中小企业产能柔性及其在车间生产控制中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展,中小企业的生产特性发生了根本性变化,客户需求的个性化,市场变化的动态化,导致市场竞争越来越激烈。因此,企业柔性化生产方式逐步成为企业组织生产的核心和支柱,研究企业产能柔性及其在生产控制中的应用也就具有十分重要的意义。本文根据中小企业面向定制组织生产的特征,结合具体企业案例,系统研究中小企业产能柔性的关键技术问题及其在车间生产控制中的应用,主要研究内容包括:1.针对中小企业面向定制的生产特点,提出中小企业产能柔性的概念;从定性和定量两个方面研究产能柔性的内涵、能力构成和表现形态,分析产能柔性的三维特征和多维性层次,提出产能柔性的矢量表述方式、度量指标及其计算方法,建立使生产系统柔性效益最大化的产能柔性最佳水平选择的数学模型,为产能柔性的度量和评价提供依据。2.基于S95标准,提出中小企业生产能力的计算方法,建立中小企业产能柔性评价指标体系和模糊逻辑规则,并籍此研究产能柔性评价的层次分析方法,结合具体企业实例,运用AHP-模糊综合评价法对其产能柔性进行了度量和评价。3.根据中小企业产能柔性的要求,提出综合生产计划柔性变量的概念,构建柔性变量的决策模型,进而建立面向产能柔性的随机综合生产计划模型,并采用遗传算法求解,以实例验证模型及方法的有效性和合理性。4.基于中小企业生产调度特点,从产能柔性的时间维和范围维来研究中小企业车间生产调度,确定调度方案和规则,建立数学模型,结合具体企业案例,研究面向产能柔性中小企业车间作业调度问题,并提出计算方法。5.基于S95标准对车间生产信息进行描述,对生产信息进行分类,构建其信息流。研究面向企业产能柔性的信息流管理系统的设计技术,以及信息过滤的关键技术。6.结合装饰布生产企业车间生产控制的现状,分析中小企业面向产能柔性的车间生产控制系统的组成,设计系统的结构功能图;研究中小企业车间生产控制系统产能柔性功能的实现方法。本文部分研究结果已在企业得到应用,效果良好。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of economical globalization, the production characteristic of small and medium enterprise has been fundamentally changed. The individuality of customer demand and the tendency of marketshift cause the market competition to be more and more intense. Therefore, flexible production gradually becomes the core and the prop of production organization. The research on and its applying in production control has extremely vital significance. According to the characteristic of small and medium enterprise that is organizing production facing customization, as well as an enterprise instance, this dissertation systematically researches the key techniques of the production capability flexibility in small and medium enterprise and their applying in the workshop production control application. The main contents of the dissertation include:1. According to the production characteristic of small and medium enterprise i.e. facing customization, the concept of production capability flexibility in small and medium enterprise is proposed. The connotation, the ability constitution and the performance formalism are researched qualitatively and quantitatively. The three dimension- characteristic and the multi-dimensional level are analyzed. The vector indication, measure index and computational method of production capability flexibility are proposed. The mathematical model is proposed, which can optimize production capability flexibility and obtain maximum benefit of the production system. All those above propose the fundament of measuring and evaluating production capability flexibility.2. Based on the S95 standard, computational method of small and medium enterprise productivity is proposed. An index system of flexiblility evaluation and fuzzy logic rule are established to propose an AHP method on evaluating production capability flexibility. According to an enterprise instance, the AHP-fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is applied to measure and evaluate production capability flexibility.3. According to the requirements of production capability flexibility in small and medium enterprise, the concept of flexibility variable in aggregate production planning is proposed. The policy-making model of flexiblity variable is constructed, and then the stochastic aggregate production planning model which is facing production capability flexibility is constructed. The genetic algorithm is applied to obtain optimal results and the validity and rationality of model and method are validated according to an instance.4. Based on the production scheduling characteristic in small and medium enterprise, the scheduling plan and rule is determined and the mathematical model is established from time and range dimension of production capability flexibility. The operational scheduling in workshop of small and medium enterprise which is facing production capability flexibility is researched accoding to an enterprise instance, and a relative computational method is proposed.5. Based on the description of workshop production information in the S95 standard, production informations are categorized and information flow is constructed. The design technology of the information flow management system which is facing production capability flexibility and key techniques of information filtration are researched.6. According to the present situation of workshop production control in vestee enterprise, the composition of workshop production control system is analyzed and structure functional diagram of the system is depicted. The realization method of the flexible function in workshop production control system is researched.Parts of research results in this dissertation are effectively applied in a vestee enterprise.
