【摘要】 新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想产生于风起云涌的革命运动中,马克思主义经典作家的政策思想和中华优秀传统文化是其理论渊源,中国共产党领导下的新民主主义革命实践活动是其形成的实践基础。新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想体现着党、国家和人民利益的一致性。新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想的发展历程主要体现在三个时期:第一个时期,从五四运动到秋收起义前,这一时期毛泽东政策思想始终围绕着“宣传群众、动员群众”而展开;第二个时期,从秋收起义到中共七大前,这一时期毛泽东政策思想主要围绕着“组织群众、武装群众”而展开;第三个时期,从中共七大到建国前,这一时期毛泽东政策思想主要围绕着“夺取政权”而展开。新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想体现着具体政策和总政策相统一、革命性和科学性相统一、理论性和实践性相统一、原则性和灵活性相统一以及战略性和战术性相统一的原则等。新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想的基本原理主要包括:从实际出发的政策制定论;让政策深入群众的政策执行论;以人民利益为标准的政策评价论等。新民主主义革命时期毛泽东政策思想的主要特点包括:坚持党对政策工作的全面领导是毛泽东政策思想的核心;马克思主义是毛泽东政策思想的基石;为人民谋幸福是毛泽东政策思想的出发点和落脚点;中国具体实际是毛泽东政策思想产生的土壤;社会主义是毛泽东政策思想的发展方向以及毛泽东政策思想蕴含丰富的辩证法思想等。新民主主义革命毛泽东政策思想对当代的重要指导意义主要体现在:中国共产党始终坚持对政策制定和实施的全面领导;中国共产党对政策制定和实施始终坚持以人民为中心的思想;中国共产党的政策是要领导人民走社会主义道路;中国共产党的政策始终是实事求是并且与时俱进的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mao Zedong’s policy thought was born in the surging revolutionary movement during the New Democratic Revolution(short for the NDR)in Chinese history.The policy thought of the classic Marxist writers and the excellent traditional Chinese culture are its theoretical origins.The practical activities of the new democratic revolution under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party are the practical basis of its formation.Mao Zedong’s policy thought during the NDR has reflected the consistency of the interests of the Party,the nation and the people.The development course of Mao Zedong’s policy thought during the NDR is mainly embodied in the following three periods:the first period was from the May 4th Movement to the daybreak of the Autumn Harvest Uprising.During this period,Mao Zedong’s policy thought had always put emphasis on "publicizing the masses and mobilizing the masses".The second period was from the Autumn Harvest Uprising to the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.During this time,Mao Zedong’s policy thought had mainly focused on "organizing the masses and arming the masses".The third period was from the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Within this time,Mao Zedong’s policy thought had mainly centered on "seizing the power".During the NDR,Mao Zedong’s policy thought had reflected the unification of specific and general policies;the unification of revolutionary and scientificity;the unification of theory and practice;the unification of principle and flexibility,and the unification of strategy and tactics.The basic principles of Mao’s policy thought had mainly included:policy formulation theory based on reality;conducting the go-deep-into the masses’ policy theory;and the policy evaluation theory based on people’s interests.Here are the main features of Mao Zedong’s policy thought during the NDR.First,adhering to the Party’s overall leadership of policy working was its core.Next,the Marxism was its footstone.In addition,seeking happiness for Chinese people was its original intention and final aims.What’s more,the concrete reality of China was its soil from which Mao’s policy thought came into being.Finally,the socialism,together with the rich dialectics thought,was its developing direction.Nowadays,the great guiding significance of Mao’s policy thought during the NDR to us lies in the followings:the Chinese Communist Party has always insisted on the full leadership of policy formulation and implementation.The Chinese Communist Party has always adhered to people’s happiness.The Chinese Communist Party has always been a guider to lead the Chinese people to taking the socialist road.The Chinese Communist Party has always been a stickler for the truth and keeping pace with the times.更多还原
