供应链管理决策的系统模拟方法研究

【摘要】 全球经济一体化趋势的快速发展使企业间的竞争日益激烈,提高企业供应链的效率成为企业提高竞争力的有效途径,为此,供应链管理决策问题的研究引起了企业界和学术界越来越多的关注。为了满足供应链管理决策支持的需求,针对供应链系统的复杂性和不确定性,论文把供应链系统的模拟建模方法作为研究课题。由于供应链组成企业在地理上呈分布式,而且供应链中已有的系统模拟资源分布在异构的多信息系统平台之上,基于以上特性,本文提出了一套基于SOA的分布式供应链管理决策系统模拟实现框架,以及在该实现框架下的分析方法、建模方法和相关的实现技术。论文首先介绍了这个面向服务的分布式供应链管理决策的系统模拟实现框架(SOSCS-Framework);然后阐述了从供应链系统的组成要素入手进行供应链模拟建模的分析的方法;论文提出的一套三层模型驱动的供应链系统模拟建模方法;论述了SOSCS-Framework框架下构建分布式模拟系统的相关实现技术。论文以供应链系统中多级库存管理的安全库存决策问题为研究案例,验证提出的系统模拟建模方法。实例研究表明本文提出的基于Web Service技术的分布式供应链管理决策系统模拟建模和系统实现方法是实用可行的。

【Abstract】 Driven by the rapid development of the economic globlization, the competition among enterprises becomes more intensive. Efficient Supply Chain (SC) is considered as an effective approach to improve the enterprise’s competitiveness. Therefore, the research of Supply Chain Management (SCM) gained increasing attention from both industry and academic. In order to meet the needs of supporting SCM decision-making, regarding the complexity and uncertainty of SC, this dissertation focusd on the research of SCM system simulation methodologies.SC partners are distributed geographically and the legacy simulation resources are located at multi-heterogeneous information platforms. Taking these features of SC into account, this dissertation proposed a SOA-based distributed simulation implementation framework for supporting SCM decision-making (SOSCS-Framework). Under this framework, the analysis and modeling approaches and related implementation techniques were addressed.Firstly, the SOSCS-Framework was described. Then, this dissertation introduced a simulation system analysis method which concenteted on analyzing SC component elements. Next, a set of three-tier-model drived modeling methods for SC simulation was put forword. Following that, this dissertation discussed some ralated implementation techniques for building the distributed SC simulation system under the SOSCS-Framework.Taking safety stock problem in multi-echelon SC inventory as a case, this dissertation evaluated the proposed simulation modeling methodology. This case study shows that the WS-based distributed SC simulation modeling methedology and techniques are feasible and applicable.
