【摘要】 马克思主义哲学生成论提供了一种不断创新、永恒流变的世界观,强调关系性、过程性和实践性,从而破解了近代理性形而上学的“实体”研究,转向了与人相关的活生生的现实存在,以生成论哲学为视域对大学德育文化的基本理论问题进行深入研究。把德育文化放置于基本“生活世界”的背景之中,将德育观念、文化精神转化为实践力量,促进精神生产和精神交往,关注人的具体生存境遇和对日常生活的文化选择和批判,以更加贴近人的具体的、历史的生存方式为目的,确立了反映时代精神的德育文化价值。在此基础上,实现德育在思维方式上的“文化自觉”。首先,对比中西方生成论哲学的状况,从中寻找可资借鉴和利用的思想资源和理论武器,以生成论哲学的思维方式检讨了当前大学德育中关注的重要且基本的理论问题,从静态和动态结合角度,分析德育文化的生成依据、文化型构、文化特性等方面。其次,在历史的流变中论证德育文化生成的社会基础和时空向度,结合东西方德育文化发展的走向和趋势,在德育文化基因的传承和创生中获得对大学德育文化生成的历时性维度。再次,重点论述了德育文化生成机理,精神生产、精神交往和文化人格构成了德育文化生成的共时性的维度,实现“人、文化、实践”三者的关系上辩证统一。最后,分析当下大学德育文化困境的成因,改变传统德育的“泛政治化”模式,消解德育主体与生活世界的疏离,缓和个体与社会之间的紧张张力,解蔽德育的工具化、功利化、教条化的现状,关注德育的目标、内容、方法上更新,促进德育与科学文化、制度文化、组织文化等相谐相融,实现德育“应为”和“实效”统一,为德育研究提供了一种可能的理论范式。以马克思主义实践哲学理论为基础,将德育文化放置于认识论、价值论、实践论的三重视域,呈现出一定的历时演进形态,涵摄多重的共时结构和内蕴无形的价值诉求,构建出较为科学、合理的德育文化系统。以文化思维方式研究德育现代变革,扬弃了二元对立的预设前提,反映了德育文化对人的整体性观照和人的全面而自由发展的呼唤,实现个体与类群的统一、抽象的人与“现实的人”的统一。从宏观层面,德育文化在社会发展的不同时期的存在、组织形式及其特征会相应地呈现出不同历史形态比较;从中观层面,德育文化的本质内涵与“立德树人”、“文化育人”相通约,探讨如何进行“文化构建”和“文化教化”,形成“自主建构”和“价值引导”相统一的完整命题,诉诸于大学德育文化的范式诉求;从微观层面,把握多元的文化样态,着眼于个体的类的积极存在,促进大学德育文化共同体的生成,实现个体道德品格的养成和文化人格的形成,促进德育的文化自觉。更多还原

【Abstract】 From a perspective of Generation Theory,this thesis studies the basic theoretical problems of the moral education culture among university students.Marxist Generation Theory,provides a world view of constant innovation,eternal change,emphasizing the relationship,process and practice,thus breaking the modern “physical” research of metaphysics,turning to the living reality associated with human existence.Placing the moral culture in the background of the basic “living world”,it turns the moral concept and the cultural spirit into practical force,promotes spiritual production and spiritual exchanges,concerns about the specific survival of people and the daily life of cultural choice and criticism,and establishes the spirit of moral education to reflect the spirit of the times with an aim of being closer to the specific and historical way of life.On this basis,it aims to achieve the “cultural consciousness” about moral education pertaining to the way of thinking.Firstly,the paper reviews the important and basic theoretical problems that are of great concern to the current moral education in the way of cultural and philosophical thinking.From the perspective of static and dynamic combination,it is concerned on the basis of cultural forming,cultural structure and cultural characteristics.And the argument bases on the way of existence of modern society,proposing the social basis and space dimension of the moral culture forming.Secondly,it sorts and analyzes the present situation of the contemporary Chinese and western cultural philosophy,searching for the ideological and theoretical weapons that can be used for reference and utilization.The inheritance of cultural genes is realized in the historical evolution,and the cultural gene variation is realized in the further direction,promoting the existence of human culture.Thirdly,it illustrates the mechanism of moral culture,the constitution of the synchronic dimension of moral culture on spiritual production,spiritual communication and culture personality,thus realizing the dialectical unity of “human,culture and practice”.Finally,it analyzes the cultural causes of the moral education dilemma of the university,changes the "pan-politicization" mode of traditional moral education,dispels the alienation of the subject of moral education and the living world,alleviates the tension between the individual and the society,avoids tooling,dogmatic and utilitarianization of moral education,concerns the creation of aim,contents,and way of moral education,to be consistent with scientific culture,organizational culture,to achieve moral education “should be” and “effective” unity.Thus,this research provides a possible theoretical paradigm for the study of moral education.Based on the Marxist theory of practical philosophy,the moral education culture is placed in the triple view of epistemology,theory of value and practice,showing a certain form of historical evolution,covering multiple synchronic structures and intangible value demands.It is a prerequisite for the modernization of moral education and the abandonment of the presupposition of binary opposition,which reflects the call of moral education and the comprehensive and free development of human beings.It realizes the unity of individual and group and the unity of “abstract man” and "real man".From the macro level,the existence,organization and characteristics of moral education in different periods of social development will show different historical forms.From the medium level,the essence of moral education,the connotation of “moral culture” and “cultural education” is united.It explores how to carry out “cultural construction” and “cultural education” and form a complete proposition of “self-construction” and “value-guided” unity to realize spiritual production and spiritual communication,and to resort to the paradigm demands of university moral education.From the micro level,it grasps the diverse cultural patterns,focusing on the active existence of the individual class,reshaping the self and the university community,to achieve the formation of cultural personality and to promote cultural awareness in moral education in colleges and universities.更多还原
