【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来，由于市场环境急剧变化、经济全球化进程不断加快以及现代信息技术，特别是计算机网络技术的发展和运用，人类经济活动的网络化发展趋势及其变革要求明显增强。在这样的发展趋势和变革要求下，经济组织结构也相应地发生了一些新的变化。其中之一，就是企业经营管理中出现了不少虚拟组织化实践创新现象，进而给人们提出了如何认识这一新生事物，并进一步推动其发展的问题。本文以马克思主义唯物辩证法为指导，立足信息时代的社会经济发展背景，着眼于企业信息化和网络化发展对推动企业发展的重大影响和作用，提出企业虚拟化运营是人类多种不同虚拟活动在企业运营中的创化和结合的观点，并由此进一步探讨20世纪90年代以来企业开展虚拟化运营创新的原因和条件、模式和流程、竞争和管理、作用和障碍等一系列问题，使人们认识企业虚拟化运营对优化资源配置的重要意义，进而形成推进其发展的对策思路，以为现实经济建设服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990s, owing to the rapid change of the market environment, the unceasinglypacing up of the economical globalization as well as the development and employment ofthe modern information technology, especially, the computer network technology, thetendency towards and reform of the human economic activity network become more andmore obvious. Under such kind of tendency and upon such request of reform, thestructure of economic organization too represents a certain new characteristics. And theemergence of virtual organizing practice in the enterprises operation and management,which leads to the question how should the average see this newly emerged phenomenonand hence impel its development, is one of them.This thesis, guided by Marxist dialectical materialism, based on the background ofthe social economic development of the information age, and focused on the crucialinfluence and function of the informationization and networking in the enterprises on thedevelopment of enterprises, proposes that virtual enterprising is the production whichoriginated from the combination of human manifold virtual activities and the operation inenterprises. Furthermore probes into the causes, conditions, models, flow, competition,management, effect, obstacles and the relevant issues of the virtual enterprisinginnovation, gives people a bird-view of its great significance on optimizing the resourcedisposition, hence put forward the countermeasures and in the end realizes the goal ofserving the current economic construction.更多还原
