空间高能电子束流强度精确测定方法研究

【摘要】 空间高能电子会对卫星外壳材料进行表面和深层充电,从而破坏卫星表面和内部的仪器,会对航天器的空间飞行产生致命的危害,如何最大程度地屏蔽高能电子在航天器表面的充放电效应是保障航天器安全飞行的必要手段。然而,电子束流强度的精确测定由于受空间环境的复杂性影响一直面临着很大的困难,这将是目前需要解决的一个重要课题。本研究基于对地面电子束流强度的测定,提出了通过测定散射电子流强从而得到入射流强的方法。以理论计算为基础,完成了散射膜制作及厚度测量、固定角度法拉第筒、弱束流积分器和位置灵敏微通道板探测器的研制。本工作首先从理论上分析了电子在固体膜散射方法的可行性,根据理论计算的结果建立了强束测量的法拉第筒结合弱束流积分装置,并建立了弱束流测量的环形位置灵敏探测装置。利用强流质子束,对散射膜+固定角度套筒式法拉弟筒+弱束流积分器强束流在线测量系统进行了测试,以及利用弱流质子束,对散射膜+位置灵敏微通道板探测器弱束流在线测量系统进行了测试。测试结果验证了我们设计的正确性,期间仪器运行稳定,达到了设计要求。同时也证明了我们实验方案的可行性,这对我们下一步的工作,即采用电子束来实验打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Space high energy electron can destroy inner and surface instruments of satellite by surface and inner charge to crust material. So it is necessary to do our best to take measures to prevent the spaceship from the charge or discharge effect resulting in the damage to crust material. However, it is difficult to measure the low beam intensity of electron in outer space, so far. Therefore, new metheds or novel equipments are required for this purpose.Based on theoretical estimation, this report provides an experimental method in Lab to measure the beam intensity of electron on line. First, special F-cup combined with current integeter has been set up for strong current beam measurement. In order to measure low current ion beam, a ring shape position-sensitive detector has also been built. Secondly, the scattering film is prepared and the thickness is determined by RBS. And then, these have been tested using H+beam online successfully. Thus we can conclude that this scattering method is feasible. It is a good milestone for further studies using electron beam in the near future.
