【摘要】 改革开放以来,在我国民营经济得到了恢复和快速发展,民营企业已经成为我国经济发展的重要力量。随着民营经济快速发展,一些颇具实力的大型民营企业逐渐成长起来,它们已经成为我国民营经济发展的重要推动力量,也是民营企业中一个不可忽视的群体。因此,研究大型民营企业的竞争力具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。本文利用企业竞争力理论,在构建大型民营企业竞争力评价体系的基础上,对我国大型民营企业竞争力进行了相关研究。本文认为,在我国经济体制转型的特殊时代背景下,大型民营企业的迅速发展和竞争力的提高,既体现了政府改革开放决策的正确性,也体现了市场经济独特的优势。同时,大型民营企业竞争力的某些问题主要不是由于企业规模因素所导致的,而更多的是在企业生存的外部环境方面。因此,政府应该从完善市场环境、加强扶持政策力度等方面着手,帮助大型民营企业通过提高自主创新能力和组织管理能力来实现企业竞争力的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper used the enterprise competitive power theory to conduct the related research to our country large-scale Private enterprise competitive power. This article believed that under special background of our country economic system reforming, the large-scale Private enterprises rapidly expand and the competitive power enhancement has manifested the government reform and open policy decision-making accuracy, also has manifested the market economy unique superiority. At the same time, in order to improve the enterprise competitive, the government should perfect the market environment, strengthen support policy and help large-scale Private enterprises to improve independent innovation ability and management capacity. The body of the paper divided five chapters:1.Review the research of correlation theories. Frist, define some concepts concerning private economy and private enterprises in the statistical sense. The enterprise competitive power theory is the thorough research of competitive power theory in enterprise level, and also is expansion of the modern enterprise theory in the competitive power field. Competition always is a virtual field of economic research. The early economists have deeply researched absolute advantage, comparative advantage and the cause of advantage theory. the traditional comparison superiority theory which constructed by the comparison superiority theory and the essential factor talent theory has laid the foundation for the origins and development of afterward the competitive power theory, thus became the competitive power theory, and even became the origin of the enterprise competitive power theory. Nowadays, the enterprise competitive power theory’s main school mainly contained the emphasis of environmental factor market mechanism, resources theory and enterprise competitive power theory.While enterprise competitive power theory development, numerous scholars also devote to exercises of enterprise competitive power evaluation. enterprise competitive power evaluation contains enterprise competitive power theory and competitive power assessment method. This paper reviewed enterprise competitive power evaluation form domestic and overseas. The overseas research review mainly concentrated in the enterprise competitive power appraisal, system analysis method, the description method and the concrete representative method, the domestic review concentrates in the enterprise competitive power appraisal development, and review about private enterprise competitive power evaluation exercise.2.The growth and present analysis of large-scale private enterprises. Frist, retrospect the development of our private enterprises since 1949. We will point out the great influence of the government policies to the development of private enterprises ; and we will analyze the contribution and main effect of the private enterprises under the development of our economy since 1978.As private economy growing, large-scale private enterprises grow bigger and stronger. With the enterprises′scale expanding, the economic result of large–scale private enterprises are enhanced constantly which develop towards Monopoly industries gradually. On the whole, large-scale private enterprises show the distribution of industry concentration and a high regional concentration. But large-scale private enterprises will be influenced by both outside and inside factors, and appear the plight of development. And this will draw forth the competitive analysis of large-scale private enterprises.3.Construct an evaluation system of large-scale private enterprises competitiveness. Private enterprises competitiveness is such a complicated system that we need to consider the level and multi-dimensional nature of enterprise competitiveness thoroughly when constructing a large-scale private enterprises competitive evaluation indexes system. According to the systematic analysis, on the ground of defining private enterprises competitiveness, we analyzed both inside and outside influential factors of enterprise competitiveness, the operational mechanism of all kinds of factors and gave the selective principle of enterprise competitive evaluation indexes, that is, the principles of scientific and systematic, comparable and testable, and general and continual combinations.Adhering to these principles, we analyzed many factors of enterprise competitiveness by using systematic method, and put forward two evaluation systems according to mutil-dimensional and one-dimensional analysis, namely, two evaluation system of large-scale enterprises respectively according to comparative indicator correspondingly. As to the latter one, we gave out a method of half-life experience weight.4.The comparison and evaluation study about the competitive power of Large-scale Private enterprise.Using two enterprise competitive power appraisal system ,this chapter Carries on the inspection to the large-scale Private enterprise’s enterprise competitive power. We discovered that the large-scale Private enterprise’s enterprise competitive power presented the progressive improvement and the enhancement change tendency overall in recent years. But, has on the enterprise the static resources aspect looked that the large-scale Private enterprise and the large-scale State-owned business’s disparity is obvious,and in the enterprise expanding aspect, the large-scale Private enterprise’s superiority is more obvious. At present, the large-scale Private enterprise is also during the development, the overall quantity and the enterprise size continually are expanding. Along with the large-scale Private enterprise’s standard development, its whole competition strength will also continue to enhance. At the same time, we discovered that the large-scale Private enterprise and large-scale (state-owned) enterprise’s competitive power difference is mainly not because the enterprise size factor causes, but more centralisms in enterprise survival external environment aspect. Therefore, the key link about promoting the large-scale Private enterprise’s enterprise competitive power is to improve it’s environment of competition.5.Conclusion and countermeasure suggestion. After summarizing this paper basic conclusion, this chapter puts forward the related countermeasure proposal mainly to promoted the large-scale Private enterprise competitive power. This article thought that the promotion large-scale Private enterprise competitive power must begins from the large-scale Private enterprise competitive power external environment construction and the intrinsic mechanism construction, The former achieves the goal mainly through the consummation of large-scale Private enterprise’s market environment and the strengthens of large-scale Private enterprise’s support policy, The latter is mainly through sharpens the large-scale Private enterprise’s independent innovation ability and strengthens the large-scale Private enterprise’s organization managed capacityThe innovations of this paper are mainly as follow:First, this paper takes the object of study by the large-scale Private enterprise to the Private enterprise competitive power’s research for the first time. In view of the large-scale Private enterprise’s characteristic, proposed the corresponding analysis method and the analysis structure, and have made the whole appraisal to the large-scale Private enterprise competitive power.Second, this paper uses the Marxism’s dialectical analysis method, analyzes the influencing factor of enterprise competitive power from the internal cause and carries on the analytic hierarchy and the operational mechanism analysis to these influencing factor with the aid of system theory research technique,then established the large-scale Private enterprise competitive power evaluating indicator system which is used in the multi-dimension comparison research.Finally, this paper quotes statistics empirical analysis method, carries on the conformity the enterprise competitive power index appraisal’s historical weight, proposed has the half-life experience weight enterprise competitive power index appraisal system for the first time, then has conducted the sorting research to the part large-scale Private enterprise’s competitive power.更多还原
