【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,金融业的跨国公司尤其是跨国保险公司在我国的直接投资活动,成为跨国公司在华投资的一个新动向。这一现象与我国金融业尤其是保险业的改革开放密切相关,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)后,跨国保险公司对我国保险业发展的影响也与日俱增。外资保险公司进入我国保险市场为我国保险业发展带来多少影响,对中国保险业的市场结构产生怎样的影响,中国保险业市场及监管当局该如何应对挑战,成为我国保险业内的热门话题。本文首先界定了外商直接投资、市场结构及市场集中等概念,对FDI影响东道国市场结构及FDI影响中国保险业市场结构的文献进行了综述,指出了现有研究的局限性。接着,从理论角度分析了对外直接投资及市场结构,界定了市场结构的测度指标。并在此基础上分析了不同方式的对外直接投资对东道国市场结构的影响,揭示了其理论背景和现实表现。第三章主要是分析中国保险业市场结构的初始状态,先介绍了中国保险市场的发展历程,再从市场份额、市场集中度和产品差异化等角度分析中国保险业的市场结构,并将中国保险业市场结构与国际主要保险市场结构进行对比,指出中国保险业初始市场结构的特点及存在问题。在第四章中,主要是从博弈角度分析外资保险公司如何进入中国保险市场,研究了外资保险公司的进入方式、与监管部门的博弈、与中资公司的竞争方式。在第五章中,首先分析中国保险业市场结构的变化;接着分析了外资保险公司进入对中国保险业市场产品差异化程度的影响;并以友邦保险的进入为例,分析了中国保险业市场行为的变化;最后引进因子分析方法分析了中国保险业的市场绩效,并在此基础上将之与中国保险业市场结构的变化进行回归分析。在第六章中先分析本文的研究结论,接着指出中国保险业市场结构变化的问题及成因,并在此基础上,从改进对外开放策略、完善保险业监管和提高市场绩效的角度提出政策建议。最后,对论文研究作出总结,并对未来研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990’s, transnational corporations in the financial industry, especially, insurance industry’s direct investing in China become a new trend. The phenomenon has relations with the reform and open-door policy in financial industry, especially, after China’s entrance into the World Trade Organization, the impact of transnational insurance company on our country insurance has become increasingly important. How does the enters of the foreign capital insurance company affect the market structure of Chinese insurance business and how does the Chinese insurance business and the regulatory authority deal with the challenge have become hot topic of discussion.At first, the paper first defines the concept of the foreign direct investment, market structure and market concentration, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research of FDI’s impact on the market structure, pointing out the limitations of existing studies.Then, we analyze the foreign direct investment and the market mechanism from the theory angle, and define the measure of market structure. And on this basis, we analyze the impacts on the market structure of different forms of foreign direct investment.In Chapter III, we mainly analyze the initial state of China insurance industry market structure. At first, we introduce the development process of China insurance industry; analyze the market structure of China insurance industry from the angles of market share, market concentration degree and product variation; and compare it with international structure of the insurance market; then we point out the characteristics and existing problems of China insurance industry market structure.In chapter IV, we analyze how the foreign capital Insurance companies enter China’s insurance industry form the gambling angle, including the form of entry, the gambling with the regulatory authorities and the competitive with Chinese-funded companies.In chapterⅤ, we first analyze the change of China insurance industry market structure, and introduce the influence on the Chinese insurance business market produce variation. Then take AIA’s entrance as the example to analyze the behavior change of China insurance business market. At last, we analyze the market Performance of China insurance industry with the market structure.The last chapter, we first analyze the conclusions of the study and point out the problems and origin of the changes of China insurance industry market structure; And on this basis, we put forward the policy proposal from the angels of the opening strategy, Insurance supervision and market performance.Finally, we concluded this thesis and prosposed the future direstions of research.更多还原
