【摘要】 科学技术的日益更新和民众消费需求的不断提升,促使以“知识”和“文化”为特征的文化创意产业应运而生。文化创意产业主要是指以文化为基础、以创新为核心、以思想为动力,利用高科技术对于文化资源进行有效整合提升和利用,通过知识产业的不断研发和广泛应用,生产出高附加值的知识产品和服务的新型产业。从18世纪英国工业革命开始,人类进入到了工业革命时期,但随着计算机、电子科技产业的发展,传统的工业制造业逐渐衰败,城市经济结构、产业布局、经济类型发生了重大的转变,许多城市针对大量的工业建筑遗产选择拆除、废弃还是改造,面临两难。这种情况下,可持续发展设计理论使文化创意产业成为旧工业建筑遗产再设计的新途径。可持续发展设计理论背景下城市更新需要延续城市的整体记忆、城市的发展空间纽带、城市的文脉传承(包括城市的景观文化),在可持续发展设计理论的指导下如何将城市旧工业建筑遗产改造为城市的文化创意产业园区,是实现文化创意产业园的可持续发展的必然要求。基于此,笔者对于国内外文化创意产业园设计发展进行梳理研究,探讨可持续发展设计理论,希望能够探寻中国可持续文化创意产业园未来发展,这对于促进我国文化创意产业实现可持续发展具有重大意义。因此,基于可持续发展的文化创意产业园设计的研究过程、设计策略及具体实践是本文研究的重点。本文针对文化创意产业园的可持续设计进行研究,主要内容和观点如下:第一,明确文化创意产业园及可持续设计的概念及主要特征。文化创意产业园的可持续设计包括:环境与资源的管理和利用,建筑与公共空间的多样性和适用性,关注人性化发展,保持独特性和地域文化性,生物系统和个人系统的平衡。第二,通过分析国内外工业遗产基础上兴起的文化创意产业园的发展,作者认为文化创意产业园的发展必须建立在市场经济的推动力基础之上,利用工业遗产的可持续性为文化创意产业园的发展提供条件,此外文化创意产业园还应该注意文化的保护与传承。第三,通过研究我国文化创意产业园的发展水平,对文化创意产业园的功能、布局以及设计原则进行分析;在完成了相关评价方法研究后,本文建立了文化创意产业园设计的整体综合评价体系,其综合评价要素包括空间布局、建筑改造、环境景观、环境心理和场所氛围等。第四,探讨文化创意产业园可持续设计的设计内容,主要包含建筑设计、色彩设计、景观设计、设计心理、照明设计以及公共空间设计、交通设计等方面。第五,对我国文化创意产业园可持续设计的方法与策略再思考,并在此基础之上对园区设计、交往需求以及艺术商业博弈进行思考。文化创意产业园的可持续设计体现了工业建筑空间形态的演变过程,也使一些标志性的建筑从“物”上升到“象”,完成了物质到精神的转变;同时,文化创意产业园随着消费文化理念的发展而发展,其本身的发展过程也是艺术和商业的博弈过程。第六,立足于太原瓦窑文化创意产业园区的基础之上,对文化创意产业园可持续设计的实践案例进行评价思考。总之,本研究从艺术、生态以及传承场地文脉的角度出发,对于现代文化创意产业园的空间环境、建筑等可持续设计进行研究,试图探寻文化创意产业园的氛围营造方式,并体现出文化性功能。在通过对于创意产业园空间、景观整体设计的表现手法和发展策略方面予以分析研究之后,试图使得整个创意产业园在遵循生态发展和传承传统文化间找到平衡点,并力图实现创意产业园区商业经济和艺术设计的协调发展,最终显现经济效益、文化效益、环境效益和社会效益四者共赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology update, and increasingly people rising consumer demand, prompting is characterized by "knowledge" and "culture" of cultural creative industry arises at the historic moment. Culture creative industry mainly refers to culture as the foundation, take innovation as the core, powered by ideas, using high-tech technology in promoting cultural resources for effective integration and utilization, through constant research and development and extensive application of knowledge industry, knowledge to produce high value-added products and services of the new industry.In the modern society, the foreign and the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of cultural creative industry.Meanwhile, from the 18 th century British industrial revolution began, the human into the industrial revolution, but with the development of computer, electronic science and technology industry, the traditional manufacturing industry gradually decline, urban economic structure, industrial layout, type of economy there has been a major shift, many cities on a large number of industrial building heritages choose to dismantle, abandoned, or transform, face a dilemma.In this case, the sustainable development theory to make cultural creative industry become a new way to re-design of old industrial building heritages.Theory of sustainable development for urban renewal must renew the city’s overall memory, link the development of the city space and urban context inheritance(including the city’s cultural landscape), so a lot of countries under the guidance of sustainable development theory of transforming urban heritage of the old industrial buildings for the city’s cultural creative industry park, realize the sustainable development of the cultural creative industrial park. Based on this, the author combed for cultural creative industrial park design development at home and abroad research, hoping to explore sustainable cultural creative industrial park for the future development in China, it for promoting the cultural creative industry cluster of high speed and is of great significance. Therefore, based on the research on sustainable development based on the study of the cultural creative industrial park design process, design strategy and concrete practice becomes in this paper, we study in the first place.This article in view of the cultural creative industrial park sustainable design, main content and points of view are as follows:First, a clear cultural creative industrial park, and the concept and main features of sustainable design. Cultural creative industrial park sustainable design include: environmental and resource management and utilization, the diversity of buildings and public Spaces and applicability, focus on human development, keep the uniqueness and regional culture, and the balance of the biological system and individual system.Second, through the analysis of industrial heritage at home and abroad on the basis of the development of the rise of cultural and creative industrial park, the author thinks that the development of cultural creative industrial park must be established on the basis of the driving force of market economy, the sustainability of the use of industrial heritage provide conditions for the development of cultural creative industrial park, cultural creative industrial park also should pay attention to the protection and inheritance of culture.Third, by studying the development level of China’s cultural creative industrial park, to the function of cultural creative industrial park, layout and design principle are analyzed; After completed the relevant evaluation method research, this paper established a cultural creative industrial park design of the overall comprehensive evaluation system, the comprehensive evaluation elements including space layout, building, landscape, environmental psychology and site atmosphere, etc.Fourth, this paper discusses the design of the cultural creative industrial park sustainable design content, mainly includes the architectural design, color design, landscape design, mental design, lighting design and public space design, traffic design, etc.Fifth, to our country culture creativity industrial park sustainable design method and the strategy thinking, and on the basis of the park design, commercial game thinking communication needs, and art. Cultural creative industrial park sustainable design embodies the evolution of industrial building space form, also make some landmark buildings from "objects" to "like", completed the material to the spirit of change; Cultural creative industrial park at the same time, with the development of the concept of consumer culture and development, its development process is also the game process between art and commerce.Sixth, based on the taiyuan tile kiln culture creative industry park, on the basis of the cultural creative industrial park to evaluate sustainable design practice cases.In conclusion, this study from the perspective of art, ecology and heritage site context, the modern cultural creative industrial park of space environment on the sustainable design, construction and other research, trying to explore cultural creative industrial park atmosphere build, and reflects the cultural function.Through the creative industrial park, landscape space overall design technique of expression and development strategies to be after analysis and research, trying to make the whole creative industrial park in the balance between ecological development and inheritance of traditional culture, and try to realize creative industry park of commercial economy and the coordinated development of art design, finally emerging economic and cultural benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits and win-win.更多还原
