【摘要】 上海,始终是一座不同凡响又与众不同的城市。无论是过去、现在,还是未来,它永远聚敛着才气,又赚足了财气……缘何?或许,本项研究能为此提供某种可以解释的答案。本论文运用深度访谈法考察了“觉新族”、“幸运儿”和“开拓者”三类若干新上海人真实的成人生活世界:首先,呈现出他们在家庭、职场和社会所构架的三维立体的成人生活世界的学习文化。主要有:经济利益为导向的学习价值观(重商)、市场化的学习心态(开放求新)、西学为用的学习诉求(享受西方物质文明之生活实利、崇尚西方格致之学之谋生实利)和自我导向的学习心理(自主学习)。其次,挖掘出海派学习文化的动因。主要包括:个人的自然因素影响(如年龄、性别、健康状况、文化程度、职业特点)、个人的内在需求驱动(如对物质生活的渴求、对生活压力的应对、对自我实现的追求)、非个人的客观因素影响(如家庭成员、同辈群体、大众传媒)、个人生活情境的作用(如“问题”出现、“机会”来临、“经验”聚合),以及文化生活观念的变迁影响(如性别文化重构和文化多元化背景下的家庭生活观念变迁、经济和教育全球化背景下的组织文化观念变迁、学习化和数字化的社会生存方式变革)。再次,反思海派学习文化的形成。主要包括:呼唤性别平等、呼唤开放意识、倡导社会公平、倡导自主创新,以及构建民主的家庭养育环境与和谐的社会支持系统。最后,提出若干有针对性的建议。主要包括:新上海人要积极关注自我认知、成人教育工作者要应答新上海人的学习需求、成人学习支持者(包括家庭及其成员、学校及其传道者、企业及其管理者、权力机构及其政策制定者等)要重构积极的上海文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shanghai city is always unique.Whenever it is,it always attracts genus and wealth…why?Maybe my study could explain the reason.This dissertation inspects the real adult life world of some new Shanghainess by complete interview in three categories,such as“the aroused”,“the lucky”and“the pioneer”.First,displays their culture of learning in the cubic and real adult life world which are built up by family,career and society including learning value based on economics(commerce emphasis),market-oriented learning attitude(open and creative),demand for leaning western culture for application(enjoy the civilization of western lifestyle,prefer the benefit from western science and technology)and self-oriented learning psychology(self-study).Second,digs up the motivation of“Haipai”culture of learning,including effect by personal factors(such as age,gender,health,education,career),propellant by personal demands(such as thirsting for material,coping with life pressure,chasing for self-realization),influences by impersonal factors(such as family members,peers,mass media),functions by personal life situations(such as“problems”,“opportunities”,”experiences”),and transformations of philosophy of life(such as concepts of family life changes under the background of gender reconstruction and culture pluralism, organization culture reforms under the background of the globalization of economy and education,social lifestyle innovations under the background of the learning and digital world.Third,rethinks the original conditions of“Haipai”culture of learning,including to arouse the equality of gender and the opening consciousness to sponsor the social justice and self creation to construct the democratic and harmonious environment of family care and social supporting system.Finally,proposes some of the related advices including the new Shanghainess should initiatively concern self-cognition,to meet the learning demand of new Shanghainess for adult educator,to rebuild active Shanghai culture for the supporters of adult leaning(including family and its members,school and its teachers,enterprise and its administrators,government and its police makers and so on).更多还原
