【摘要】 文学期刊研究有单纯的文本研究所不具备的特殊视角,作为文学存在媒介和语境的文学期刊研究意义不可忽视。本文以五四时期的文学期刊为主要研究对象,研究五四文学期刊的现代性语境、现代文学创造、现代性传播的范式和困境。全文主要分为七个部分。引言首先回顾五四文学期刊的研究进程和研究方法,并对“五四文学期刊”概念进行了界定,对“现代性”概念进行了分析,认为现代性是一种批判性的思维方式,表现为对理性的追求和对新秩序的构建,由精英知识分子倡导的启蒙运动是现代性传播的典型范式。文学的现代性就是这种思维方式在文学观念、内容和形式上的体现。第一章研究五四文学期刊的现代性语境。媒介变迁影响着文学的发展,期刊、文学期刊本身就带有现代性的色彩。五四文学期刊存在于古代向现代转变的社会环境之中,现代性的语境正在逐渐形成。中国期刊在此时已有百年的发展基础,期刊的现代性正在显露,五四的生态环境为文学期刊的现代性生成和传播创造了契机。受政治环境、社会环境、经济环境和科技环境的综合影响,五四文学期刊呈现出与晚清不同的状态。文学期刊的编辑主体开始具有强烈的现代意识,社会化的出版机构为文学期刊的现代化出版、发行提供了可能。第二章研究五四文学期刊的社会启蒙追求。五四文学期刊的编者有意识地利用文学期刊传播现代性思想,文学期刊成为知识分子文学团体交往的纽带,为公共话题的讨论提供了场所,为公共领域的形成提供了批判的操练平台。由五四文学期刊的代表《新青年》展开的现代白话文运动改变了文学语言,使文字得到现代性解放,成为具有平民色彩的自由表达工具。五四文学期刊通过对受众科学主义、社会进化论和自由主义的启蒙,培育读者的理性批判精神。第三章研究五四文学期刊与现代文学的建构。五四文学期刊在内容上实现了文学的现代性创造。以外国文学为参照,通过翻译外国文学作品、介绍外国文学作家、移植外国文学理论,为中国文学的变革提供了蓝图。通过批判传统文学的观念、内容和形式,否定中国的古典文学传统。在这二者的基础之上,五四文学期刊实现了现代文学的创造,建设了新文学的理论,繁荣了新文学的批评,推出了新文学的作家作品。具有现代性因素的文学体系的形成,标志着中国文学的现代转型,现代文学由此诞生。第四章研究五四文学期刊传播的现代性。五四文学期刊在编辑出版环节中注重现代性传播的效果。五四文学期刊定位多为青年及知识分子,期刊通过设立“通信”等栏目与读者互动交流,通过辩论的姿态、细致的编辑和多样的宣传方式等传播策略吸引读者阅读,取得了非同反响的传播效果。五四文学期刊的现代性编辑出版传播策略获得了极大的成功,读者的普遍性接受不仅导致了社会舆论的变迁,也使期刊自身获得了发展。第五章研究五四文学期刊的现代性困境。五四文学期刊在倡导和传播现代性的同时,自身也体现出诸多的弊端和困境。社会变革过度倚重文学期刊,文学期刊过度的功利主义又导致了对文学审美功能的忽视。五四文学期刊对现代性的急切肯定导致了激进主义的盛行,文学期刊中的激进变革的思维方式、对立思维和为制造轰动效应而不择手段,为文学期刊的发展留下了隐患。文学期刊中体现出典型的启蒙心态,在批判传统提倡理性的同时却又树立了自身的权威,现代性启蒙的悖论展露无疑。结语部分总结五四文学期刊的现代性特征。五四文学期刊的现代性不仅体现在期刊编者的现代意识,还体现在文学期刊中的启蒙观念；不仅体现在对体现现代性的现代文学的建构,而且还体现在对现代性传播的方式和策略。五四文学期刊中现代性传播中存在的隐患同样值得我们深思。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract:The study on the literature magazines has the special prospective that does not exist in the simple text study. The literature magazines were the media and context of literature, and the study on them is very important. In this article, with the literature magazines in May-fourth period as main research object, the pattern and difficult position of the modernity context, contemporary literature creation and modernity spreading have been studied. The article has been divided into 7 sections.In the instruction, The study process and study method of the literature magazines in May-fourth period have been reviewed. The literature magazine has been defined. The concept of modernity has been analyzed. Modernity is a critical thinking mode, and finds expression in seeking ration and building new order. The enlightenment proposed by the leading brains is the classical pattern of modernity spreading. The literature modernity is the embodiment of the thinking mode in the literature concept, content and literary form.Chapter 1 is on the modernity context of the literature magazines in May-fourth period. The media change influences the literature development, and the magazines and literature magazines themselves have showed the modernity. The literature magazines in May-fourth existed in the social environment in the change from the ancient times to the modern times, when the modernity context was forming gradually. Then China magazines had been developed for 100 years, and the magazine modernity was showing up. The environment of May-fourth period gave a chance to the formation and spreading of the modernity of literature magazines. By the compound influence of political, social, economic and technical environments, the literature magazines showed a different state from that in the late Qing Period. The editing subject began to show strong modern mentality. The socialized press provided the chance to the modernity publication of literature magazines. Chapter 2 is on the pursuing of enlightening the society. The editor of the literature magazines in May-fourth period spread the modernity thinking with literature magazines consciously. The magazines became the belt of the literature groups, and it provided a place to discuss public topics and a platform to criticize the forming public area. New Youth, a representative literature magazine in May-fourth period, developed the Chinese colloquialism movement to change the standard speech and become it to a freely-expression tool with commoner characteristics. The literature magazines in May-fourth period enlightened the reader in the scientism, social evolutionism and liberalism, cultivated their rational critical spirit.Chapter 3 is on relation of literature magazines in May-fourth period and the construction of contemporary literature. In their contents, the magazines achieved the literature modernity creation. By contrasting with foreign literature, translating foreign literature works, recommending foreign writer, and naturalizing foreign literature theory, they draw the blueprint of Chinese literature reform. By criticizing traditional literature idea, content and form, they denied the China classical literature tradition. Then, the literature magazines in May-fourth period created contemporary literature, built new literature theory, formed new literature critic and recommended the works of new literature. The formation of literature system with modernity elements is the symbol of the modern transformation of China literature. Then contemporary literature has born.Chapter 4 is on the relation of the literature magazines and modernity spreading. The magazines focused on the modernity spreading methods. When most of the readers were youth and intellectuals, they communicated with reader in the column reader editor intercourse. By the spreading strategies such as discussion attitude and careful editors and various methods of communication, the magazines got extraordinary spreading effect. The modernity editing and publication strategy got an great achievement. The common acceptance of the reader not only changed the public opinion, but also developed the magazines themselves.Chapter 5 is on the difficult position of modernity of the literature magazines in May-fourth period. When the magazines proposed and spread the modernity, they showed some shortcomings and the difficult position. Then social reform relied on literature magazines overly, and the excessive utilitarianism of literature magazines led the ignorance of the literature aesthetic function. Their eagerness of modernity led the prevailing of activism. In the literature magazines, the thinking mode of activism reform, opposite thoughts, and the deeds of making sensational effect by fair means or foul, all of them, has hidden trouble in the magazine development. The magazines showed classical enlightenment attitude, but when they criticized the tradition by the ration thinking while they built their authority. Then the paradox of modernity enlightenment showed up.In the end, the study summarized the modernity character of the literature magazines in May-fourth period. Their modernity embodied not only in editors’ thinking mode of modernity, but also the enlightenment idea in the magazines; not only in the construction of contemporary literature that shows modernity, but also the methods and strategy of modernity spreading. But the hidden troubles in modernity spreading of the magazines also deserve our study.更多还原
