【摘要】 金代沿袭辽朝京制管理体系,在地方建立诸京体制。金代诸京所处地理位置均为金朝军事政治的要冲之地,故诸京留守的选任,一定程度上反映了金朝统治者对诸京的重视程度和掌控力度。本文通过对金代诸京留守这一官员群体进行系统研究,梳理金代各时期诸京建置情况和诸京留守的职掌,对金代诸京留守官员名录进行考补和更正,确定诸京留守人数及人次数,分析诸京留守的民族家庭出身及入仕途径,对留守的前任职官进行分类统计,对留守的任期、考课及去向情况作出归纳探讨,进而揭示金代诸京留守在金朝史上的作用及地位。本文由绪论、正文、结语三部分构成。其中正文分为四章。第一部分,绪论中阐明了该文的选题意义,对诸京建置的变化及研究范围进行了简述和界定,并对与本文相关的学术界研究成果进行回顾和梳理,总结当前研究所面临的问题。第二部分,为正文部分,共分为四章。第一章,金代诸京建置和金代诸京留守职掌。首先,分三个时间段,即前期、中期、末期对金代诸京建置的变化情况进行阐述和分析;其次对金代诸京留守的职掌进行论述,诸京留守具有军事防务、行政司法管理、参与经济、营建地方工程等方面的职掌,同时受皇帝的派遣,还具备奉旨出使、行使册封等临时性差遣。第二章,金代诸京留守考补。通过对《金史》等史料进行细致挖掘,结合学术界对金代诸京留守的研究成果,对被授予金代诸京留守的官员进行辨别考证,相对于前人的研究,增补一部分官员,同时排除一部分官员,对金代诸京留守名录进行重新的确定。第三章,金代诸京留守选任研究。金代诸京留守是金朝重要的职官群体,其民族、家庭出身、入仕途径、前任职官及品级、官员个人能力等都构成诸京留守的选任要素,本章对上述内容进行重点阐述,亦根据金朝不同时期发展的政治形势特点,进行诸京留守选任的分析说明。通过对史料进行分析总结,可知女真族,特别是宗室贵族在出任该职方面具有绝对优势,汉族、契丹、渤海、奚族等出任诸京留守人数之和亦难以与其匹敌。第四章,金代诸京留守的任期、考课及去向研究。根据《金史》、《金方镇年表》等史料,对各个京留守的任期进行考证,并通过整体平均数方法与分期平均数方法对诸京留守的任期进行计算和分析,推断出诸京留守的任期在2年左右;另通过发掘史料,对诸京留守的奖惩情况进行归纳总结;论述诸京留守的去向主要包括调往他任、卒于任上、致仕等三种情况。第三部分,结语。根据各章节所述,通过图表对金代诸京留守官员人数,及人次分布基本情况进行阐述,并对诸京留守在金代政治运作系统中的地位作用、中央对诸京留守的掌控等方面进行总结论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jin Dynasty followed the management system of capitals in Liao Dynasty and established the system of capitals in local areas.The geographical capitals position of the Jin Dynasty is the key point for the military politics.Therefore,the selection and appointment of Liushou in the capitals reflected to a certain extent the degree of attention and control of the rulers of the Jin Dynasty to the capitals.Through a systematic study of the group of Liushous in the Jin Dynasty,this paper summarizes the situation of the construction of capitals and the duties of the Liushous in the Jin Dynasty,and makes a textual research and correction of the directory.To determine the number and man-time of Liushous in capitals,to analyze the ethnic family background and the ways to enter official posts,to classify the former officials,and to make a summary and discussion on the tenure of Liushous,the examination and the direction of the Liushous.Then it reveals the role and status of the Jin Dynasty in the history of the Jin Dynasty.This paper is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The text is divided into four chapters.In the first part,the introduction clarifies the significance of the topic,briefly describes and defines the changes and research scope of capitals system,reviews and summarizes the academic research results related to this paper.Summarize the problems facing the current research.The second part,the text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter,establishment of capitals system and duties of Liushous in the Jin Dynasty.First of all,divided into three time periods,namely,the early,middle,and late Jin Dynasty,the changes of the building of capitals were expounded and analyzed.Secondly,it discusses the duties of the Liushous in the Jin Dynasty,which has military defense,administration,participation in economy,construction of local projects and so on,and was sent by the emperor at the same time.He also has the temporary duties of emissary and canonization.The second chapter,the Jin Dynasty Liushous’ supplement.Through the careful excavation of the historical materials such as "History of Jin ",combined with the academic research results of the Jin Dynasty,this paper identifies and verifies the officials who were awarded the Jin Dynasty’s Liushou,and adds a part of the officials.At the same time excluded some officials of the Jin Dynasty to re-determine the list of Liushous in the Jin Dynasty.The third chapter,A study on the selection and appointment of the Liushous in the Jin Dynasty.The Liushou in the Jin Dynasty is an important official group.His nationality,family background,official entry route,former official rank and personal ability of officials all constitute the elements of the selection of capital Liushous in the Jin Dynasty.This chapter focuses on the above content,but also according to the characteristics of the political situation in different periods of the Jin Dynasty,to analyze and explain the election of Liushous in Jin Dynasty.According to the analysis,it shows that the Jurchen,especially the Imperial Clansmanof Jurchen has the absolute advantage,such as Han、Bohai、Khitan,which has no advantagesThe fourth chapter,the study on the tenure of Liushous,the examination and whereabouts of them in the Jin Dynasty.According to the historical materials such as "History to Jin " and "Jin’s local chronology",this paper makes a textual research on the tenure of Liushous,and calculates and analyzes the tenure of Liushous through the method of overall average and the method of average by stages.It is inferred that the tenure of Liushous is about 2 years.In addition,through analysis of the historical data,the paper summarizes the rewards and punishments of Liushous.It is proved that the whereabouts of the Liushous includes three situations: transfer to his post,death in his post,and retirement.The third part,conclusion.According to the chapters,through the diagram of the Jin Dynasty,it will explain the number of Liushous,and the distribution of Liushous’ man-time.In addition,the paper summarizes the status of the Liushous in the political system,the control of the central government,and so on.更多还原
