馆知识生态的内涵及表征。提出了数字图书馆知识生态的构建依据和原则,解释了数字图书馆知识生态模式的组成要素——知识主体、知识客体、知识生态环境的涵义,在此基础上构建了数字图书馆知识生态模式。即数字图书馆知识生态模式是由知识主体、知识客体、知识环境三个主要生态因子构成,技术环境、网络平台等作为辅助因子嵌入其中,有机的结合起来形成一个以知识客体为基础,知识主体为中心环节,与知识环境不断交流和共享的知识交流和人际交往网络。在模式构建基础上,详细研究了数字图书馆知识生态模式的关联结构、层级结构以及不同层面的数字图书馆知识生态模式,并阐述了数字图书馆知识生态模式的特性。三、研究数字图书馆知识生态模式的运行机制。依据数字图书馆知识生态模式的构建分析,认为数字图书馆知识生态模式运行的最终目的是维持数字图书馆知识生态的相对平衡。而驱动数字图书馆的生长发展,维持动态平衡,需要知识主体的协同机制、知识客体的整合机制、以及基于DICE的知识组织演化机制共同来推动。研究认为数字图书馆知识生态的平衡态是保持数字图书馆结构更加合理,其知识生态功能更加良好的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge-based economy,great changes have taken place in the evolution of society and the advancement of human beings.The knowledge innovation and relevant wide application has aroused significant revolution in the production mode,life style,interpersonal association and even the way of thinking.In the face of the development trend of knowledge economy,the construction of digital library must make own adjustments based on the overall social environment.In addition,it should confront the aging of organization by restructuring and innovating its resources and organization pattern,so as to strive for the new competitive capability in the knowledge space.The ecological civilization is the vital content that matters the social development in our country,which has become the big plan of people’s livelihood highly regarded by the Party Central Committee and State Council.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China raised the ecological civilization to an unprecedented height,by proposing the overall layout of "five-in-one" and the comprehensive strategic layout of "the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy".As was required,we should develop the green ecological civilization of "people-oriented,promoting the social harmony".To this end,the library should resolutely act on the concept of green development of the state,take the scientific concept of development as instruction,and integrate the core concept of ecological civilization into the theory research and practice of Library Science.In view of the learning and experience of the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combining the theory of library and information science discipline with social practice,it is of positive theoretical and practical significance to build the ecological construction mode of digital library knowledge under the ecological view and realize the sustainable development of digital library.The construction of digital library has always been the hot topic in the library academia,with endless theoretical exploration and practical research.In order to conform to the needs of new economic and political environment,the paper involves the analysis of the components of ecological model of digital library knowledge,namely knowledge subject and knowledge ecological environment based on the review of the theory of knowledge ecology.On the basis of this,the ecological construction mode of digital library knowledge is constructed,and the correlation structure and hierarchical structure of ecological model of digital library knowledge is parsed.Subsequently,the paper probes into the operating mechanism of digital library knowledge ecology.In conclusion,with an instance analysis,the paper presents some development suggestions and countermeasures.Overall,the main research work of the paper can be summarized as follows:First and foremost,the paper carries on the discussion of the relevant theories of digital library knowledge ecology.Specifically,the paper presents an overview of the knowledge management theory,Ecology theory,complex system theory,the theory of co-evolution and the theory of sustainable development.Next,the paper further analyzes the theoretical basis of the construction of the ecological model of digital library knowledge.It is determined that the digital library is a complex system,a co-evolutionary system and a system of sustainable development.Secondly,the ecological model of digital library knowledge is constructed in the paper.Starting from the concept of knowledge ecological system,the connotation and representation of the digital library knowledge ecology is analyzed.The paper puts forward the construction basis and principle of digital library knowledge ecology,and explicates the implications of the elements of the ecological model of digital library knowledge,namely the knowledge subject and knowledge ecological environment based on the review of the theory of knowledge ecology.Then,the building of the ecological model of digital library knowledge follows immediately.To be specific,the ecological model of digital library knowledge consists of three major ecological factors including the knowledge subject,knowledge object,and knowledge environment.The technology environment and network platform is embedded in it as cofactors.All these are combined together organically to form a knowledge-object-based and knowledgesubject-centered knowledge communication and interpersonal network continuously communicating and sharing with the knowledge environment.As a next step,the correlation structure and hierarchical structure of ecological model of digital library knowledge is traversed,followed by the elaboration of the characteristic of ecological model of digital library knowledge.Last but not least,the paper studies on the operating mechanism of ecological model of digital library knowledge.According to the construction analysis of the ecological model of digital library knowledge,the ultimate purpose of the operation of the ecological model of digital library knowledge is maintaining the relative balance of the digital library knowledge ecology.However,it requires the concerted efforts of the synergetic mechanism of knowledge subject,the integration mechanism of knowledge object,and the knowledge organizational and evolutionary mechanism based on DICE to drive the growth and advancement of digital library and sustain the dynamic balance.As is suggested in the findings,the ecological equilibrium of digital library knowledge is the key to keeping the structure of digital library more reasonable,and the ecological features of its knowledge better.更多还原
