沥青混合料体积参数特性及其级配设计方法研究

【摘要】 沥青混合料是由集料、沥青与矿粉按不同的比例所组成,如何合理地匹配或平衡这三者的关系对于提高沥青混合料的性质有重要的影响。论文基于混合料的体积组成特性,来研究沥青混合料的级配设计方法,具有较大的工程价值。胶浆理论认为沥青混合料是一种多级空间网状结构的分散系。它是以粗集料为分散相分散在沥青砂浆介质中的一种粗分散系;砂浆是以细集料为分散相分散在沥青胶浆介质中的一种细分散系:胶浆又是以填料为分散相分散在沥青介质中的一种微分散系。本文以沥青混合料的三级分散体系为基础,将混合料中细集料、沥青和矿粉组成的砂浆体积与粗集料空隙体积之比记为Am,将沥青和矿粉组成的胶浆体积与细集料空隙体积之比记为Ap,以Am、Ap为指标研究沥青混合料的配合比设计方法。对沥青混合料的体积参数进行了系统的研究,分析了CA值和FAc以及设计密度影响因素,提出了考虑不同路用性能的CA值和FAc值取值范围,设计密度与粗集料松装密度的比值在100%~105%之间路用性能较好。CA值和FAc值对混合料骨架形成情况和矿料间隙率(VMA)有着重要影响,它们之间有很好的线性关系。其成果是对贝雷设计法的补充和完善。沥青和填料组成沥青胶浆,在沥青混合料中起粘结和填充作用,对沥青混合料的技术性能有着重大影响。本文以石灰石矿粉、水泥和消石灰为填料,采用0.6~1.2的粉胶比,通过常规试验、动态剪切流变仪和Brookfield旋转粘度仪来分析沥青胶浆的技术性能,研究不同填料和不同粉胶比对沥青胶浆性能的影响。结果表明不同材料组成的粉胶比对沥青混合料性质有较大影响。最佳粉胶比时,水泥沥青胶浆低温性能有优于矿粉沥青胶浆低温性能的趋势。消石灰不但可以大大改善沥青胶浆的高温性能,而且也有助于提高沥青胶浆的低温抗裂性能。为合理选择矿粉以及胶浆比提供了指导,具有较大工程价值。论文研究了以Am、Ap为指标进行沥青混合料级配组成设计所需各项参数的确定方法以及级配组成的计算方法。针对我国目前常用密级配沥青混合料以及我国的具体情况,通过大量力学及路用性能试验,全面分析了沥青混合料的水稳定性、高温变形特性、低温抗裂特性及抗滑特性等与Am、Ap两指标的相关变化规律,由此根据规范对不同地区气候特点和路用性能的要求,分别给出了各种混合料类型相应的Am、Ap建议戎捣段?可供沥青混合料级配组成设计参考使用。在此研究成果的基础上,提出了一种适用于各种混合料结构类型的基于路用性能的沥青混合料配合比设计方法,为寻找性能优良的沥青混合料级配组成提供了一种新途径。
【Abstract】 Asphalt mixture is made up of the aggregate, asphalt and filler. How to balance the ratio of theirs is very importance for increseasing asphalt mixture properties. The paper study on Volume Parameter Properties and Gradation Mix Design Method of Asphalt Mixture has significant engineering value based on volume parameters properties.Mortar theory deem that asphalt mixture is a kind of disperse system with the multilevel space network structure; Sand mortar is a kind of fine disperse phase that fine aggregate as disperse phase break up to asphalt motor medium, mortar is a kind of micro-disperse system that filler as disperse phase break up to asphalt medium. The paper based on three level disperse systems of asphalt mixture, AM is definitied as the volume ratio of sand motor volume made up of fine aggregate, asphalt and filler in asphalt mixture and coarse aggregate avoid volume.AP is definitied as the volume ratio of mortar volume made up of asphalt and filler and fine aggregate avoid volume .And study on mix design method of asphalt mixture with the indictors of AM and AP.The paper study on the volume parameters of asphalt mixture, anylazed the effective factors of CA, FAC and design density, put forward to the range of CA and FAC based on the different pavement performance. The pavement performance of asphalt mixture is more superior when the ratio of design density and coarse aggregate loose density is 100% -105% .CA and FAC have importance effective on asphalt mixture skeleton. And it has line relationshipsAsphalt mortar made up of asphalt and filler act as adhensive and fill in asphalt mixture has importance effective for asphalt mixture properties. The paper used 0.6-1.2 ratio of filler and asphalt with lime stone filler, cement and hydrated lime. Through normal test, dynamic shear rheometer and Brookfield viscosity test to anlyze technical characteristics of asphalt mortar , The paper study on the effect of differ fillers and the ratio of filler and asphalt on asphalt mortar properties. The results show that the ratio of filler and asphalt with different filler types have significant effecte of asphalt mixture. The cement asphalt motor has better resistance crack performance at low temperature than limestone asphalt mortar, and hydrated lime asphalt mortar can increase pavement performance at high and low temperature .The paper researches the determining method of various parameters and calculating means of gradation composition on base of AM AP design method for dense-graded asphalt mixture and according to the actual situation in our country. Through a lot of mechanical and pavement performance experiments, it is analyzed thoroughly the correlative rules between AM, AP and water stability, resistance to rutting at high temperature, low temperature crack resistance and skid resistance of asphalt mixture. Thus, the range of AM, AP is suggested according to the climatic condition and pavement performance requirements at different areas prescribed in criterion, which can be referrible while designing asphalt mixture gradation.The paper put forward to asphalt mixture garadation desgn method used as different types asphalt mixture base on pavement performance. It provide a new method for superior asphalt mixture performace.
