不确定环境下的绿色供应商评价方法研究

【摘要】 随着人类所生存的环境不断遭受破坏和地球资源的日益短缺,传统的供应链已经开始逐渐地不能很好的适应当前时代和社会的需求,从而引入了“绿色供应链”的概念。绿色供应链的建立已成为当前企业提供绿色产品与迈向可持续发展社会的主要挑战和潮流,其中,实施绿色供应链的重要环节和核心内容是绿色供应商的评价选择,尤其是满足绿色环保要求的具有可持续发展的供应商。由于供应商的选择在绿色供应链管理中具有举足轻重的地位,它直接决定了整个链条的优化以及企业的核心竞争力。因此如何高效地从众多供应商中确定所需要的供应商,是现代绿色供应链管理必须解决的关键问题。本文针对在不确定信息下绿色供应商评估这一问题进行研究与探讨,综合各评价指标和评价方法对供应商进行全面合理的评估。本文的主要研究内容和所得到的研究结果包括:(1)构建了绿色供应商评价指标体系在建立绿色供应商评价指标体系时,不仅要考虑传统供应商评估时侧重的经济指标,还要考虑有关资源利用和环境保护两方面的绿色指标。本文首先在绿色供应商评价指标体系构建原则和步骤的基础上,对国内外绿色供应商评价指标体系相关文献进行收集并进行系统理论研究,经过层层筛选,构建了具有环境评价特征的绿色供应商评价指标体系。该指标体系包含4个一级指标,16个二级指标和56个三级指标。(2)基于犹豫模糊集的绿色供应商评价方法针对属性权重信息确定、属性取值为犹豫模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,提出了解决该问题的ELECTRE决策方法。针对属性值以犹豫模糊集形式给出且属性权重未知的绿色供应商评价问题,基于Shapley理论和模糊测度,提出了两种融合信息更加全面的诱导型广义犹豫模糊混合Shapley平均(I-GHFHSA)算子和诱导型广义犹豫模糊混合Shapley几何(I-GHFHSG)算子。并基于交叉熵和Shapley函数,建立了最优模糊测度确定模型。最后给出了一种基于I-GHFHSA算子和I-GHFHSG算子的绿色供应商评价方法。(3)基于犹豫梯形模糊集的绿色供应商评价方法基于犹豫模糊集和梯形模糊数,提出了犹豫梯形模糊集的概念。针对属性相互独立,且属性取值为犹豫梯形模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,定义了犹豫梯形模糊加权平均(HTrFWA)算子和犹豫梯形模糊加权几何(HTr FWG)算子。基于这些算子,提出了解决犹豫梯形模糊集环境下的绿色供应商评价问题的方法。针对属性权重未知且属性取值为犹豫梯形模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,通过将前景理论和灰色关联法相结合,提出了当属性权重完全已知,部分已知和完全未知情况下的绿色供应商评价方法。针对属性相互关联且属性值为犹豫梯形模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,定义了犹豫梯形模糊Einstein加权平均(HTrFEWA)算子和犹豫梯形模糊Einstein加权几何(HTrFEWG)算子,并基于这些算子,提出了解决犹豫梯形模糊集环境下的绿色供应商评价问题的方法。(4)基于犹豫三角模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价方法基于三角模糊语言集和犹豫模糊集,提出了犹豫三角模糊语言集的概念。针对属性相互独立且属性取值为犹豫三角模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价问题,定义了犹豫三角模糊语言加权平均(HTFLWA)算子和犹豫三角模糊语言加权几何(HTFLWG)算子。基于这些算子,提出了犹豫三角模糊语言集环境下的绿色供应商评价方法。针对权重信息不确定且属性值为犹豫三角模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价问题,结合VIKOR和关联系数法,提出了当专家权重和属性权重信息完全已知,专家权重完全未知,属性权重部分已知和完全未知情况下的绿色供应商评价方法。针对属性具有不同的优先级且属性值为犹豫三角模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价问题,定义了犹豫三角模糊语言优先平均(HTFLPA)算子和犹豫三角模糊语言优先几何(HTFLPG)算子,并基于这些算子,提出了犹豫三角模糊语言集环境下的绿色供应商评价方法。(5)基于犹豫梯形模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价方法基于犹豫模糊集和梯形模糊语言集,提出了犹豫梯形模糊语言集的概念。针对属性相互独立且属性取值为犹豫梯形模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价问题,定义了犹豫梯形模糊语言加权平均(HTrFLWA)算子和犹豫梯形模糊语言加权几何(HTrFLWG)算子。基于这些算子,提出了犹豫梯形模糊语言集环境下的绿色供应商评价方法。针对属性相互关联、属性权重未知且属性值为犹豫梯形模糊语言集的绿色供应商评价问题,通过引入Choquet积分和Shapley理论,定义了犹豫梯形模糊语言Choquet平均(HTrFLCA)算子,犹豫梯形模糊语言Choquet几何(HTrFLCG)算子,犹豫梯形模糊语言Shapley Choquet平均(HTr FLSCA)算子和犹豫梯形模糊语言Shapley Choquet几何(HTrFLSCG)算子,并基于这些算子,提出了犹豫梯形模糊语言集环境下的绿色供应商评价方法。(6)基于简化中性犹豫模糊集的绿色供应商评价方法基于犹豫模糊集和简化中性集,提出了简化中性犹豫模糊集的概念。针对属性取值为简化中性犹豫模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,基于Hamacher算子,定义了简化中性犹豫模糊Hamacher加权平均(SNHFHWA)算子和简化中性犹豫模糊Hamacher加权几何(SNHFHWG)算子。基于这些算子,提出了简化中性犹豫模糊集环境下的绿色供应商评价方法。针对属性权重未知且属性取值为简化中性犹豫模糊集的绿色供应商评价问题,通过引入LINMAP方法来确定属性权重,提出了解决该问题的SNHFS-QUALIFLEX决策方法。并提出了SNHFS-ELECTRE和SNHFS-PROMETHEE方法进行对比分析。
【Abstract】 With the damage to the human environment and the earth’s resources increasingly depleted,the traditional supply chain has been gradually not well adapted to the current needs of the times and social demand,thus,the concept of "green supply chain" was introduced.The construction of green supply chain has become the main challenges and trends to provide a green product and towards sustainable development of society for the current time,in which an important part of the core content and implementation of green supply chain is green supplier evaluation and selection,especially sustainable suppliers in line with environmental protection requirements.Since the selection of suppliers plays a decisive role in the green supply chain management,which directly determines the optimization and core competitiveness of the entire chain of the enterprise,therefore,how to efficiently identify a required supplier from a number of suppliers is a key issue in modern green supply chain management must be solved.The purpose of this article is to study and discuss the problem of green supplier evaluation in the uncertain information environment,and utilize some evaluation index and evaluation methodology to conduct a comprehensive assessment.In this paper,the main research contents and main results include the following aspects.(1)The establishment of evaluation index system for green suppliersIn establishing a green supplier evaluation index system,not only to consider the economic indicators focused by traditional vendor evaluation,but also consider green indicators on resource utilization and environmental protection in two ways.Firstly,based on the principles and steps to build on the green supplier evaluation index system,and reference a great deal of literature in home and abroad,a green supplier evaluation index system having characteristics of environmental assessment is established through gradual regression.The index system contains four level indicators,16 secondary indicators and 56 third-level indicators.(2)The evaluation method of green supplier based on the hesitant fuzzy setFor the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute weight information is determined and attribute values is in the form of hesitant fuzzy elements,the HF-ELECTRE decision-making method is proposed.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute weight information is unknown and attribute values is in the form of hesitant fuzzy elements,based on the Shapley theory and fuzzy measure,the induced generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid Shapley averaging(I-GHFHSA)operator and the induced generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid Shapley geometric(I-GHFHSG)operator that having more fusion comprehensive information are proposed.And the optimal fuzzy measure determination model is established.Finally,an approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.(3)The evaluation method of green supplier based on the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy setBased on the hesitant fuzzy set and trapezoid fuzzy number,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy set is defined.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is mutual independent and attribute values is in the form of hesitant trapezoid fuzzy set,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy weighted averaging(HTrFWA)operator and hesitant trapezoid fuzzy weighted geometric(HTrFWG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is unknown and attribute values is in the form of hesitant trapezoid fuzzy set,based on the combination of prospect theory and grey correlation method,An approach is developed to solve green supplier selection when the attribute weight is known,partly known and completely unknown.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is correlative and attribute values is in the form of hesitant trapezoid fuzzy set,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging(HTrFEWA)operator and hesitant trapezoid fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric(HTrFEWG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.(4)The evaluation method of green supplier based on the hesitant triangular fuzzylinguistic setBased on the hesitant fuzzy set and triangular fuzzy linguistic set,the hesitant triangular linguistic set is defined.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is mutual independent and attribute values is in the form of hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic set,the hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging(HTFLWA)operator and hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric(HTFLWG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is unknown and attribute values is in the form of hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic set,based on the combination of VIKOR and correlation coefficient method,an approach is developed to solve green supplier selection when the expert and attribute weight is known,partly known and completely unknown.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute has different priorities and attribute values is in the form of hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic set,the hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic prioritized averaging(HTFLPA)operator and hesitant triangular fuzzy linguistic prioritized geometric(HTFLPG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.(5)The evaluation method of green supplier based on the hesitant trapezoid fuzzylinguistic setBased on the hesitant fuzzy set and trapezoid fuzzy linguistic set,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic set is defined.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute is mutual independent and attribute values is in the form of hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic set,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging(HTrFLWA)operator and hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric(HTrFLWG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute weight is unknown,attribute is correlative and attribute values is in the form of hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic set,based on the combination of Choquet integral and Shapley theory,the hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic Choquet averaging(HTr FLCA)operator,hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic Choquet geometric(HTrFLCG)operator,hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic Shapley Choquet averaging(HTrFLSCA)operator and hesitant trapezoid fuzzy linguistic prioritized geometric(HTrFLSCG).An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.(6)The evaluation method of green supplier based on the simplified neutrosophichesitant fuzzy setsBased on the hesitant fuzzy set and simplified neutrosophic sets,the simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets is defined.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute values is in the form of simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets,the simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging(SNHFHWA)operator and the simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric(SNHFHWG)operator are defined.An approach for green supplier selection is developed on the basis of these operators.For the green supplier evaluation problem that the attribute weight is unknown and attribute values is in the form of simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set,based on the combination of LINMAP method and QUALIFLEX theory,an SNHFS-QUALIFLEX approach for green supplier selection is developed.Finally,SNHFS-ELECTRE method and SNHFS-PROMETHEE is proposed to compare with SNHFS-QUALIFLEX.
