【摘要】 本论文目标是:针对当代城市空间资源日趋紧张所引发的问题和矛盾,基于多层次城市基面的空间结构,提出一种针对性的化解途径——城市立体化。在我国当前建设节约型和谐城市的背景下,化解城市生存空间资源相对短缺与城市发展需求之间的矛盾、建立高效的城市运作系统是必要的,其根本途径在于建设集约化城市形制。本文研究主题——城市立体化是指城市基面的立体化,它是集约化城市形制的一种表现形式,旨在城市生存空间资源短缺情况下构建高效的城市运作系统。本文试图将城市立体化形态为研究对象,从城市立体化发展、城市立体化系统以及城市立体化建设实施机制等方面展开讨论。论文分为三个主体部分:第一部分是对与城市立体化相关的城市实践和发展需求在城市形态与城市功能方面进行的分析,以城市基面为切入点,找寻城市立体化存在与发展的现实依据与价值基础。第二部分是对城市基面立体化系统的类比分析,基于城市基面的空间结构,以城市设计理论和系统论理论分析城市基面立体化系统的要素、结构和功能,力图建立对城市基面立体化系统设计的评价体系。第三部分是对城市立体化建设实施相关机制的分析,在城市设计非物质性的研究视角范围内,找寻保障城市立体化建设实施与促进城市立体化发展的有利条件,力图形成对城市立体化实施条件与发展前景的初步评估。另外还有对论文部分研究成果的实践验证。通过三个主体部分的论述与对研究成果的实践验证分析,本文试图得到以下主要结论:第一,城市立体化的实质是给予一种“和谐”的城市结构或“城市构造”——城市基面立体化系统,它是城市设计整合城市要素的重要手段之一;第二,城市形态是立体的,这种立体不但包括城市要素外观形式的立体,还包括以城市基面为“构件”的城市结构或“城市构造”的立体,城市形态的结构关系和“构造”关系值得引起城市设计的重视;第三,城市立体化建设需要城市“空间权”的立法支持与工程设计的配合,它的发展有必要打破分区式城市建设管理体制、改变封闭式学科研究体制、进行城市建设各领域之间的系统整合;第四,不是城市非要立体化,更不是所有的城市都要立体化,城市立体化只是城市空间资源危机与城市形态发展需求之间的矛盾产物,是解决城市“拥挤”与地形限制问题的有效途径之一,是集约化城市形态的构建方式之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis, responding to serious problems caused by lacking space resourcesduring urban construction, aims to put forward a resolving approach-- urbanthree-dimensionalization.Under the background to construct saving form and harmonious cities in today’s China, intensification urban form is a singnificantly effective way to dissolve the contradictions between the shortage of urban living space resources and the demand for urban development, and estalish highly-efficient urban operation system. Theresearch topic -- urban three-dimensionalization is urban basethree-dimensionalization , it is one expression of the intensification urban forms, in order to construct highly-efficient urban operation system under the existing situation of lacking urban living space resources .This dissertation attempts to view the form of urban three-dimensionalization as an research program by discussing the development of urban three-dimensionalization and the urban three-dimensionalization system and urban three-dimensionalization operation system.This dissertation is divided into three main parts. The first part is to carry out ananlysis on urban practices and development requisitions, which are related to urban three-dimensionalization, on aspect of urban form and function. Taking as urban bases a penetration point, it is to explore the practical base and value of existence and development of urban three-dimensionalization. The second part makes comparative analysis on urban base three-dimensionalization system. Based on the spatial structure of urban bases, applying the theory of urban design and system theory, it is to analyze the factors, structures and functions of urban base three-dimensionalization system, to establish the evaluation system of how to design urban base three-dimensionalization system. The third part is to research the relative implementation mechanism of urban three-dimensionalization. From the point view of urban design immaterial research, it is to explore the advantaged conditions to ensure the implementation and development of urban three-dimensionalization, and to figure out the preliminary evaluation on its implementtion requirements and devlepment future, as well as the case studies relative to the research achievements.By means of the three parts’ discussion, this dissertation reaches main conlusions: First, the essence of urban three-dimensionalization is to offer a kind of"harmonious" urban form structure or "urban conformation"--the urban basethree-dimensionalization system, it is an important measure in the field of urban design to integrate urban facotrs. Second, urban form is three dimensional, which not only is about that the exterior form, but the more important is about the urban structure or "urban conformation", urban design should emphasize the structure and "conformation" relationship of urban form. Third, it is essential for urban development to break through the management mechanism of zoning urban construction, to change the enclosed research mechanism of relative subjects, and to undertake systematically integrate on different fields of urban construction. Fourth, it is not to mean that cities have to be three-dimensionalization, furthermore all cities should be three-dimensionalization. However, urban three-dimensionalization is the conflicting result between urban form and urban development. It is one of the efficient ways to solve urban problems, and also one of construction measures of intensification urban form.更多还原
