【摘要】 本课题以降脂减肥胶囊为研究对象，运用现代科学技术手段对其进行了药学、药效学、毒理学方面的系统研究。药学研究结果表明，运用正交设计法，以陈皮挥发油出油率、葛根素、大黄素以及甘草酸铵的含量为考查指标筛选出的生产工艺稳定、合理；以黄芪甲苷为考查指标，运用HPLC-ELSD法制定的质量控制标准方法简便、准确度高、重现性好。药效学研究结果表明，降脂减肥胶囊可使高脂饲料引起的营养性肥胖模型大鼠的体重明显减轻，血清TC、LDL含量明显降低，血清HDL含量明显升高，显著降低大鼠脂肪指数，增加全视野的脂肪细胞数量，缩小脂肪细胞体积。毒理学实验结果证明，本品无毒副作用，临床口服用药相当安全。综合以上结果，均为该药的进一步推广与应用提供了可靠的实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This subject used modern scientific technology to study Jiangzhijianfei Capsules based on the theory of TCM, including pharmacy, pharmacodynamics, toxicology.The results of pharmacy show that the extraction process is stable and reasonable, which was optimized by taking pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil rate and content of puerarin, emodin and monoammoniun glycyrrhizinate as the index by orthogonal design. In addition , the relate quality control standard was formulated for Jiangzhijianfei Capsules by determining the content of astragaloside of it by HPLC-ELSD, and the above method is proved to be convenient with high precise and reproducibility.The results of pharmacodynamics show that Jiangzhijianfei Capsules can reduce the body weight, fat index, the volume of fatty cell and the level of serum cholesterol and low density lipoprotein of the obese rat caused by high fat nutritive feed apparently, and increase the quantity of fatty cell and the level of serum high density lipoprotein significantly. At the same time, the acute toxity test and long-term toxity test show that the Capsules have no toxic and side effects, it is very safe for clinic. These results can provide reliable evidence for the use of the Jiangzhijianfei Capsules.更多还原
