基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素与整合应用研究

【摘要】 在信息技术巨大变革时期,工业化住宅发展存在瓶颈:信息化技术水平不高、工业化程度不够、产业化规模不足。如何利用基于建筑信息模型(BIM)工具的协同设计模式,提高工业化住宅开发过程中的综合运行效率,实现工业化住宅信息化、工业化、产业化发展的要求,是本研究的主要内容与目标。除了绪论和结论,论文分为三个部分,分别为基础理论研究、关键要素研究、系统整合模式与应用方法。首先,论文的绪论部分通过研究现状的分析,提出研究的内容,并初步阐述研究的方法、关键技术和思路。接着,论文的第二章至第三章对工业化住宅协同设计的基础理论作阐述:第二章对工业化住宅发展历程进行概述,对阻碍工业化住宅发展的原因进行分析,并指出其需要向制造业学习,工业化住宅设计模式需要转型——必须从线性走向协同,应该选择工业化住宅协同设计作为工业化住宅研究的切入点;第三章介绍了协同设计的基本观点与发展脉络,明确了工业化住宅协同设计的定义与特征,并总结了工业化住宅协同设计的支撑技术;第四章是关键要素及其重要性排序部分:首先通过文献评论与专家访谈确定了影响工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素,然后运用调查问卷搜集关键要素的基础数据,最后对数据分析,得出影响工业化住宅协同设计的最重要的五个关键要素及其重要性排序,作为下一步研究的基础。该部分内容使得工业化住宅协同设计的研究有了坚实的理论基础。论文的第五章至第七章对工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素进行系统阐述:第五章在整体上搭建了一个全面的基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计技术平台,制定了一个可扩展的基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计实施框架,并给出切实可行的实施路线;第六章在总结工业化住宅协同设计冲突检测的具体操作方法的基础上,提出了基于BIM技术的工业化住宅协同设计的冲突消解方法;第七章明确了工业化住宅部品BIM模型库的构建原则与管理流程。该部分内容是研究的技术基础。论文的第八章论述了工业化住宅协同设计的系统整合模式:研究提出了基于BIM和IPD的工业化住宅协同设计的系统整合模式,解决了工业化住宅全生命周期的协同设计问题,既是对研究第四章的结论中关于"全生命周期的协同设计"这个关键要素的解答,也是对所有关键要素的整合研究。这种系统整合模式将工业化住宅协同设计的关键要素整合在一起,形成了一个完整的系统方法论。论文的第九章在分析工业化住宅协同设计的内容、目标、工具的基础上,系统性地归纳了基于BIM的工业化住宅协同设计的应用方法,旨在为工业化住宅项目的开发建设提供协同方法上的操作依据。最后是论文的结论部分,对研究工作做出总结,并对未来的研究工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 In the period of great change on information technology,there are many bottlenecks on the development of industrialized housing:the level of informatization being not high,the degree of industrialization being not adequate and the industrial scale being not large enough.The main contents and aim of this dissertation are to increase efficiency of industrialized housing development and to realize the informatization and industrialization of industrialized housing by using collaborative design pattern based on BIM tools.Besides the introduction and the conclusion,this dissertation is divided into three parts:research on the basic theories,research on the key factors,the integration of all key factors and application methods.In the introduction part,the contents of this research are presented after the analysis of the previous research;and the preliminary methods,key technologies and working ideas for the research are also described.Chapters 2 to 3 are about the basic theory of the collaborative design for industrialized housing.In chapter 2,the development history of industrialized housing is described.The reason of impeding industrialized housing’s development is analyzed.It also indicates that industrialized housing needs to learn from manufacturing industry and its design pattern should transform from linear pattern to collaborative pattern.It comes to the conclusion that collaborative design should be used as the research starting-point for the industrialized housing.In chapter 3 the basic viewpoints and the development of the industrialized housing are introduced,the definition and the characteristics of the industrialized housing are pointed out,and some key technologies for the collaborative design of the industrialized housing are summarized.Chapter 4 is about the key factors and their order of importance.In this chapter,the key factors which may affect the collaborative design through literature review and expert interviews are firstly determined;some basic data about collaborative design by using questionnaires are then collected;through the data analysis,the five key factors and their importance ranking which can be used as the basis of the following research are finally concluded.Therefore,the first part of the dissertation is the groundwork for the research about collaborative design of the industrialized housing.Chapters 5 to 7 are the systematic description about the key factors.In Chapter 5 a comprehensive platform based on the BIM technologies is set up.It creates an implementation framework which can be extended for the collaborative design and provides a feasible implementation route.In Chapter 6 several methods which are based on BIM for the conflict resolution of collaborative design are concluded through the summarization of some operation methods for the conflict detection of collaborative design.In Chapter 7 the principles and management process for the BIM model library of components for industrialized housing are stated.Part 2 is the technology basis of the research.System-based integrated mode for the collaborative design of industrialized housing is discussed in chapter 8.It puts forward a system-based integrated mode based on BIM and IPD for the collaborative design which can solve the difficulties in collaborative design of life circle.This mode is not only the answer to the key factor "collaborative design for life circle" in chapter 4,but also the result of the integration of all key factors.Through this mode all key factors will be integrated together to form a systematic methodology.Based on the analysis of the content,the target and tools for collaborative design,systemic application methods are summarized in chapter 9.These methods will serve as operation basis for development and construction of industrialized housing.This research work is summarized in the conclusion part.The related works and future trends of research in this field are also listed.
