面向客户满意的消费类电子产品概念设计过程若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 当前,消费类电子产品(以下简称“产品”)市场竞争日益激烈,与此同时,客户对产品需求的个性化及多样化程度逐渐加深。在此背景下,提高客户对企业产品的满意度是应对这一挑战的有效途径。作为产品创新过程中最富有创造性的环节,产品概念设计是决定产品基本特征和设计方案的关键阶段,因而在该阶段,高效、准确地获取客户需求,生成符合客户偏好的产品概念设计方案,是企业提升客户对产品满意度的关键。为此,以客户识别及其需求管理为基础,研究产品概念设计方案生成方法,对于提高企业客户满意度,增强市场竞争能力具有非常重要的现实意义。在此,本文以产品概念设计过程为主线,以客户需求及其偏好为基础,以提升客户对产品概念设计方案的满意为目标,从客户识别及其需求管理、概念设计方案生成、概念设计方案评价及其对应最终产品的可靠性预测等四个方面,对面向客户满意的产品概念设计过程及其关键技术展开深入研究。全文的主要研究内容包括以下几个部分:①研究面向客户满意的产品概念设计过程及其关键问题。首先,基于现有研究成果,对产品概念设计的定义、特点及其过程加以阐述;在此基础上,分析提升客户对产品概念设计方案满意程度的关键要素,建立面向客户满意的产品概念设计过程;然后,针对向客户满意的产品概念设计过程中的关键问题、关键技术进行研究;基于此构建论文的总体研究框架。②研究产品概念设计中的客户识别及需求管理方法。首先,将产品概念设计中的客户识别及需求管理划分为三个阶段,即客户识别、客户需求获取、客户需求映射;在客户特征分析基础上,建立评价客户的指标体系,构建基于改进模糊聚类分析(IFCA)的客户识别模型,对客户群体进行识别划分;然后,研究客户需求的获取及其重要度确定方法,对客户需求的映射关系进行分析;最后,通过案例分析验证本方法的可行性和有效性。③在考虑客户对产品属性偏好的基础上,研究产品概念设计方案生成方法。首先,基于上述研究成果,设计考虑客户对产品属性偏好的产品概念设计方案生成研究框架;其次,基于对产品原理方案设计方法的分析,构建综合考虑客户产品属性偏好满足度的产品概念设计方案生成多目标优化模型,并给出相应的模型求解算法;最后,通过案例对所提方法的可行性和有效性进行验证。④研究基于客户聚类分析的产品概念设计方案评价方法。首先,基于现有研究成果,设计基于客户聚类分析的产品概念设计方案评价研究框架,将产品概念设计方案评价划分为四个层次,即输入层、评价层、聚类层和输出层;在此基础上,基于客户需求构建产品概念设计方案评价指标体系,提出一种集成图论、优势数等分析技术的产品概念设计方案评价模型,以计算和确定在合理成本约束下最优产品概念设计方案的数量及解集;最后,通过案例对所提方案评价技术的可行性和有效性进行验证。⑤研究产品概念设计方案对应最终产品的可靠性预测方法。针对已生成的产品概念设计方案,为降低产品概念设计方案所对应最终产品质量特性缺陷发生概率,进一步提高产品设计质量,论文将可靠性分析引入产品概念设计阶段。但由于产品概念设计阶段可靠性预测数据缺乏导致预测准确性较差,为此,论文构建了基于特征相似的产品可靠性预测模型,该模型通过对已有特征相似产品特征失效结构的分析,建立与新产品可靠性分析的映射关系,进而获得相应数据在概念设计阶段实现产品可靠性预测。最后,通过案例对所提可靠性预测模型和方法的可行性与有效性进行验证。

【Abstract】 Currently, the market of consumer elcectronics products(abbreviation as "Products") is fiercely competitive increasingly, while the customer needs in diversity and personality for products are gradually deepened. Improving the customer satisfaction of company products is an effective way to resolve the difficulty in this context. Conceptual design is the most creative stage in product innovation process, it determines the basic features and the design solutions of products. Therefore, it is the key to improve the customer satisfaction for company that access to customer needs efficietly and accuratly and generate the solution to product conceptual design in line with customer preferences. Meanwhile, there is much practice significance to research the generation of product conceptual design solutions based on the idetification of customer needs and preferences for improving the customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of company. This thesis takes product conceptual design process as the mainline, takes customer needs and preferences as the basic consideration, targets to improve customer’s satisfation to product conceptual design solutions. From four aspects, such as the identification of customers and their needs, the generation of conceptual design solutions, the evaluation of conceptual design solutions, and the reliability predication of conceptual products, this thesis has had an intensive study on the process model and main technologies of product conceptual design for customer satisfaction. The main research content of this thesis is as following:In the first part, the overall research about customer’s satisfaction in product innovation conceptual design stage was carried out. Firstly, the basic theory of product innovation conceptual design was analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of the research in the definition of customer’s satisfaction and the key strategies to enhance customer satisfaction of product innovation conceptual design, customer satisfaction for product innovation conceptual design process(takes the comsumer electronics as study object) is described. Finally, the key technologies of product conceptual design process for customer satisfaction were analyzed, and a general research framework was established.In the second part, customer identification and needs management of supporting product innovation conceptual design were studied. Firstly, the research process was divided into three phases, customer identification, customer needs acquirement and weight determination, needs mapping. Then a research framework was established based on the phases; Secondly, the customer evaluation system was established, and the customer identification model based on IFCA was constructed; Thirdly, customer needs acquirement and weight determination methods were studied, and through establishing the corresponding relation between customer needs and product structure, mapping of customer needs was analyzed, and the product structural innovation elements and its weight were determined; Finally, the effectiveness and the feasibility of this identification model and method were verified through an application example.In the third part, product innovation conceptual design schemes generation and decision-making methods were researched. Firstly, put the product structural innovation elements as an input and the conceptual design schemes generation as an output, a research framework for product innovation conceptual design schemes generation and decision-making was established; Secondly, creative formation of product structural elements innovation and product principle scheme design were analyzed; Then, give due consideration to the need preferences of customers, the decision goals of product innovation conceptual design schemes generation were analyzed and quantified, on the basis, a multi-objective decision model for product innovation conceptual design schemes generation was established; Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this proposed model and method were tested and verified through an application instance.In the fourth part, product innovation conceptual design schemes evaluation and decision methods were researched. Firstly, the research process was divided into four levels, input level, evaluation level, clustering level and output level, a research framework for product innovation conceptual design schemes evaluation and decision was established; Secondly, considering the extent of meeting customer needs and the difference between customers’ preferences, the evaluation index system was established based on the customer needs information, and a kind of an evaluation and decision model was proposed based on the customer clustering analysis, On this basis, in order to enable enterprises to respond flexibly to product demand change and rapid response to customer demand, a new customer clustering and recommended implementation process based on evaluation similarity was established; Finally, an evaluation example was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.In the fifth part, product reliability prediction in product conceptual design phase was studied. Generated for the conceptual design solutions, in order to verify the quality defect of the final products corresponded to solutions, and to improve the feasibility of product conceptual design solutions, this thesis introduces reliability analysis into product conceptual design stage. A kind of feature similarity-based reliability prediction model was proposed. In this model, through evaluation and selection of the existing products with similar characteristics and features, and analysis and improved its failure structure, the reliability analysis and prediction of innovative product were finally achieved, so as to realize the improvement the design quality of innovative products and enhanced the customer satisfaction of the new product; Finally, the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed prediction model and method were tested and verified through an example.
