沥青混合料热再生机理及技术性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,国内早期修建的高等级公路已相继进入大修阶段。为了有效回收利用翻修产生的沥青废料,从而达到环保低碳经济的要求,实现集约型社会可持续发展的目的,开展废旧沥青材料的热再生利用具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。本文系统的分析了沥青老化机理,在此基础上利用再生材料研究了回收沥青再生机理及其技术性能,并进行了热拌再生沥青混合料的配合比设计和性能验证。本文通过室内模拟老化试验对回收沥青性状进行了研究,得到了沥青在不同老化条件下的老化规律,系统地分析了路面回收沥青和室内老化沥青老化程度的关系。采用组分分析、红外吸收光谱分析和凝胶渗透色谱分析等化学分析手段研究了揭示了沥青的老化机理。本文采用两种再生方式对回收沥青再生机理进行了研究,分别从宏观角度和微观角度研究了再生沥青与原状沥青、再生沥青老化性状的物理性质、微观组成结构以及再生沥青抗老化性能,提出利用红外吸收光谱图,结合主成分分析和BP神经网络判定分析不同性状沥青的新方法,以及利用平均分子量分布控制再生沥青质量的方法。结合实体工程,本文还进行了回收沥青混合料性状分析的试验与评价,总结了再生沥青混合料配合比设计方法。分析研究了随再生材料掺配率的变化,再生沥青混合料级配及体积指标的变化规律。确定了不同再生材料掺配率下合成级配及最佳沥青用量的确定方法。论文还通过车辙试验、汉堡车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,从高温稳定性、水稳定性和耐久性等方面技术性能,评价了再生沥青混合料路用性能。结果表明,再生沥青混合料可满足沥青路面使用性能的需要,再生沥青混合料的柔韧性随再生剂掺量的增加而增强。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the early domestic high-grade highways have successively entered intooverhaul stage. In order to effectively recycle refurbished asphalt waste,and to meet therequirements of environmental protection and low-carbon economy and realizing sustainabledevelopment of intensive social purpose, carrying out the recycling technology of wasteasphalt has significant economic, social and environmental benefits. This paper analyzed theaging mechanism of asphalt, used the Recycled asphalt materials system to study the asphaltRecycling Mechanism and technical property, and also did the research and development ofhot mix asphalt.This paper first systematically analyzed the asphalt aging mechanism, studied thecharacter of recycle asphalt through the indoor simulation aging test, obtained the aging ruleof asphalt in different aging conditions, compared the aging degree of the pavement recyclingasphalt and indoor aging asphalt. Use the component analysis, infrared absorption spectrumanalysis, gel permeation chromatography analysis and other chemical analysis methods toreveal the asphalt aging mechanism.This paper used two species recycling way to research the recycling asphalt RecyclingMechanism, analyzed the recycled asphalt and original asphalt, recycled asphalt agingproperties of physical properties and microscopic structure from the macroscopic angle andmicroscopic angle respectively, studied the anti-aging property of regenerative asphaltsystemically and deeply, this paper puts forward that use the infrared absorption spectrogram,combined with principal component analysis and BP neural network decision to analysisdifferent character of asphalt, the paper also propose use the average molecular weightdistribution to control the quality of the recycled asphalt.Combined with the needs of the physical project, this paper also carried out the test andevaluation of the recycling asphalt mixture character analysis, the author summarizes theregenerative asphalt mix design method. Besides, the paper also analyzed the recycled asphaltmixture grading and volume indexes variation rules with the change of the RAP blending rate,and determine the synthetic gradation under different RAP blending ratio and the determination of the optimum asphalt content.This paper analyzed and evaluated the recycled asphalt mixture road property from thehigh temperature stability, water stability and durability and other aspects through the ruttingtest, Hamburg rutting test, the water immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The durability of recycled asphalt mixture asphalt pavement property can meet the needs ofasphalt pavement. The flexibility of the recycled asphalt mixture will strengthen with theincreasing recycling agent dosage.
