【摘要】 资源型城市经济转型是当前我国区域经济发展中的重大问题,是地理学重要的科学研究与实践领域。作为资源型城市的重要组成部分,石油城市同样面临着可采石油资源逐渐枯竭、下岗失业人员增多、生态环境恶化、国际石油价格波动影响、城市空间布局分散和城市功能欠缺等一系列问题,经济转型是石油城市实现可持续发展的必然选择。石油城市经济转型是一个复杂的理论与实践问题,需要研究科学的转型理论与转型模式。本文综合地理学、产业经济学、区域经济学、可持续发展等学科相关理论与方法,针对石油城市可持续的现实需要,以理论—方法—实践,一般——特殊一一般的研究思路,对石油城市经济转型机制做了系统性分析,构建了经济转型时机的理论分析框架,确定了石油城市最佳经济转型时机,并以经济转型时机为基点,提出了石油城市经济转型的理论模式。选取典型石油城市大庆市为实证研究,验证经济转型理论模式在实践运用中的适用性。全文共分为五个部分：第一章绪论。本章是论文的准备部分,系统总结国内对资源型城市经济转型与石油城市经济转型的研究进展,阐述论文研究的理论意义和实践价值,并提出本文的研究方案和技术路线。第二章基础理论部分。在阐述资源型城市、石油城市、资源型城市经济转型、石油城市经济转型内涵的基础上,系统总结了石油城市经济转型的一些基本理论问题。城市发展理论、产业结构理论、可持续发展理论、区域发展理论、城市空间结构理论对经济转型具有重要指导意义,构建了石油城市经济转型的理论分析框架。第三章经济转型机制研究。系统揭示了石油城市内在发展机理,把握城市的形成发展机制及演变规律,阐明了经济转型的影响因素及其作用机制,明确各责任主体的地位和作用,阐述了石油城市经济转型的效应,提出了石油城市经济转型路径,为石油城市经济转型时机的选择和转型模式的研究奠定基础。第四章经济转型模式研究。是本文的重点、难点和力求创新之处。阐述了经济转型模式的内涵,剖析了经济转型模式的构成要件及内在逻辑关系；从资源利用时序、产业结构演变、空间结构演化和生态环境变化四个维度构建了经济转型时机的分析框架；通过对不同经济转型时机的比较分析提出了最佳经济转型时机；以转型时机为基点,深入探讨了石油城市经济转型的理论模式。第五章实证研究。选择典型的石油城市大庆市为实证研究,力求理论联系实际。在对大庆市区域概况分析的基础上,揭示基于不同经济转型时机下经济转型演变过程及机制,分析与评价其经济转型绩效；提出经济转型的模式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The resources-based cities’ economic transformation is the major issue of our nationalregional economy at present, and it is the important field of research and practice of thegeography. As the part of the resources-based cities system, the petroleum cities are also facedwith a series of problems, such as the gradual depletion of recoverable oil resources, morelaid-off workers, environmental degradation, and international crude oil price fluctuations,urban spatial dispersion and lack of urban fuctionl etc. The economic transformation ofpetroleum cities is a complex theoretical and practical issue, and it is needed to study on thescientific theory and model of transformation. This study combined the geography, industrialeconomics, regional economics, sustainable development and other related theory andmethods to research the mechanism and model of the economic transformation. On account ofthe sustainable reality for the petroleum cities’ needs, with the research route oftheory-method-practice, and general-special-general,this paper made a systematic analysis ofpetroleum cities’ economic transformation mechanism, and formed a theoretical framework ofthe economic transformation opportunity.Then the paper put forward the theoretical modelsand elements of petroleum cities’ economic transformation based on the economictransformation opportunity.In order to verify the feasibility of the theory model of theeconomic transition in practical application, the paper select the typical petroleum city–Daqing city as a case study. The paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is introduction. This is the paper preparation section. Based on thesystematical summary of the research progress that the economic transformation ofresources-based cities and patrolmen cities at home and abroad, the paper represent thetheoretical significance and the practical value, and then present the research plan andresearch route..The second chapter is the basic theoretical analysis. Based on the summary of theconcept of petroleum cities and economic transformation, the paper systematicallysummarized the basic theory of the paper.The urban development theory, industrial structuretheory, sustainable development theory, region development theory and urban space structuretheory are important theory base to guild the economic transformation of petroleum cities, andthen the paper put forward a theoretical framework of petroleum cities’ economictransformation.The third chapter is the study of economic transformation mechanism. In this section, thepaper systematically revealed the development mechanism and the evolution law of thepetroleum cities, and clarified the main responsibility body of the economic transformation, then described the effects of the petroleum cities economic transformation. This section is thetheory basis for the selection of the economic transformation opportunity and thetransformation model. of the petroleum cities.The forth chapter is the study of economic transformation model. This section is the key,difficulty and innovation of this paper. In this section, the paper described the elements ofeconomic transformation model, analyzed the constitutional elements and the internal logicrelationship, then formed the analysis framework of economic transformation opportunityfrom the four angles of resource utilization program, industrial structure evolution, spacestructure evolution and eco-environmental change., and then the paper put forward to thetheoretical model of economic transformation of petroleum cities based on the transformationopportunity.The fifth chapter is case study. In this section, the paper took the typical petroleum city–Daqing city as a case study for striving to integrate theory with practice. Based on theanalysis of overview of Daqing area, it revealed economic transformation mechanism, andevaluated the economic transformation achievement, then determined the economictransformation opportunity of Daqing city, at last the paper proposed the selection ofeconomic transformation model.更多还原
