拖挂式房车列车操纵稳定性研究

【摘要】 拖挂式房车列车是汽车列车的一种型式,在欧美等国家已经相当普遍。其操纵稳定性性能决定了拖挂式房车列车的安全性能,是该领域研究的重点和热点。为研究拖挂式房车列车的操纵稳定性,本文首先根据刚体动力学原理,利用MATLAB软件编制相关的程序,使刚体微分方程的推导程序化,建立了拖挂式房车列车的力学模型,同时根据所建的力学模型,用MATLAB/SIMULINK搭建了仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行试验验证,结果表明仿真结果和试验结果具有良好的一致性,证明了仿真模型建立的合理性和正确性,为研究牵引车与房车之间的匹配与连接提供相应的研究平台。运用根轨迹法研究拖挂式房车列车使用和结构参数对其操纵稳定性的影响,为解决牵引车与房车之间的匹配和连接提供理论依据;并对根轨迹法进行拓展,将稳定性因数与自动控制工程中的根轨迹法有机地结合,使根轨迹法能方便的分析车辆的稳定性能和动态性能,既能直观的判断汽车操纵稳定性的优劣,还可以分析影响汽车操纵稳定性的主要因素,为汽车操纵稳定性的研究探索了一条新路。高速摆振是汽车列车一个重大的事故隐患。本文通过采用降阶的方法,将高阶的拖挂式房车列车系统降为二阶系统,并建立车速与系统阻尼比的关系,揭示了拖挂式房车列车高速摆振的原因,并对房车结构参数对系统阻尼比的影响进行研究。车辆行驶稳定性控制是提高汽车操纵稳定性的有效方法。通过采用滑模变结构控制方法对拖挂式房车列车操纵稳定性进行仿真研究,并利用LabVIEW虚拟技术,对拖挂式房车列车高速摆振控制进行试验研究,结果表明控制策略是有效的。
【Abstract】 Caravan is a type of trailer vehicles, which is quite popular in European and American countries. The handling stability of this type of vehicle, which is the focus of researches in this field, determines the safety performances of the trailer vehicle.In order to research the handling stability of caravans, in this dissertation, Differential Equations for rigid objects were firstly created according to principles of Rigid Body Dynamics, and the equations can be solved by using programs edited by MATLAB software, so that Dynamic model of Caravan is developed, and the simulation model was developed with MATLAB/SIMULINK according to the dynamic model. Rationality and correctness of the simulation model is proved by the results of simulation and experiment. This work offered a platform for researching match and joint between tractor and trailer.Root-locus method is used to research into the influence of application of caravan and structure parameters on the handling stability of the caravan, providing a theoretical basis for the match and joint between the tractor and the trailer. The research further deploys the root-locus method by organically combining the stability factor with the root-locus method in automatic control engineering, making it easy to analyze the stability and dynamic performance. The developed root-locus method contributes to both direct judgment of the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle handling stability and analysis on the influence of main factors of handling stability, providing a new path for probing into vehicle handling stability.High-speed shimmy is a major hidden danger for accidents of combination vehicle. By using deflation method approach, in which high-order system of caravan is deflated to second-order system, it is deduced that the speed is inversely proportional to system damping. The dissertation reveals the causes for high-speed shimmy of caravan, and researches into the impact of structural parameters on system damping ratio.Driving stability control is an effective way of improving vehicle handling stability. Simulation control is performed on the caravan by using the variable structure control method, and tests are conducted on high-speed shimmy of caravan by using LabVIEW virtual control technology. Test results show that the controlling strategy is effective.
