【摘要】 发展都市型现代花卉产业,已经写入北京市园林绿化局制定的“北京市花卉产业2008-2015年发展规划”中,成为北京市发展花卉产业的主题和方向。作为一个全新的战略,发展“都市型现代花卉产业”在北京乃至全国还处在起步和摸索阶段,因此需要通过加强都市型现代花卉产业的研究,并将研究的理论成果用于指导实践,确保北京花卉产业持续、快速、健康发展。本文以都市农业、生态学、经济学、社会学、系统论等理论为基础,实地调查与文献研究相结合,定量分析与定性分析相结合,实证研究与规范研究相结合,纵向比较与横向比较相结合,对北京都市型现代花卉产业的理论与实践进行了比较全面和深入地探讨。论文共分9章,分别是：(1)绪论；(2)研究现状与理论基础；(3)都市型现代花卉产业的基本理论研究；(4)北京花卉业概况；(5)基于都市型现代花卉产业理论的北京花卉产业现状分析；(6)基于都市型现代花卉产业理论的北京花卉业发展问题分析；(7)发展都市型现代花卉产业的国际经验借鉴；(8)北京都市型现代花卉产业的发展对策研究；(9)研究结论及展望。本文主要内容：(1)理论上,对都市型现代花卉产业的基本理论进行了初步探讨,明确了都市型现代花卉产业的概念、特征、功能和发展模式等,填补了该领域的研究空白。如,首次从理论上系统探讨了都市型现代花卉产业的概念和内涵,都市型现代花卉产业的两大主要特征、四大发展动因和四大基本功能,以及都市型现代花卉的四类主要产品和四种主要发展类型,为我国城市及郊区花卉业的发展提供了思路,对推动都市型现代花卉产业的发展具有重要意义。(2)实践上,将都市型现代花卉产业理论应用于北京花卉业的分析,系统研究了北京花卉业的现状、问题和对策,对今后北京花卉业的发展具有参考和借鉴意义。包括：a)根据发展速度、投入要素等综合因素,首次将北京花卉业划分为三个发展阶段,即传统花卉业时期(辽金时代～1978年)、混合型花卉业(城郊型花卉业)时期(1978～2007年)和都市型现代花卉产业时期(2008年至今)。b)以统计数据为依据,从产业布局、产品结构等11个方面定量分析了北京花卉产业现状,由此得出由传统型向都市型现代花卉产业转变是今后北京花卉业发展必然趋势的基本结论。c)在都市型现代花卉产业理论和经济学理论的指导下,以定量分析和比较分析为主要手段,深入研究了北京花卉业的功能现状和问题,指出北京花卉业正在由单一功能型产业向多功能型产业转变,初步具有了经济、社会、生态、文化等四大产业功能,但当前依然存在的七个方面的问题。d)以实地调查和文献研究为基础,实证研究与规范分析相结合,在全面、系统分析北京花卉业现状和问题的基础上,提出了北京都市型现代花卉产业的实现途径。在借鉴花卉业发达国家政策经验的基础上,提出了北京发展都市型现代花卉产业的对策建议。本文主要创新之处：(1)理论创新：论文首次探讨了都市型现代花卉产业的基本理论,在都市型现代花卉产业的概念、内涵、特征和功能的研究方面具有一定的新意,其中对经济、社会、生态和文化功能的分析和得出的观点具有较强的创新性；(2)实践创新：首次将都市型现代花卉产业理论应用于北京花卉业实证研究,提出了相关对策和政策建议,具有较好的针对性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing a urban modern flower industry becomes the topic and direction in Peking, have already been written in "development programming of the flower industry in Peking from 2008 to 2015 " which is established in the park greening bureau in Peking. Developing "the urban modern flower industry" in Peking is still first even in the whole country as a new strategy. So we need to research the urban modern flower industry strengthenly, and instruction practices to ensure developing continuously, quickly and healthily.This thesis has been writen on the foundation with theories of the city agriculture theory, ecology and economics, sociology and system theory, combined with on-site inspection and cultural heritage research, quantitative analysis, substantial evidence research and norm research, lengthways compare with horizontal relatively, have been inquire into theory and practice of modern flower industry in Peking completely and deeply.The thesis is divided into 9 chapters,contained:a) Introduction; b) Present condition and theory foundation; c) The basic theory research of the.urban modern flower industry; d) General situation of the.flower industry in Beijing; e) Analyze of the.urban modern flower industry theory according to the present condition of the flower industry in Beijing; f) Develop problem analysis of the urban modern flower industry theory according to the Beijing flower industry; g) International experience drawed from developing the urban modern flower industry; h) The development counterplan of the urban modern flower industry in Beijing;i) Conclusion and outlook.This thesis mainly contents:Firstly, study to the basic theory of modern flower industry theoretically, explicit the concept, characteristic, function and development mode etc. filled up the blank. Inquired into the concept and content from the theory system of urban modern flower industry firstly,giving advice of two main characteristics, four greatest development reasons and four basic functions, four types of main products and four kinds of the modern flower mode.It constructs of modern flower industry theory, provides ideas of how to develop, improves on pushing development of modern flower industry. Secondly, It has applied modern flower industry theory at the analysis in Peking, study present conditions and problems which had important significance to the development. Include:a)Divided into 3 stages:traditional flower industry period(the ages of Liao gold-1978),mixture type flower industry period (city suburb type flower industry)(1978-2007) and modern flower industry period.(2008-) b) Basis with statistical datas coming to a conclusion that it will be inevitable.Tendency to Development of modern flower instead of conventional style, c) study of the present conditions and problems with quantitative analysis and comparative analysis and theories of urban modern flower industry and economics.Point out seven problems are still existes in the way of Single-function-based industries to versatility industry at present. d) point out way of the modern flower industry to development,give advice and make suggestions of urban modern flower industry in Peking.This thesis mainly innovation:a) Theoretical innovation.The thesis develops urban modern flower industry theory research for the first time, builts up the theory frame of the research and filled up the blank of theory research. b) Practice innovation:Apply modern flower theory to empirical studies with the background of urbanization and industry in peking, even with modem flower industry for the special object which still have no precedent in the domestic.
