【摘要】 随着新信息通讯技术的革新,信息化浪潮随着全球化席卷全球,又由于家用计算机的普及应用和互联网的广泛普及,数字化网络和金融化经济对世界各国的经济社会生活都产生了巨大的影响。这种变革起源于西方发达资本主义国家,发展和传播都通过新时期的全球化体系,不仅在发达国家形成了新经济趋势,而且在发展中国家产生更巨大的影响。这些变革造成的影响是如此之大,无论是经济发展模式、人们生活方式、社会交往样式都发生了翻天覆地的变化,因此,关于当代资本主义的研究和各种论述不断涌现,尤其是关于资本主义新阶段的论述层出不穷。特别是2008年的金融危机之后,市场与政府的关系、个人与经济社会的关系都产生了与以前各个时代都不同的发展变化,而关于资本主义在关系调整过程中呈现不同形态的论述更是各抒己见。聚焦西方发达国家的经济和社会问题的研究对于广大发展中国家未来发展方向和即将遇到的难题等具有重要的理论和现实意义,对于当前中国特色社会主义建设面临的产业结构升级转型、调节市场与政府间关系具有重要的理论和实践意义。在上述背景因素下,法国学者莫里耶·布当·雅安的认知资本主义理论进入了我们的视野,它以富含数字化和信息化特点的时间点开始论述了一系列资本主义在各方面的变化。本文首先围绕认知资本主义的定义和15个标识进行了比较深入的研究,之后,结合认知资本主义形成的外因与内因对其形成进行了分析。接下来,结合莫里耶的理论和当前最新发展对认知资本主义的社会现象进行了描述和论述,并且又结合马克思主义思想对其进行性质甄别。最后,把认知资本主义理论结合当今中国社会和经济实际情况在实践方面进行了谨慎和理性的设想和求证。第一章,绪论,主要关于论文的研究背景和意义、国内外文献综述、研究思路与研究方法、创新之处与不足之处,为之后研究的全面展开做好了充分准备。第二章,认知资本主义的涵义辨识。首先对认知资本主义的构成元素进行了分析,提出了认知资本主义的定义和辨认其特征的15个标识,最后根据认知资本主义中的划分方法对资本主义发展过程中的不同阶段进行了论述。第三章,认知资本主义的形成因素。在这一章中首先分析了认知资本主义形成的外部因素,之后,又对其形成的内部因素进行了辨析。最后,把认知资本主义与同期产生的不同资本主义新阶段理论进行了横向比较分析。第四章,认知资本主义的理论主张。这一章是全文最中心的部分,它对认知资本主义中所产生的各种社会现象及其理论进行了系统的论述。从最基本的劳动力方面由体力劳动向着脑力劳动的改变开始,详细介绍了集体智慧、创造性劳动以及独有的用知识生产知识的生产方式,再到根据这种生产方式而改变的社会分工模式——认知分工,以及随之而产生的剥削程度的加强和进化为剥削程度2级和由此而产生的新的认知阶级。然后,进一步介绍了具有公共产品属性的自由软件的产生和发展过程,以及它对生产和价值体系的挑战。第五章,认知资本主义的性质定位。这一章从不同的角度解析认知资本主义的属性,首先依据资本主义基本矛盾对其定性以及对剥削变形程度和范围进行了辨识,随后,对新时期知识产权问题和自由软件对价值模式的影响进行了理性分析,接下来由于“智力资本”成为资本所划分的阶层却无奈的陷入了“新贫困”的窘境,虽然他们摆脱了工资体系的束缚却依然没有逃脱剩余价值被剥削的命运。最后,在属性上对认知资本主义进行界定,即它依然是资本主义的性质定义。第六章,认知资本主义的价值视域。在这一章中结合之前对认知资本主义的研究与马克思主义社会形态理论、剥削理论和生产力与生产关系理论进行再次印证,更坚定了我们的马克思主义理论信念。然后,把认知资本主义中关于非物质化经济、集体智慧及衍生的合作经济理论与当代中国现实国情相结合努力找出更适合中国经济社会发展的借鉴方向,并通过对资本主义的研究更了解社会主义的发展和未来。最后,由自由软件所具有的向着个人自由全面发展的发展元素为起点,理性地展望未来社会主义的发展和人类社会的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the new information and communication technology innovation,the wave of information with the globalization swept the world,but also because of the popularization of home computers and the widespread use of the Internet,digital network and financial economy of the world’s economic and social life have a huge influences.This change originated in the Western developed capitalist countries,the development and disseminationthrough the system of the globalization of the new era,not only in the developed countries to form a new economic trends,but also in developing countries have a greater impact.The impact of these changes is so great,that whether it is economic development model,people life style or social interaction patterns have undergone enormous changes,therefore,on the research and various discussions of contemporary capitalism continue to emerge,especially on the new stage of capitalism emerge in endlessly.Especially after the financial crisis in 2008,the relationship between the market and the government,the relationship between the individual and the economy and society have produced different development changes with the previous times,and about the capitalism in the process of the relationship adjustment present different forms of opinion and more.For our socialist developing countries,the study of the economic and social problems of the western developed countries has important theoretical and practical significance for China’s future development direction and the upcoming problems that are about to be encountered.For China’s current socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to adjust the transformation of industrial structure and regulate the relationship between market and government.In this context,the French scholar Yann Moulier Boutang`s theory of cognitive capitalism has entered our field of vision,it has begun to discuss a series of changes in capitalism in all aspects of the digital and informative characteristics.This paperfirst focuses on the definition of cognitive capitalism and a deep research into its 15 markers,after that,the formation of cognitive capitalism external and internal factors for its formation are analyzed.Then,combining the social phenomenon and the latest development with the social phenomena of cognitive capitalism is described and discussed,and combined with the nature of Marxism to identify.Finally,the theory of cognitive capitalism combined with the actual situation of China`s society and economy in the aspect of practice are cautious and rational hypothesis and verification.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly on the research background and significance of the paper,domestic and foreign literature review,research ideas and research methods,innovation and shortcomings,for the subsequent study of the full development prepared fully.The second chapter is the identification of cognitive capitalism.First of all,the author analyzes the constituent elements of cognitive capitalism,puts forward the definition of cognitive capitalism and identifies the 15 markers of its characteristics,and then according to the partition method of cognitive capitalism for different stages in the process of capitalist development are discussed.The third chapter is the formation of cognitive capitalism.In this part,we first analyze the external factors of cognitive capitalism,and then analyze the internal factors of its formation.Finally,the comparative analysis of cognitive capitalism and the new stage of capitalism in the same period is carried out.The fourth chapter is the theoretical proposition of cognitive capitalism.This chapter is the most central part of the full text,it is about the various social phenomena of the cognitive capitalism and its theory discussed systematically.From the most basic aspects of labour by manual work toward the change of mental work,detailed introduces the collective wisdom,and creative labor and unique mode of production with the production of knowledge,and then according to this mode of production,the division of social division of labour had changed to recognition.Further introduces the emergence and development of free software with the attributes of public goods,as well as its challenges to the production and value system.Then,from the perspectiveof the surplus value reveals the degree of exploitation in the cognitive capitalist society had changed to the level of exploitation 2,and as a new class of cognition.The fifth chapter is the nature of cognitive capitalism.This chapter analyzes the attributes of cognitive capitalism from different perspectives.First,according to the basic contradiction of capitalism to the qualitative as well as to the exploitation of deformation degree and the scope of recognition.Then,by intellectual property rights in the new period and the impact on the value model of free software has carried on the rational analysis.After that,because of the "intellectual capital" as capital division of the class is helplessly into a dilemma of the "new poverty",although they get rid of the bondage of the wage system but still did not escape the fate of the surplus value is exploited.Finally,on the properties of cognitive capitalism,it is still define the nature of capitalism.The sixth chapter is the deep study of the cognitive capitalism.In this chapter,with the study of cognitive capitalism we reaffirmed with the theory of Marxist social from the theory of social morphology,exploitation theory and the theory of productivity and production relations,again more strengthened our belief of Marxism theory.Then,we combine the theory of non-materialized economy,collective wisdom and derivative cooperative economy of the cognitive capitalism with the reality in China to find out the direction of China’s economic and social development,and through the study of capitalism to learn more about the development and future of socialism.Finally,by the free software as a starting point toward the development of individual freedom comprehensive development elements,we should put forward a rational look to the future development of socialism and the direction of human society.更多还原
