【摘要】 目的：在系统总结分析护理教育等相关状况的基础上,探寻中医护理人才培养的发展趋势和存在的问题,构建具有我国特色的中医护理人才培养模式。方法：文献挖掘；比较分析；问卷调查；专家咨询；数据分析。结果：通过文献研究,梳理了中医护理教育发展的历史沿革和规律趋势；通过对11所中医药院校802份调查问卷以及6所院校中医护理相关教学计划的分析,认为应围绕四年制本科主流层次,构建特色突出的中医护理人才培养模式。结论：提出了六位一体的中医护理人才培养模式框架,从培养目标确立、课程体系建设、实践教学体系建设、培养保障体系建设、培养评价体系等方面入手,提出了新的观点,为构建新型中医护理人才培养模式提供策略支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the condition of nursing education systematically, the dissertation was to explore the development trend in nursing personnel training of TCM and existing problems, in order to build the nursing personnel training mode of TCM with Chinese characteristics. Methods:Literature exploration; Comparative analysis; Questionnaire survey; Expert consultation; Data analysis. Results:The dissertation summarized the concise history and development trend of nursing education of TCM by reviewing literature. With the analysis of 802 questionnaires from 11 colleges of TCM and teaching programs related to nursing of TCM from 6 colleges, the dissertation proposed to build nursing personnel training mode of TCM with distinguishing feature centering on four-year undergraduate education. Conclusion:A six of one framework for the nursing personnel training mode of TCM is put forward. With discussion on some critical aspects such as training objective establishment, course system construct, practical teaching system construct, guarantee system, and evaluation system, the dissertation presents a new viewpoint, offering the strategy support for building new mode of nursing personnel training of TCM.更多还原
