【摘要】 绿色生产运作系统研究是管理学研究领域的一个重要课题.近年来,随着世界经济全球化进程的不断加速和贸易自由化在全球范围的扩展,人类社会的经济增长和可持续发展正受到人类所赖以生存和发展的自然环境的威胁,传统的生产增长方式必然加剧其与资源、环境之间的矛盾。虽然“中国制造”的影响已经扩散到世界各地,但低附加值的劳动密集型产品面临着市场全球化和绿色壁垒的压力。随着出口制造型产品对环境造成的负外部性越来越大,将生产运作管理理论、生态环境与国际贸易相结合的趋势也越来越明显.全文从绿色壁垒的视角去探询、研究和解决出口制造型企业的生产运作问题,并应用于中国经济发展的具体实践,就显得非常重要.该选题的研究不仅具有较高的理论价值,而且具有重要的实践意义。全文以绿色壁垒下中国出口制造型企业为研究对象,综合运用文献研究法、因素分析法、比较分析法,借助高等数学方法和计算机手段,做到定量分析与定性分析相结合、系统分析与辩证分析相结合。从中国经济发展的实际出发,以可持续发展理论为基础,以绿色管理为指导,探讨和研究出口制造型企业的绿色生产运作问题,对出口制造型企业绿色生产运作体系进行了系统研究.全文具体分为八个部分。第一章:导论。指出文章的选题背景及研究意义、论文思路和方法,给出了文章的研究框架及创新之处,并回顾了有关绿色生产理论研究的相关文献。第二章:理论基础。从绿色壁垒的相关理论研究出发,分析绿色制造相关理论,揭示了绿色壁垒、生态环境与企业生产可持续发展的相互作用;结合价值网相关理论,提升出口制造型产品在国际市场中产生的所有价值,共同奠定绿色生产运作的转化研究的命题。第三章:开放条件下绿色壁垒的诱导效应分析。明确环境规制对企业国际竞争力的传导作用,简要分析了绿色壁垒的动机、内涵及主要发达国家绿色壁垒体系及其管理制度,指出绿色壁垒与企业环境管理之间的关系,进一步说明中国成为全球制造业大国是建筑在大量耗用原材料、能源、初级劳动力以及“大量牺牲环保及生态资源”的成本之上的。第四章:绿色壁垒下出口制造型企业绿色生产运作系统。在回顾企业生产运作发展过程中,提出了出口制造型企业绿色生产运作的概念,说明绿色壁垒下出口制造型企业绿色生产运作管理的必要性;剖析出口制造型企业生产运作管理、对外贸易与生态环境的空间相互作用问题,构建绿色壁垒下出口制造型企业的绿色生产运作系统,分析其运行的必要条件、构成要素和动力效应。第五章:出口制造型企业虚拟绿色制造网络分析。重点讨论绿色制造供应链管理、绿色制造动态联盟企业管理以及虚拟绿色制造企业管理几种典型的绿色制造企业价值网络管理形态,为绿色生产运作系统扩散效应的发挥提供必要的组织保障。第六章:出口制造型企业绿色生产运作系统培育与防范机制。从制度体系、组织体系和企业责任体系分析如何培育绿色壁垒下出口制造型企业绿色生产运作系统,进一步分析绿色壁垒的风险预警与防范机制,提升中国出口产品的国际竞争力。第七章:出口制造型企业绿色生产运作系统评价体系分析。在前文理论模型的基础上,运用AHP评价法,构建了一个综合的绿色生产运作系统“四度”指标评价体系,通过多层次的筛选,得到内涵丰富又相对独立的指标所构成的评价指标体系。第八章:结论与后续研究方向。全文得出如下主要结论。第一,绿色贸易壁垒对出口制造型企业存在诱导效应。第二,绿色生产运作系统成为出口制造型企业的核心环节。第三,出口制造型企业绿色制造对供应链具有扩散效应。第四,出口制造型企业绿色生产运作系统的构建是绿色壁垒、生态环境与企业生产可持续发展相互作用的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of green production operation system is an important issue in management science.Along with the acceleration of economic globalization and the development of global trade liberalization in recent years,the economic growth of mankind society and sustainable development are being threatened by the natural environment,which the human beings rely on. Traditional production growth mode will lead to even aggravate contradictions with resources and environment.Although "made in China" has spread to all over the world, low-value-added labor-intensive products face market globalization and pressure of green barriers.With more and more negative externalities for exported manufacturing products to the environment,the tendency of integration for production operation,eco-environment and management theory is more and more obvious.It is very important that the dissertation wants to explore,study and solve the production operation of export manufacturing enterprises,and application in operation practice of economic development from the Angle of green barriers. Therefore,the study of the subject is not only of important theoretical values,but of useful practical significance.This dissertation is research target with China’s export manufacturing enterprises under green barriers.Many methods are adopted comprehensively such as documents research method,factor analytic method,comparative analytic method with aids of higher mathematics method and computer application,with syntheses of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,systematical analysis and dialectical analysis.According to the reality of China’s economic development,based on the sustainable development theory and guided by green management,the dissertation discussed and studied green production operation for export manufacturing enterprises,systematically studied its green production operation system.This dissertation has eight parts and discusses in such parts in detail:Chapter one is introduction.It explains the background,motif,methodology,structure and contributions of the study,and reviews the related literature.Chapter two is retrospection and comments.It talks about relative theories about green barriers and makes foundation to reveal the reciprocity among green barriers,ecological environment and sustainable development of enterprises.Further,it upgrades all values of exported manufacturing products in the international market based on the theory of value-net. With which,it proposes of transforming green production operation.Chapter three clarifies the transmission mechanism from environmental regulation to firm’s competitiveness,briefly analyzes the motivation and connotation of green barriers and its management system in major developed countries,and points out the relationship between green barriers and its environmental management.And it further illustrates that China has become a global manufacturing power which is based on large amounts of raw materials and energy,the primary labour and environmental and ecological "sacrifice" costs.Chapter four proposes the concept of green production operation for export manufacturing enterprises in reviewing the process of production operation,and it expounds the necessity of implement green production operation management from export manufacturing enterprises under green barriers.It analyzes the spatial interaction among manufacturing operation management,foreign trade and the ecological environment, constructs green production operation system of export manufacturing enterprises under green barriers,and analyzes its necessary conditions,components for running and dynamic mechanism.Chapter five mainly discusses some typical value-net management in green manufacturing enterprises,such as green manufacturing supply chain management,dynamic union of green manufacturing enterprise management and virtual green manufacturing enterprise management.It provides the necessary organization for the diffusion effect of green production operation system.Chapter six designs and fosters how to cultivate and improve the operating system from an institutional system,organization system and corporate social responsibility system.It analyzes risk-warning and prevention mechanism against green barriers,and enhances international competitiveness of Chinese exports.Chapter seven evaluates the system on the basis of theoretical model above mentioned. Using AHP evaluation method,it builds "four degrees" index evaluation system of a comprehensive green production operation system.Through multi-level screening,it gets evaluation index system of rich connotation and relatively independent index.Chapter eight draws the conclusion and discusses the further studies.This dissertation arrives at the following major conclusions.Firstly,green barriers produce an inductive effect on export manufacturing enterprise.Secondly,Green manufacturing operation system is the core part of export manufacturing enterprise.Thirdly, green manufacturing of export manufacturing enterprises makes diffusion effect to the supply chain.Fourthly,the construction of green manufacturing operation system is the result of interaction among green barriers,ecological environment and sustainable development of enterprise production.更多还原
