【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化进程日益加快,企业所处的经营环境发生了前所未有的深刻变化,竞争优势的来源正以逐步加快的速度被创造和侵蚀。许多企业为了在不确定环境下求生存、做大做强和谋求持续成长纷纷走上了战略转型之路。面对企业战略变革实践的这一新发展,本文在广泛借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,根据我国企业战略转型的现状,从探讨战略转型的本质出发,以动态能力理论为理论基础,涉及滨化经济学理论、战略管理理论等理论体系,对企业战略转型能力问题进行全面深入剖析,构建出既有扎实理论基础,又有鲜明管理实践特色的企业战略转型能力理论模型。在研究路线上,按照理论—模型—实证的规范研究方法,本文重点研究了6个方面的问题:企业战略转型能力问题是否值得研究?用什么理论来指导和分析企业战略转型能力问题?企业战略转型能力的内涵、本质等内在机理到底是什么?企业战略转型能力的构成要素、影响因素及其与企业绩效的关系是什么?企业战略转型能力的实证方法如何设计?企业战略转型能力的理论模型能否得到实践的验证?在研究方法上,用战略转型过程整体性思维方式来探求战略转型能力基本要素的内在逻辑和复杂联系,通过对战略转型以及战略转型能力的定义、形成机理等进行规范分析,同时结合对企业战略转型能力的基本结构、绩效和影响因素等进行实证研究。本文所做的创新性研究工作可以概括为以下三个方面。(1)分析了企业战略转型能力的内在机理。在对企业动态能力的概念和影响动态能力的因素分析的基础上,针对国际学术界引入动态能力理论研究战略转型能力的不足现状,本文通过对企业战略转型能力内涵、本质、内在机理作进一步分析,明确企业战略转型能力是一种动态能力形式。在此基础上,利用动态能力理论的基石——演化经济学的自组织系统观点和思想,提出了战略转型能力是企业自组织系统,它作为企业成长的序参量,是企业竞争优势之源,为构建企业战略转型能力的结构模型提供了理论依据。(2)构建了企业战略转型能力理论模型。首先根据企业战略转型过程建立了企业战略转型能力的结构模型,并对其构成基本要素进行详细剖析,得出战略转型能力是由环境识别能力、资源整合能力、管理控制能力、持续创新能力构成的自组织能力系统,战略转型能力的形成和动态演化以及由此带来的对于企业绩效的影响都源于四种能力之间与外界环境相适应的协同互动和共同演化的结论,并在此基础上构建了企业战略转型能力的理论模型。(3)企业战略转型能力的实证研究。根据企业战略转型能力的理论研究,本文在科学的调查设计基础上,通过对国内企业战略转型的现实状况的调研和实证分析,一方面验证本文提出的理论假设;另一方面,为学术界更深入地研究提供了佐证和实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the economic globalization’s coming, the business environment of firms has been hugely changed, and a source of competitive advantage is created and eroded by the accelerated pace gradually. Many firms which in order to survive, develop and expand and seek sustained growth in the uncertain environment have embarked on the road of strategic transformation.Facing with this new development of firm strategic change practice, the paper abroad uses the existed research results for reference, according to the status of China’s firm strategic transformation, from the nature of strategic transformation, based on the dynamic capabilities theory, involving evolution economic theory, strategic management theory and other theories system, undertakes a comprehensive in-depth analysis of firm strategic transformation capabilities, then builds the theoretical model of firm strategic transformation capabilities both has a solid theoretical foundation and meets a distinct feature of firm management practice. The research routes, in accordance with the theory - Model -Empirical normal research methods, the paper focuses on six areas questions: Is firm strategic transformation capabilities worthy of study? What theory to guide and analysis of firm strategic transformation capabilities? What is firm strategic transformation capabilities’ connotation, nature and other inherent mechanism? What is firm strategic transformation capabilities’ inscape, influencing factors and the relationship between firm strategic transformation capabilities and firm performance? How to design the empirical methods of firm strategic transformation cababilities? Can the theoretical model of strategic transformation capabilities be verified by the firm practice? How to guide and apply the theoretical model of firm strategic transformation capabilities according to a specific firm? In research methods, it uses the holistic thinking approach of strategic transformation process to explore the internal logic and complex linkages of strategic transformation capabilities’ basic elements, as well as carries through the standardized analysis through the strategic transformation and the definition, formation mechanism of strategic transformation capabilities and so on, at the meanwhile puts up the empirical research combining with the basic structure, performance and influencing factors of firm strategic transformation capabilities. This paper has done innovative research can be summarized as the following four aspects.(1) Analyzing the inherence mechanism of firm strategic transformation capabilities. Based on the analysis of the concept of firm dynamic capabilities and the influence factors of dynamic capabilities, according to the lack of status quo of introducing dynamic capabilities theory to research strategic transformation capabilities by international academic community, the paper furtherly analyses the meaning, essence, inherent mechanism of firm dynamic capabilities, and defines firm strategic transformation capabilities is a form of dynamic capabilities. On this basis, by using the cornerstone of dynamic capabilities theory-self-organizing systems views and ideas of evolution economics, puts forward firm strategic transformation capabilities is the firm self-organizing system which as the order parameter of the firm development is the source of competitive advantage, and provides a theoretical basis for the structural model of composing firm strategic transformation capabilities.(2) Building the theoretical model of firm strategic transformation capabilities. First, the paper establishes the structure model of firm strategic transformation capabilities in accordance with the strategic transformation process and puts up detailed analysis to its composing basic elements, and makes the conclusion that strategic transformation capabilities is a self-organizing capacity system which includes environment distinguish, resource integration, management control and continuance innovation capabilities, then the formation and dynamic evolution of strategic transformation capabilities and the resulting impact on the firm performance have originated from aboved four capabilities and the abilities to adapt to the external environment interaction and collaborative evolution, and builds the theoretical model of firm strategic transformation capabilities.(3) The empirical research of firm strategic transformation capabilities. According to the theoretical research of firm strategic transformation capabilities, the paper based on a scientific investigation design, through the actual situation of research and empirical analysis agnist the domestic firms, on the one hand, it verifies the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper, on the other hand, it provides the supports and practical guidances for the in-depth studies by academia.更多还原
