绿色行为决策的演化机理及影响因素研究

【摘要】 当前“绿色化”已成为工业化进程中全球需要共同面对的问题,企业的绿色行为则是其获得持续竞争优势的关键。然而面对日益严峻的资源和环境困境,企业所做出的反应却千差万别,有的企业对待绿色行为态度消极,有的企业正创新性地践行着绿色行为。那么,企业绿色行为决策是如何进行的?哪些因素造成了企业间的绿色行为差异?如何激发企业自发选择绿色行为,促进绿色化进程?本文围绕这些问题展开了深入研究。本文融合环境经济学、行为决策科学、心理学等多学科知识,基于前景理论、利益相关方理论、资源基础观理论、群体环境动力学等理论,采取理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法,运用演化博弈分析和结构方程建模等方法,探究绿色行为决策主体即企业的绿色行为动机,对绿色行为决策的演化机理和影响因素进行了研究,并在此基础上提出促进绿色化进程的对策建议。本文的主要研究内容和创新性工作如下:1.基于前景理论构建绿色行为决策的分析框架,界定绿色行为决策的内涵,识别绿色行为决策的主体、环境、过程与策略;综合考虑内部和外部因素对绿色行为决策的影响,提出了绿色行为决策影响因素的概念框架模型。2.突破传统博弈模型完全理性假设的局限,考虑有限理性的绿色行为决策主体的风险偏好,构建绿色行为决策主体的演化博弈模型,并且进一步构建考虑公众参与情形下的绿色行为决策演化博弈模型,以及再将政府角色区分为中央政府和地方政府,基于委托代理理论构建绿色行为决策的监管防合谋三方博弈模型,完整地讨论了不同情形下的企业和政府以及第三方监管主体的绿色行为决策策略选择。3.基于利益相关方理论、资源基础观理论、资源基础观理论与群体环境动力学理论,构建绿色行为决策的影响因素结构方程模型,通过问卷调查收集数据形成系统性框架,运用结构方程的方法对所提出的七个主要研究假设进行实证检验,辨识影响绿色行为决策的关键影响因素。4.在绿色行为决策的理论和实证分析基础上,基于协同理论分别从不同决策主体提出更好促进绿色行为的应对策略及环境监管政策,验证所构建的模型和方法在实践中的合理性与可行性,以促进企业绿色化进程。本文考虑了有限理性的决策者心理偏好,运用演化博弈分析和结构方程建模等方法,系统地讨论了绿色行为决策主体的演化机理和影响因素,分析了绿色行为决策主体的演化策略选择,证实了公众参与在绿色行为决策中的重要作用,讨论了如何避免企业非绿色行为和政企合谋的现象,形成富有效率的绿色行为决策机制,给出了使得系统趋向帕累托最优,促进企业绿色化进程的具体对策建议。本文更加真实地体现了绿色行为决策主体的行为偏好,识别了企业的绿色行为决策规律,研究成果进一步丰富和完善了绿色行为决策理论,为政府制定更合理的环境规制政策提供了理论借鉴,期望可以更好地推进我国绿色化进程。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,"Going Green" has become a common problem in the process of industrialization all over the world, and green behaviors are the key for those enterprises to gain sustaining competitive advantages. Facing the increasingly tough predicament in resources and environment,however,the responses of those enterprises differ from each other. Some hold negative attitude towards green behaviors while some have been practicing them with creative moves. Therefore, how are the enterprises, green behavior decisions carried out? What factors have caused the difference among the enterprises concerning their green behaviors? How to motivate the enterprises to take green behaviors voluntarily and thereby, promote the progress of green behaviors? This dissertation will do a comprehensive research concerning the questions above.Based on the theories like the Cumulative Prospect Theory, the Interested Party Theory, the Theory of Planned Behavior, and the Dynamics of Group Environment and so on,this dissertation integrates knowledge of Environmental Economics,Behavioral Decision, and Psychology etc. By the methods such as Evolutionary Game Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, the dissertation also studies the behavioral motives of the decision-making body of green behaviors, i.e. the enterprises, the evolution mechanism and influential factors of green behavior decisions, what’s more, the methods to promote the progress of "Going Green" in a better way.This dissertation takes a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method, and influence factors of the evolution mechanism of enterprise green behavior decision was studied, and based on the promotion of the countermeasure and suggestion to the green process.1. This dissertation firstly studies the various documents to give the definition of the green behavior decision, defines and identifies the main body of the green behavior decisions as well as its environment, process and strategy based on the frame analysis of the green behavior decisions modeled through the cumulative prospect theory.2. This dissertation based on the study above, breaks the limit of traditional entirely rational assumption on game theory model. Taking the risk preference of the decision-making body on green behaviors with rounded ration,this dissertation integrally discusses the strategical choices on green behavior decisions among the enterprises, the government and the third party, i,e. the supervising body under different circumstances with the creation of three models of green behavior decisions: the evolutionary game model, a further model under the situation when public participation occurs and the tripartite game model that based on the principal-agent theory under the circumstance that the governments are divided in this dissertation into two types, the central government and the local governments.3. This dissertation based on the theory of planned behavior, dynamics of group environment and the interested party theory,a conceptual model of the influential factors of the green behaviors is created in this dissertation. And it also forms a systematic frame according to data collected from questionnaire surveys. According to the valid data, this dissertation finds out the key influential factor of the green behavior decisions by verifying the seven research hypotheses through structural equation modeling, and thus, it provides further support to the following design for the mechanism.Then, this dissertation, based on the synergy theory, creates coping mechanism and implementing procedures of the designed polices of different decision-making bodies,and verifies the reasonability and feasibility of their theoretical models and methods in reality,therefore,the progress of the "Going Green" project can be promoted.4. This dissertation summarizes the main conclusions of the research stated in it and predicts the possible research directions in the future on the basis of the analysis on the shortcomings of the research.By methods like the evolutionary game theory and structural equation modeling, this dissertation systematically discusses the evolutionary mechanism and influential factors of the green behavior decision-making body and also analyzes the ways to avoid anti-green behaviors showing up and the cooperation between enterprises and the government. It provides an efficient green behavior decision mechanism and proved the importance of the participation of common people to green behaviors; what s more, it also gives the detailed suggestion for the system to go towards the Pareto Optimality.The conclusions of this dissertation veritably show the behavioral preference of the decision-making body of green behaviors, and identify the rules of green behavior decisions of the enterprises, also further enrich and perfect the green behavior decision theory and provide theoretical support for the government to establish more reasonable environmental policies and regulations. With this dissertation, we are expecting the"Going Green" project to be promoted better.
