未来课堂环境下的教学研究

【摘要】 在大数据与“互联网+”时代,新技术的出现正不断改变着人们的工作方式、生活方式和思维方式,同时也影响着人们的教学方式。在教育信息化改革中,我国的教育信息化进程关注的重点已经从硬件基础设施建设提升到技术与教学的深度融合。本论文是基于未来课堂环境建设与研究比较成熟的前提下,利用先进技术手段,集中考虑如何实现技术与教学的深度融合,从实践的角度出发研究未来课堂环境下教师教学行为与学生学习行为的变化,探究出一条切合郑州二中教学理念与实际情形的可持续发展道路。在研究目标上,论文重点确定了三个方面,即:构建新型课堂形态,转变教师教学观念与教学行为;建构学生学习支持服务平台,为学生有效学习提供服务支撑;聚焦学生自主学习的学习能力,为实现学生终身学习与发展奠定坚实基础。通过这三方面,以期实现培养健康、博爱、有为的全面发展的有个性的创新型人才的育人目标。在研究内容上,论文将重点围绕并从课堂信息化教学环境的构建、教育云平台的研发与应用、教学模式和资源的整合、学科和技术的融合、教学与学习行为的转型等方面展开,以期达到论文所提出的研究目标。在研究成果方面,论文重点展示了信息化环境下未来课堂的校本应用,即移动自主学堂的设计与创建;移动自主学堂教育教学发展模型;四课型渐进式教学设计模式;创新型人才发展模型;以及如何运用四课型渐进式教学模式进行教学设计与实践。通过调查问卷、访谈及课堂观察,表明:在移动自主学堂环境下学生的学业成绩得到了大幅度的提升,同时其主观能动性、阅读能力与创新能力都得到了提高;教师的教学观念发生了转变,教师技能与自主能力也得到了较大提升,促进了教师向研究型教师的转变。论文在理论方法、教学模式、教学环境创新的基础上,分析了教师与学生在未来课堂环境下的行为变化,为后续研究提供了理论指导。教学资源的整合与个性化生成、移动自主学堂发展模型、四课型渐进式教学模式、创新型人才培养模型等研究成果可复制、可推广、可借鉴,为当前新技术应用于教学实践提供了实践指导。

【Abstract】 In the age of big data and "Internet+", the emergence of new technologies is not only constantly changing the way of people’s work, lifestyle and thinking, but also affecting our teaching. In the reform of education information, the focus on the process of education informatization in China has changed from hardware resources to techniques deep integration with the teaching. This study is based on the premise of more mature classroom study, making full use of advanced technology, focusing on the depth integration of the technology and teaching, exploring the change of teachers and students’ behavior from the perspective of practice under the environment of the future class, and exploring a path of sustainable development in the teaching concept and the actual situation of NO.2 of zheng zhou school.On the research objectives, this study focuses on three aspects, namely, building a new form of class, transforming teaching conception and teaching behavior; constructing a learning support service system, providing an excellent platform for students; fostering the students’ autonomous learning ability, and laying a solid foundation for achieving lifelong learning and development. Through these three aspects, this study finally realizes the cultivation of innovative talents of healthy, universal love and comprehensive development.In research content, this study includes the following aspects, namely, building information teaching environment, developing and testing education cloud platform, integrating teaching mode and resources, fusing subject and technology, transforming teachers and students’ behavior, and so on, in order to achieve the goal of the research presented in the paper.In the research achievement, the paper focuses on the application of the future classroom in the information environment, namely, the design and creation of mobile autonomous school; the development model of education and teaching in mobile autonomous school; four class type progressive teaching design pattern; development model of innovative talents; and using four classes teaching mode for teaching design and teaching practice. Through survey questionnaire, interview and the class observation, the results showed that, in mobile independent school, the students’academic result has been significantly improved; their initiative, reading and innovation capacity also have been improved; the teachers’teaching concept occurred change, and teachers’skills and independent capacity also have been improved, promoting teachers’change to a research teacher.This research is innovative in the theoretical method, teaching mode and teaching environment. It analyzes the teachers and students’ behavior in future classroom environment, and provides theoretical guidance for future research. The results of integration personalized generationg of teaching resources, mobile development model, four-course progressive independent school teaching pattern, innovation-oriented talents cultivation model can be copied, promoted, and used, providing practical guidance for teaching practice in the current application of new technology.
