制造网格的体系结构及其资源管理技术

【摘要】 网格的本质特征是资源的共享和协作。随着网格技术在科学和计算领域应用的日益深入以及相关研究的逐步成熟,网格应用已经扩展到科学研究、商业和工业领域的方方面面。由于网格技术提供的支持与网络化制造系统的需求之间存在着极强的吻合特性,将网格技术作为网络化制造的关键核心使能技术,构建支持制造企业协同的制造网格系统,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本论文主要研究了制造网格系统的体系结构及其资源管理技术。制造资源和制造网格系统的复杂特性对其体系结构的构建提出了要求。本文从制造网格的需求和特征两个方面进行分析,建立了制造网格系统的体系结构,指出制造资源是制造网格系统中最重要的元素,制造网格系统中资源管理的研究是最关键的核心内容之一。建立制造资源的统一的模型是进行资源管理的基础,也是进行资源检索与优化调度的前提。本文首先分析了制造网格中资源的特点并对其进行分类,在此基础上建立了制造资源的信息模型、数据模型、结构模型和信息管理模型及命名模型,这些模型分别从不同的角度应用各种建模方法对制造资源进行完整建模和统一描述,为制造网格中制造资源的统一管理和优化配置提供了依据。资源检索和优化配置方法是获得所需共享资源的关键所在。本文提出了一种适合制造网格系统的层次检索方法,该方法通过对资源进行分组和聚类来提高资源检索的效率,并应用遗传算法对制造资源进行优化组合,经分析该层次检索方法具有正确性、高效性和实用性。同时,与网格中的其它资源检索方法相比,该方法具有较低的时间复杂度和空间复杂度,适用于资源复杂多样的制造网格系统。研究了制造网格中的资源调度策略,建立了资源管理和调度模型。将资源和任务以及任务执行结果用统一的方法进行封装和描述,是进行资源调度的前提。本文探讨了将制造资源封装成制造服务以及对服务资源的状态和任务特性进行描述的方法。同时,对资源选择和调度过程中可能产生的资源冲突问题进行了探讨,并提出了一种网格环境下设备资源的冲突解决方法。在上述研究的基础上,开发了一个制造网格资源管理系统原型,本文的最后介绍了该原型系统的实现环境及实现方法,并验证了本文提出的资源管理和优化配置算法。

【Abstract】 The essentially feature of grid is the share and cooperation of the resources. With theapplication and the research of grid in science and computation, it has been applied in manyfields such as science, business and industry. Because between the support of grid and therequirement of networked manufacturing is coincident. Grid is looked as a key technique innetworked manufacturing to construct manufacturing grid system supporting manufacturingenterprises cooperation. MG can realize the whole connectivity of software and hardwareresources what manufacturing involved on net. It has important function to optimalconfigure the manufacturing resources, increase the competence of middle and smallcorporations and accelerate the cooperated product exploitation course. The architectureand the method of resource management in manufacturing grid system are researched inthis paper.The complexity of manufacturing resources and manufacturing grid system requireconstructing the architecture. The requirement of manufacturing grid and its features areanalyzed and the system architecture is constructed in this paper. The manufacturingresources are the most important elements in manufacturing grid system. So, researching onthe manufacturing resources management is the key content about manufacturing gridsystem.Constructing the uniform models is the basic of resource management, searching andscheduling. On the basis of analyzing the features of resources and classifying them in themanufacturing grid system, the resource information model, data model, structure model,information management model and named model are constructed. These models modeleand describe uniformly the manufacturing resources from different view using many modelmethods. They provide dependence to uniform manage and optimal configure the resourcesin manufacturing grid.The method of resource searching and optimal configuring is the key to obtain therequired resource. Hiberarchy-searching method is proposed in this paper. The methodincreases the efficiency of resource searching by grouping and clustering them. Geneticarithmetic is used to optimal configure the manufacturing resources combination. Theinstance testified that the hiberarchy-searching method is correct, efficient and practical. Inthe mean time, the method has low time-complexity and space- complexity compared to the other resource searching methods. It fits to the complex and multiplex manufacturingresources in manufacturing grid.The resource-scheduling policy is researched and the resource-scheduling model isbuilt. The uniformed method of encapsulating and describing the resource, task and theresult of task executed is the precondition to resource scheduled. So, how the resources areencapsulated to manufacturing service and how the status of the service and the charactersof task are described are discussed in this paper. In the mean time, the resources conflictionproblem of resource selecting or scheduling is discussed. The method of solving theconfliction of device resource in manufacturing grid is proposed.On the basis of above research, a manufacturing grid resource management system isdeveloped. The implement environment and method of the system are stated at the last ofthis paper and the resource management and optimal configure algorithm are testfied.
