企业组织循环结构及基本运行机理

【摘要】 循环是组织生命的保障。维持生存和持续发展是组织的基本目标。实现这个目标除了要增强体质,还要持续补充能源。新陈代谢循环通过对组织组成元素的更新换代来维持和增强组织性能;资源平衡循环通过对增值资源的增值来换取更多的能源。这两个循环的良性运转和交叉催化保证了组织基本目标的实现。组织循环远不止这些,它还包括职能部门的支持循环,以及组织与其它组织之间非生存原因形成的循环。同时,组织循环的运转还受到外部环境的制约。本文将对组织循环系统的内在规律、组成要素、基本模式、结构和建设、效用和实施策略进行研究。本文从最简单的组织循环入手,按照从简单到复杂,从一般到具体的逻辑引出组织循环的相关概念。研究组织循环的基本要素,分析组织间的作用和组织循环的内部关系,以及作用过程中出现的衍射和干涉现象。如果把社会组织循环系统与生物循环系统进行对比,会发现两者有诸多相似之处。本文将提出组织生理循环系统,并在“熵”理论的基础上探讨组织循环的进化条件,在“拟种”理论的基础上研究组织循环的进化机理和进化路径。存在于企业之中的组织循环为企业组织循环。本文将对企业组织循环的相关概念进行界定。并在组织循环理论的基础上提出企业组织循环系统生存机理及基本构成。此后,对企业组织循环的基本运行模式和基本运行参数进行研究。鉴于制造企业在国民经济中的重要地位,本文将以制造企业为主要研究对象,分析制造企业的组织结构特点,并在此基础上研究制造企业组织循环的整体结构、横向结构和纵向结构。进而给出制造企业企业组织循环机理运行图。为了实现特定目标,企业还需要新建或重建一些组织循环。本文将对制造企业组织循环的建设思想、建设阶段和建设方法进行研究,并提出满足企业基本要求的组织循环建设模型。组织循环的内部关系不同,其所发挥的效用也不尽相同。本文将从合作、竞争、竞合三个角度研究制造企业组织循环的效用和作用模式,包括资源平衡、资源共享、节能、检验与控制、学习与改进、优胜劣汰、激励等。基于前文研究,本文选取典型案例对制造企业组织循环的实践进行分析。分析结果发现:①组织循环在企业中是广泛存在的;②物质、资金、信息、人员是组织循环的基本元素,它们伴随着组织循环的运转而流动;③企业组织循环系统是由若干子循环交叉催化形成的超循环体系;④基本模块与支持模块之间的横向循环,以及执行层、协调控制层和计划层之间的纵向循环组成了制造企业组织循环的基本框架;⑤组织循环在企业中发挥着重要作用,忽视组织循环能给企业带来负面影响。另外,本文还试图从成功案例中探索一个问题:如何实施组织循环。本文所提出的组织循环理论,是对组织基本运行规律的探讨和提炼。它强调从循环的系统视角来解决问题,促进组织的内外部平衡与和谐。并在此基础上研究企业组织循环的结构和基本运行机理,从理论和实践两个角度开发组织循环的实施策略,为企业实际的组织管理工作提供思路与途径。
【Abstract】 The life of organization is guaranteed by cycle. Maintaining existence andsustaining development is the target of organization. It needs strengthen its bodyand absorb energy resource continuously. Metabolism cycle maintains andstrengthens its ability by renovating elements of the organization. Resourcebalance cycle gets more energy by increasing the increment energy. The benignoperation and cross catalyzing of the two cycles guarantee the realization of thebasic targets. Besides these cycles, it also includes supporting cycle of functiondepartment and cycles of other reasons among organizations At the same time,organization cycle is also restricted by exterior environment. The author willresearch the interior rules, elements, models, structure and building, effect andimplementing strategyof organization cycle system.The author will study the correlative concepts of organization cycle fromsimple to complex, general to especial order. The author analyzes the basicelements, effect and relationship among organizations and diffraction andinterference generated from process of reciprocity.Comparingsocial organizationcycle system with biological cycle system, people will find out that there aremany similarities between them. This author will put forward physiological cyclesystem of organization and discuss evolving conditions on the basis of entropytheoryand studyevolvingmechanismandroute on the basis of supercycle theory.Organization cycle in enterprise is called enterprise organization cycle. Theauthor will define some correlative concepts of enterprise organization cycle.Theauthor also brings forward living mechanism and composing of enterpriseorganization cycle system. In the following, the basic operating mode andparameter will be researched in this paper.Because manufacturing enterprise plays an important role in nationaleconomy, the author will research manufacturing enterprise, analyze its structurecharacters and holistic structure, transverse structure and longitudinal structure.Based on these, the author puts forward the operation mechanism ofmanufacturing-enterprise organization cycle. In order to realize some specialtargets, the enterprise should build and rebuild some organization cycles. The authoe will reaearch building thinking, stage, and methods and put forwardbuilding models of organization cycle.Because the inner relations of organization cycle are different, they playdifferent roles. This paper will investigate the effect and working mode ofenterprise organization cycle from cooperation, competition and co-opetition.Itincludes resource balance, resource share, metastasis, economization, control,organization learning etc.According to the previous study, the author uses some cases to analyzeorganization cycle practice of manufacturing enterprise and five conclusions canbe drawn. Firstly, organization cycle exits in enterprises popularly. Secondly,material, capital, information and employees are basic elements to organizationcycle. Thirdly, enterprise organization cycle is composed of several sub-cycles.Fourthly, organization cycle is composed of cycles between models andlevels.Finally, if people attach importance to organization cycle, it would have apositive effect to enterprise performance. If people neglect it, it would have anegative effect to enterprise performance. In addition, this paper tries to findsolutions to implement organization cycle.The basic rules of organizations are discussed in organization cycle theoryinthis thesis and the author emphasizes to deal with problems from reciprocity andpromote the balance and harmony of organizations. Based on this, the structureand operation mechnism of organization cycle is also discussed. The author alsostudies the strategies of organization cycle from aspects of theory and practice.All of it can provide ideas and ways for the development of enterpriseorganization management.
