网络化制造平台的产品信息建模方法与应用研究

【摘要】 网络化制造(Networked Manufacturing,NM)技术是将网络技术与制造技术、特别是先进制造技术相结合的所有相关技术和理论的总称,是经济全球化和信息革命时代的必然产物。通过网络化制造平台,可以提供一个支持企业信息共享和工作协作的大环境,以支持企业开展网络化制造的应用。本论文在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,重点研究了面向服务的网络化制造平台中一些关键技术问题,研究内容和成果主要体现在以下几方面:1.研究并构建了适合网络化制造、基于产品数据交换标准(the STandard for the Exchange of Product model data,STEP)的产品模型体系。根据三维产品网络模型的特点,本文结合STEP标准构建了一个面向网络化制造的产品模型体系,从产品在生命周期各个阶段实际需求的角度分析了该体系的各种子模型,研究了基于STEP标准的网络化模型构建方法。2.研究了三维可视化模型的网络传输方法。考虑到网络化协同设计实时共享的要求,提出了基于流式传输(Stream Transmission)的增量传输(Incremental Transmission)方法。在运用流媒体技术的基础上,对比新旧模型文件,只传输修改过的文件块。实例证明,该方法能够大大减少数据冗余,并提高传输效率。3.研究并提出了基于最大团(Maximal Cliques, MC)的三维模型特征检索与匹配方法。为了能对三维产品模型进行快速准确的检索,该方法综合运用图论算法和组合优化技术,将较为复杂的属性邻接图简化为合并图,运用模拟退火算法求出不同机械零件的相似度。该方法不但大大提高了计算的效率,也具备了更好的工程实用性。4.研究了在分布式协同制造环境下基于产品生命周期的智能决策模型构建方法。通过对专家经验或历史案例的分析,提取产品生命周期中起决定性作用的一些因素。在此基础之上建立起层次结构模型,通过计算得到不同候选伙伴的各项能力及综合能力权重表。这样企业就可以根据自身需要,借助一个或多个候选伙伴的优势进行高效率的分布式协同制造。在以上研究成果的基础上,本文以昆山数控科技园数控机床及功能部件配套交易及会展网络交易平台项目为开发背景,以面向服务的架构技术为支撑,实现了原型系统的设计与开发。

【Abstract】 As a natural result of economic globalization and information revolution, the networked manufacturing (NM) technology is a general concept about all kinds of theories and techniques. It based on network technology and manufacturing technology, especially advanced manufacturing technology. The NM platform provides an environment for applications such as inter-enterprise information sharing and collaborative work.Based on analysis of domestic and international researching achievements, some key technical issues for the service oriented NM platform are mainly researched and explored. The main research content and achievements are as follows.1. A product model system for NM platform is researched and set up based on the standard for the exchange of product model data (STEP). According to the characteristic of 3D part models in network conditions, the dissertation builds the model system based on the standard for STEP, analyses all kinds of sub-models in the system from the perspective of the actual requests in different stages of product life-cycle, and studies the techniques and implementation methods which convert the STEP format files to application sub-models.2. A network transmission method of 3D visual model is researched and proposed, which is an incremental method based on stream transmission in order to implement real-time sharing of network collaborative design. Using stream media technology, this method compares modified model file with original file and just transports the modified file blocks. Examples show that this method can greatly reduce data redundancy and improve transmission efficiency.3. A 3D model feature retrieving and matching method based on maximal cliques is researched and proposed. In order to retrieve 3D models rapidly and accurately, the method uses graph theory algorithms and combinatorial optimization techniques, reduces complex attributed adjacency graph to relatively simple combination graph, and applies simulated annealing algorithm to acquiring the similarity value of different part models. It not only greatly improves calculating efficiency, but also possesses better engineering practicability. 4. An intelligent decision-making model construction method based on product life cycle is researched under distributed collaborative manufacturing environment. With the expertise or analyzing historical case analysis, the decisive factors in the product life cycle are extracted. On this basis, a hierarchy model about these factors is established. The weight values of the single ability and comprehensive ability of different candidate partners are calculated and shown in a table. Accordingly enterprises can perform distributed collaborative manufacturing efficiently for their needs with the advantages of one or more candidates.A prototype system is designed and developed with the technique of service oriented architecture based on the above mentioned researches and a project about trading and exhibition networked platform of CNC machine tools and supporting parts in Kunshan CNC Zone.
