新型双定子直线振荡电机的研究

【摘要】 直线压缩机是小型压缩机的一个发展方向,与传统的通过曲轴及连杆带动活塞作往复直线运动的旋转压缩机相比,直线压缩机整体效率更高,噪音更低、能效比COP值更大。永磁式直线压缩机近几年成为该领域的研究热点,它具有更高的系统效率及更佳的运动特性。直线压缩机的关键部件是直线振荡电机。性能优良的直线振荡电机应具有结构简单、机械加工组装方便、力特性好、功率密度大等特点。本文根据现有的实验条件,在对韩国LG直线振荡电机深入研究的基础上,提出了新型的双定子直线振荡电机,并对其进行了深入的研究与分析,主要研究成果包括:1.深入研究了LG直线振荡电机,建立了LG直线振荡电机线性数学模型及二维电磁场有限元模型。2.在对LG直线振荡电机研究的基础上,设计了双定子直线振荡电机,详细深入地分析了它的运行原理及设计方法。3.利用磁阻模型分析方法,推导出双定子直线振荡电机线性数学模型,建立了双定子直线振荡电机二维有限元模型,模型的计算结果与实验结果相符。4.对直线振荡电机不同负载情况下的系统进行了数学分析及建模仿真,提出了矢量稳态参数计算方法,对负载中高次谐波的影响进行了详细分析,并给出了具体的计算方法。5.实际加工出一台样机。对样机进行了空载和负载实验。为继续深入研究双定子直线振荡电机提供了详实的实验数据。双定子直线振荡电机已申请国家发明专利。目前,双定子直线振荡电机压缩空气已达到0.5 Mpa,振荡频率26Hz,功率因数达到85%。

【Abstract】 Linear compressor is a trend of small compressors. Compared to traditional rotary compressors, the linear compressors could reach a higher efficiency, lower noise and bigger COP value. The permanent magnet linear compressors with high efficiencies and excellent motion characterics are the most important study areas for linear compressors. Linear oscillatory motors are one of key parts of linear compressors. Good linear compressors are always simple, easy manufactures, easy fabrications, good force characteristics and high force densities, etc. Based on the available experiment situations and in-depth study on the LG’s linearoscillatory motor, a novel linear oscillatory motor with two seperated stators are present. The main study works include:1. In-depth analysis of LG’s linear oscillatory motor. A linear mathmatical model of LG’s linear motor is established. A 2D Finite Element Method model of the motor is also made to calculate the flux distributions under noload and full-load conditions.2. Based on the study of LG’s linear oscillatory motor, the novel linear oscillatory motor with two seperated stators is present. The working principle, the manufacturing steps and methods are all discussed.3. According to the Reluctance Network Mehod, the linear mathmatical model of the novel linear oscillatory motor is concluded and is in accordance with the analysis results of FEM and experiment ones.4. Studies on diffent loads are carried out. The vector analysis methods are adopted in the analysis to calculate the static parameters. The influences of high harmonics are also disscussed and the calculated results are in accordance with the simulation results. 5. A prototype was made. The experiments under no-load and full-load conditions were carried out. The experiment data could help further study on the novel linear oscillatory motor with two seperated stators.Now, the novel linear oscillatory motor with two separated stators is pending for invention patent. The motor is used to compress the air and may reach 0.5 MPa with 26 Hz oscillatory frequence. The power factor could be above 85%.
