绿色再制造设计管理研究

【摘要】 本文围绕绿色再制造设计管理问题展开研究,构建了绿色再制造设计管理的理论体系和内容框架,对绿色再制造设计管理进行了较为系统、全面的研究,为相关企业搞好绿色再制造设计管理活动提供参考和借鉴。案例分析部分以施乐公司开展复印机绿色再制造的设计管理活动为例,论证前面理论部分提出的相关结论并揭示出绿色再制造设计管理活动的基本规律,并针对该公司绿色再制造设计管理中的不足提出了改进建议。具体来说,本文的研究内容包括以下八个组成部分:第一部分是导论。主要阐述本论文选题的目的和意义、国内外相关研究综述及本文的主要研究内容和研究方法。第二部分重点介绍绿色再制造设计管理的基本理论。阐述了绿色再制造的概念及其特征,分析了绿色再制造设计管理的内涵和任务,并探讨了绿色再制造设计管理的体系及其特点。分别从绿色再制造设计管理的生命周期视角、外部经济视角和合作博弈视角对其进行深入研究,并构建了绿色再制造设计管理战略联盟的动态博弈模型。第三部分是绿色再制造设计分析。指出了影响新产品和废旧产品再制造评价的因素,构建了产品的再制造性评价模型和绿色再制造产品设计方案模糊评价模型。分析了绿色再制造设想方案的主要内容,探讨了四种绿色再制造费用估算方法和四种主要的绿色再制造时机。第四部分重点研究绿色再制造的设计流程管理。概括了绿色再制造设计流程管理的内涵。总结了传统串行设计流程存在的问题,提出了优化绿色再制造设计流程的对策建议。并重点探讨了基于并行工程的绿色再制造的设计管理模式。第五部分是绿色再制造的设计平台管理。分析了构建绿色再制造设计平台,并对其进行开放式管理和分布式管理的必要性,重点探讨了基于绿色再制造设计平台的绿色模块化设计管理及其实施步骤。第六部分重点分析了绿色再制造过程的分领域设计管理。总结了绿色再制造企业的生产设计管理的特点和内容,构建了制造/绿色再制造混合系统中单一企业两期利润最大化情况下的闭环供应链生产优化决策模型。分析了绿色再制造企业的物流网络的特点,构建了再制造物流网络优化设计的多周期静态选址模型。并探讨了绿色再制造的产品营销设计管理问题。本文的第七部分是案例分析。主要是围绕典型案例——施乐公司复印机绿色再制造的设计管理活动展开研究。一方面总结其设计管理经验,为其他产品领域的绿色再制造商提供借鉴;另一方面剖析其设计管理中存在的不足,并有针对性地提出了改进建议。第八部分是全文总结与研究展望。主要是总结本文已作的研究工作,归纳本文的创新点,对因条件限制或其他各种原因未来得及在本文中进行研究的问题作出说明并提出未来的研究展望。

【Abstract】 This dissertation focuses on green remanufacturing design management, aiming to build up the management system and content framework of green remanufacturing design management. This dissertation is a comprehensive and systematic study on green remanufacturing design management, which can provide reference for relevant enterprises. The empirical study takes Xerox Copier Green Remanufacturing Company as an example, and manages to support the relevant conclusion drawn in the theoretical part and to demonstrate the fundamental rules of green remanufacturing design management. Meanwhile, some recommendations are made to improve Xerox’s design management according to its shortcomings. Specifically, the dissertation consists of eight sections as follows:SectionⅠis introduction. It states the background, purpose as well as the significance of the study on green remanufacturing design management. It sums up the status quo of green remanufacturing design management at home and abroad. Based on that, this section states what is to be explored, how it is to be explored in the study and the technological path of the study.SectionⅡfocuses on the basic theory of green remanufacturing design management. At first, it explains the concept and characteristics of green remanufacturing, and describes the content and tasks, as well as the system and characteristics of green remanufacturing design management. Then, it studies on green remanufacturing design management from three perspectives:the life-cycle perspective, the external economic perspective and the cooperative game perspective, and establishes a dynamic game model of green remanufacturing design management strategic alliances.SectionⅢis green remanufacturing design analysis. Firstly, it explores the factors affecting the remanufacturability assessment of new products and used products, and establishes an evaluation model of products’ remanufacturability and a fuzzy evaluation model of green remanufacturing product design proposals. Secondly, it points out the importance of the green remanufacturing design plan. Lastly, it discusses four commonly used green remanufacturing cost evaluation methods, and explores the normal suitable moments to carry out green remanufacturing.SectionⅣfocuses on design process management in green remanufacturing enterprises. It explains the concept of the design process management in green remanufacturing enterprises. Then, it summaries the shortcomings of the traditional serial.design process, and made some recommendations to improve design process in green remanufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, it explores the green remanufacturing design management mode based on concurrent engineering.SectionⅤexplores design platform management in green remanufacturing enterprises. It points out the necessity of building up a design platform in green remanufacturing enterprises. In order to improve the design platform management in green remanufacturing enterprises, open management and distributed management are recommended. Then, it discusses the importance and the implementation procedures of green modular design management based on design platform in green remanufacturing enterprises.SectionⅥdiscusses the sub-area design management of green remanufacturing process. It summaries the characteristics, content and basic principles of production management in green remanufacturing enterprises, and establishes a green remanufacturing enterprises’ production optimization decision-making model. Furthermore, it analyzes the characteristics of logistics network in green remanufacturing enterprises, and establishes a green remanufacturing enterprises’ logistics optimization model. Lastly, it studies on the marketing design management of green remanufacturing products.SectionⅦis a case study exemplifying Xerox Copier Green Remanufacturing Company, whose design management experience is analyzed, aiming to provide reference for other fields’ remanufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, some recommendations are made to improve Xerox’s design management according to its shortcomings.SectionⅧis a full summary and research prospects. This section summarizes the main research work and the innovation of this dissertation, and illustrates the problems which haven’t been studied in this dissertation due to conditions or other reasons and proposes future research prospects.
