中国特色高校教师发展与使命自觉
University Teachers’ Development and Mission Consciousness with China Characteristics

【摘要】 人的发展问题是马克思主义理论研究关注的焦点之一,中国特色高校教师发展也是人的发展。当前,在中国共产党的领导下,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟大业中,中国特色高等教育必须发挥自己应有的作用,迫切需要质量的不断提升。而若想提高高等教育质量,实现中国特色高等教育的内涵式发展,推动中国梦的实现,必然需要高素质的高校教师。因此,高校教师必须不断获得发展,高校教师发展问题也日益成为学界关注的主题。从目前国内的研究来看,以往从制度和技术层面研究的居多,也就是从外因入手的研究居多。而且经过现实的考察,我们发现,虽然一部分高校教师发展取得了一定的成绩,但唯外部因素取向的高校教师发展总体面临困境,忽视人的内在主动性的高校教师发展总体上是低效的,大多数高校教师发展处于不自由和不全面的状态。为此,本文呼应时代要求,以马克思人的全面发展理论为依据,直面当今高校教师发展的困境,从马克思对人的使命的规定出发,尝试引入使命自觉的概念,深入探究中国特色高校教师发展与使命自觉之间的关系,力图从教师内因入手突破高校教师发展困境,推动高校教师实现高效、自由、全面的发展。全文共分七个部分:第一部分为导论,主要追溯选题缘由,挖掘选题意义,评析相关文献,确定研究方法,反思论文的创新与不足。第二部分对本文的几个核心概念进行解读。界定了中国特色高校教师发展在本文中的含义,分析了使命与使命自觉的内涵及其特点,阐释了中国特色高校教师应担当的独特使命及其使命自觉,并根据以上分析,指出中国特色高校教师发展与使命自觉有着天然因缘,为后文的论述奠定基础。第三部分对中国特色高校教师发展存在的问题进行审视并分析产生原因。本章开门见山揭示了当前我国高校教师发展中所遇到的困境,即教学旁置、科研低效,同时生存状态异化,从马克思人的发展理论来看,这些都表征着高校教师发展的异化。并从社会风气、大学精神、评价体制以及教师本身等四个方面进行了归因分析。根据唯物主义的观点,内因是事物变化发展的根据,指出在目前的高校教师发展中,若要突破发展困境,需要考虑挖掘主体自身的内部动力,提出使命自觉对高校教师发展具有动力作用。第四部分对使命自觉推动中国特色高校教师发展的可能性进行分析。从理论与实践两个方面加以论证。理论上,根据马克思人的本质的论断、人的全面发展的要求和其他哲学流派相关成果,以及人本主义心理学的已有成果进行论证。实践上,则以黄大年教授为例进行实证分析,证明使命自觉对推动中国特色高校教师发展不仅在理论上可能,更在实践上可行。第五部分探寻使命自觉之于中国特色高校教师发展的意义,指出具有使命自觉的高校教师,会不断实现专业发展和生命发展,是高校教师作为人走向解放、自由、全面、可持续的发展。并针对可能存在的使命自觉万能论,对使命自觉之于高校教师发展的意义进行了必要补充。第六部分提出实现中国特色高校教师使命自觉的策略。认为通过引领教师认识“人”,引导高校教师认识“高校教师”,实现角色认同,让教师与教师使命相认;通过传统的道德修养方法如内省、见贤思齐、陶冶和实践,对教师进行情感唤醒,让教师与教师使命相融;通过呼吁对高校教师的人性化管理和科学化评价实现场域构建,让教师与教师使命相启,从内外因素的结合推动高校教师的使命自觉。第七部分为结束语。进一步指出中国特色高校教师发展需要使命自觉,使命自觉能让高校教师突破当前发展困境,有助于高校教师实现自由而全面的发展。
【Abstract】 Human development is one of the focuses of Marxist theory research.The development of university teachers with Chinese characteristics is also the development of human beings.At present,we are striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Higher education with Chinese characteristics must play its due role,and it is imperative to continuously improve the quality.And the high qualified university teacher is a fundamental element for improving the quality of higher education,achieving the connotation of higher education with Chinese characteristics,and promoting the realization of China’s dream.Therefore,the development of university teachers is increasingly becoming a specific academic subject while the teachers at colleges and universities play a crucial role in the development of higher education in China.Deriving from the current domestic research the previous studies mostly stress the external causes involving the institutional and technical aspects.After undertaking a practical research,we have found that although parts of university teachers’ development have made some achievements,but the development of university teachers associated with the external causes in general face difficulties.Because that has ignored the inherent and internal causes in the development of university teachers and lead to the ineffectiveness and inefficiency generally.As a result,most of university teachers’ development has fell into an unfree and incomplete state.To this end,the present thesis aims to echoes the need of our era,based on the theory of Marx’s comprehensive development,and investigate the existing problems and challenges in the development of teachers in today’s colleges and universities.Under the provisions of Marx’s mission to human beings,this study tries to introduce the concept of mission of consciousness to explore the development of university teachers with Chinese characteristics,to investigate the relationship between the mission of consciousness and the development of university teachers in Chinese characteristics,to overcome the difficulties of the development of university teachers with a reference to internal causes,and to promote the efficient,free and comprehensive development of Chinese university teachers.This dissertation is divided into seven parts:The First Part presents the research motivations,questions,methods and hypotheses of this thesis,reviews the relevant literatures,and highlights the innovation and shortcomings of this work.The Second Part interprets several core concepts of this thesis to analyze the connotation and characteristics of the mission and the mission of consciousness and to explain the unique mission and the mission of consciousness of Chinese university teachers.Build on the above analyses,it suggests that the development of university teachers with Chinese characteristics and the mission of consciousness have a natural cause,laying the foundation for later discussion.The Third Part studies the existing problems and challenges in the development of university teachers in Chinese characteristics and analyses the causes.Despite the fact that the development of university teachers in Chinese characteristics has made some achievements in a wide context,this part tries to reveal the problems and difficulties in the development of university teachers in China,suggesting that the neglect of teaching duty,the inefficient research and the alienation of teachers’ existent state,based on the Marxist theory of human development,represent the major problems and challenges in the development of university teachers in China.Have undertaken an empirical analysis on four aspects including the social atmosphere,university spirit,evaluation system and teacher-itself,it has provided strong evidence that the internal causes have played a major in influencing the development of university teachers in China.From a materialist perspective,the internal factors are the basis for the development of things change,thus,promoting the mission of consciousness of university teachers is a key element to break through the dilemma of the development of higher education with Chinese characteristics and put forward the mission of the development of university teachers in China.The Fourth Part examines the feasibility of promoting the mission of consciousness in the development of university teachers with Chinese characteristics in the theoretical and practical aspects.Theoretically,the Marxist theory of human beings,the human development and other philosophical schools,as well as the humanistic psychology,provide the theoretical foundation in support of the hypothesis.In practice,we take Professor Huang Danian as an empirical case to study the feasibility of promoting the mission of consciousness in the development of university teachers.The evidence suggests that promoting the mission of consciousness of university teachers is not only feasible both theoretically and practically but also has significance for the free and comprehensive development of higher education with Chinese characteristics.The Fifth Part explores the significance of the mission of consciousness in the development of university teachers in Chinese characteristics.It points out that the university teachers with the mission of consciousness will continuously realize the professional development and immortal development and implement the comprehensive development of human beings of Marx’s theory towards the liberation,freedom,comprehensive and sustainable development.And the further discussion about the omnipotent theory of the mission of consciousness has been made to supplement the significance of the mission of consciousness in the development of higher education.The Sixth Part proposes a strategy of fulfilling the mission of consciousness of university teachers with Chinese characteristics.It argues that leading university teachers to know "people",guiding teachers to know "university teachers",fostering the role identity,helping teachers to recognize the mission of consciousness,and facilitating the integrity of teachers,mission and the mission of consciousness through the traditional methods of moral cultivation such as introspection,emotional awakening,humanistic management and scientific evaluation of teachers are essential for promoting the mission of consciousness of university teachers based on the combination of internal and external factors.The Seventh Part provides the concluding remarks,underlining that promoting the mission of consciousness is a key to help break through the dilemmas of the development of university teachers and realize the free and comprehensive development of higher education with Chinese characteristics.
