【摘要】 游客违章行为已经给森林公园环境及其他游客的旅游体验带来了极大的负面影响,如何对游客违章行为进行科学管理,已经成为森林公园管理者一个棘手的难题。本文首次提出了森林公园游客违章行为的概念,着重对森林公园游客违章行为发生机制及游客违章行为管理策略进行了深入的研究,其目的是为森林公园管理者提供理论指导并为具体管理政策的制定提供理论依据。在研究内容上,全文总共分为九章。第一章为引言部分,在这一章,说明了选题背景,提出了研究问题,阐明了研究目的和研究意义,明确了全文的研究思路和技术路线,概括了论文的主要特色和可能存在的创新之处,最后还对森林公园游客违章行为的概念进行了辨析。第二章为文献综述部分,在这一章分别对森林公园、理性行为和景区游客行为等三个领域的研究现状进行了综述,从而为论文的选题提供了理论依据。第三章简要回顾了中国森林公园的发展轨迹,分析了森林公园快速发展背后的隐患,指出了中国森林公园的发展方向,在此基础上,结合游客违章行为的危害及全国森林公园游客违章行为管理的现状,阐明了森林公园游客违章行为管理的必要性与紧迫性。第四章总结和评价了国内外对中国游客不文明现象产生原因所持的5种理论观点,指出了这些理论并不能很好的解释森林公园游客的普遍违章现象,运用了经济学中的外部性理论和博弈论对该现象进行了较为合理的解释。第五章以TPB理论为基础,论述了森林公园游客违章行为相关变量的含义及其相互关系,构建了森林公园游客违章行为发生机制的理论模型。第六章基于福建及周边省份的游客调查数据对森林公园游客违章行为发生机制进行了实证研究,由于这一章内容是全文的核心部分,因而采用了较为规范的研究过程:首先提出研究假设,然后通过设计和发放调查问卷来获取数据,再用多种统计分析方法对这些数据进行整理与分析,并逐一的对所提出的研究假设进行检验,最后得到研究结论。第7章主要对游客违章行为直接管制的理论和实践问题进行了探讨,在理论分析部分,明确了森林公园游客违章行为管制目标,构建了森林公园游客违章行为管制的经济学模型,对森林公园游客违章行为管制的一系列选择问题进行了理论研究;在实践部分,首先确立了森林公园游客违章行为管制的根本目的,其次讨论了森林公园游客违章行为管制应具备的基础条件,最后对森林公园游客违章行为管制的基本策略进行了分析。第8章着重对森林公园游客违章行为间接管理方法进行了探讨。在这一章,首先比较了直接管理与间接管理两种游客违章行为管理方法的差别,其次详细分析了间接管理方法三种管理工具的内容和使用策略,最后对间接管理与直接管制的组合策略进行了探讨。第九章是结束语部分,在这一章,总结了全文的主要研究结论,说明了本研究存在的一些缺憾,展望了下一步的研究方向。在研究方法上,全文总体上采用了定性与定量相结合的方法。具体来说,在获取游客数据时采用了问卷调查法和访谈法,在抽样调查时采用了配额抽样方法;对各变量进行测度时使用了主成分分析法;在分析各变量之间相互关系时采用一元线性回归分析、多元线性回归分析、单因素方差分析及Logistic回归分析等统计方法。在研究成果上,本文揭示了森林公园未来发展的方向,合理解释了森林公园游客的普遍违章现象,构建了较为科学的游客违章行为发生机制模型及游客违章行为管制的经济学模型,提出了“四位一体”的森林公园游客违章行为管理模式,明晰了森林公园游客违章行为管理的基本思路。与前人在相关领域的研究成果相比,本文无论是在研究视角上还是在研究内容和研究方法上都有一定的特色或创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tourist peccancy had a great negative impact on the forest park environment and other tourist’s experience. How to manage the tourist peccancy already became a difficult problem for the forest park. The dissertation first time brought forward the concept of the tourist peccancy and conducted the thorough research on the occurrence mechanism and management methods of the tourist peccancy. Its goal was providing the theoretical guidance for the forest park manager and the theoretical basis for the management policy-making.To the research content, the dissertation was divided into nine chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part. In this chapter, the background to select topic was explained, the research question was proposed, the research goal and the research significance were expounded, the research thoughts and the technical route were make clear, the main characteristics and possibly innovation were summarized, finally the concept of the forest park tourist peccancy was carried on the discrimination. The second chapter is the part of the literature review. In this chapter, the research of forest park, the rational behavior and the tourist behavior in attractions were carried on the summary, thus the theory basis for the dissertation to select topic were founded. In the third chapter, the development path of the Chisese forest park was reviewed, the hidden trouble behind the forest park development was analyzed, the development direction of the Chisese forest park was pointed out. On this basis, considering the harm of the tourist peccancy and present situation of tourist peccancy management in forest park, the necessity and urgency of tourist peccancy management in forest park was expounded. In the fourth chapter, the five viewpoints that explained the Chinese tourist uncivilized phenomenon were summarized. Using the externality theory and the game theory, the universal phenomenon of tourist peccancy in the forest park was carried on a more reasonable explanation. Taking theory of planed behavior as the foundation, the theory model of forest park tourist peccancy occurrence mechanism was constructed in fifth chapter. The sixth chapter was the core part in the dissertation. In the chapter, the empirical research was had application in the dissertation, the standarder research process was used. First, some research hypothesises were proposed, then the data was collected and analyzed through the questionnaire and statistical methods, and the research hypothesises were carried on the examination one by one, finally the research conclusion was drawed. In the seventh chapter, the theoretical and practical problems on the tourist peccancy control were discussed. In the part for theoretical analysis, the goal for control the tourist peccancy in forest park was make clear, the economic model of controlling the tourist peccancy in forest park was constructed. In the model, a series of choice question of the tourist peccancy in forest park was studied. In the practice application part, the primary purpose for controlling the tourist peccancy was firstly make clear, next the basic conditions were discussed , finally the basic strategy was analyzed. In the eighth chapter, the indirect method of the tourist peccancy management was dicussed. In this chapter, firstly the difference was found between the method of direct control and the method of indirect management. This was followed by a detailed analysis of three indirect management tools’ content and strategy. Finally combined strategy between the method of direct control and the method of indirect management was discussed. The ninth chapter was the part of conclusion. In this chapter, the mail conclusions in the dissertation were summarized, some shortcomings and some research directions in the next step were introduced.To the research methods, as a whole the method which combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis was used in the dissertation. The questionnaire method and the interview menthod were used to gain the tourist data, the quota sampling method was used in sampling survey, the principal component analysis method was used to measure the various variables, the statistical methods such as linear regression analysis, multivariate linear regression analysis, single factor variance analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to analyzes the relationship between various variables.To the research results, the direction which the forest park will develop in the future was revealed, the universal phenomenon of tourist peccancy in the forest park was carried on a reasonable explanation, the scientific model of forest park tourist peccancy occurrence mechanism and the economic model of controlling the tourist peccancy in forest park was constructed, the thoughts of tourist peccancy management in the forest park were proprosed clearly. Compares with the predecessor in the related domain’s research results, some characteristic and possibly innovation were found in the dissertation.更多还原
