全球化背景下中国文化产业竞争力研究
Research on the Competitiveness of Chinese Cultural Industries under the Globalization Background

【摘要】 提高文化产业竞争力是发展文化产业的核心问题。在全球化条件下,文化产业竞争力在国家和地区综合竞争力中的地位日益突出,文化产业竞争力研究已成为一个学术热点。不同的学者基于不同的研究范式,构建了不同的文化产业竞争力“模型”,取得了一些颇有价值的研究成果,遗憾的是尚未准确、深入刻画出文化产业竞争力独有的内部要素、层次结构和发展机制。本文在分析、借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对全球化背景下的中国文化产业竞争力进行了初步探索和研究。从文化产业作为一个独立的经济门类出发,本文首次在本质、运行和发展三个层面全面归纳了文化产业的特征,分别揭示文化产业与其它经济部门的根本差别、文化产业运行的特殊性、文化产业成长的特点,并探究了文化产业与总体经济互动的深层机理和作用规律。经济贡献、文化观念、关联带动、人力提升是文化产业与总体经济之间相互作用的重要中介,文化产业作为总体经济的一部分,受总体经济数量与质量的深刻影响,并通过上述中介形成与总体经济的互动。按照内禀性、稳定性、独有性、指导性等原则,初步构建了文化产业竞争力“3×3”二维理论模型。从系统论角度,把文化产业竞争力分为三个层面:“微观—企业层面”、“中观—产业层面”、“宏观—国家(地区)层面”;从文化产业自身成长的角度,把文化产业竞争力区分为三种形态:“粗放型竞争力”、“集约型竞争力”和“创造型竞争力”。在此基础上,深入考察中国文化产业竞争力的现状及比较优势,分析发达国家发展文化产业的内在规律,提出中国文化产业竞争力全面提升的战略构想。
【Abstract】 Culture is a conception of humanist, terrain and economy. In this era of modern society, culture is becoming a kind of practical culture productivity. Culture industries are known as sunrise industry and are showing itself the spark, energy and charm of fresh industry. Its development profoundly changes the form, frame, pattern and trend of the international economy, politics and culture. The status of culture industries is emerging in the general Competitiveness of countries and areas under the globalization background. More and more countries make the enlarged external culture trade and international cultural market as the important strategic aim. The core problem of the development of cultural industries is advancing the competitiveness of cultural industries. Based on analyzing and use for reference the ancient research, the paper tries to explore the competitiveness of Chinese cultural industries under the globalization background.First, by reviewing the literature, we find little of the study about the cultural industries competitiveness, and in those study different scholar based different model studies the cultural industries competitiveness in various angle of view, especially they build different model of he cultural industries competitiveness, and obtain some valuable fruits. It is a pity that they do not depict the particular inner basic, hiberarchy and development mechanism. However we can still obtain abroad and profound illumination from the researched work. After that, we analyze the theoretical foundation of cultural industries competitiveness: Marx’s spirit production theory, advantage theory, the commonly rule of industry development, competition and competitiveness theory, the common rule of industry development and the industry competitiveness theory.Second, the paper defines the connotations of cultural industries, epitomes the characters, analyzes the interaction mechanism between the cultural industries and the total economy, and introduces the globalization background. We improve Luoma’s pyramid model, replace art with culture, replace economy with manpower, so as to discuss the determinative action that the quantity, quality of cultural, technology and manpower bring to the content, from, dimensions, development speed and competitiveness. Culture industries are those industries group which deal with the production and prosecution activity of cultural product and service, and that provide correlation service for them in order to satisfy people’s spirit cultural demand. Cultural industries include two aspect meanings, the industrialization of cultural and culturalization of industries. The characters of culture industries include three lays: essence character, circulation character and development character. The essence character opens out the essential difference between culture industries and other economy department, the circulation character opens out the circulation particularity of culture industries, and the development character opens out the growth characteristic of culture industries. As a part of, the culture industries are doubly influenced by quantity and quality of the total economy, and process the interaction between the cultural industries and the total economy through economy contribution, culture idea, associate drive and manpower advance. And the culture industries advance the growth of the total economy from the industrialization of cultural and culturalization of industries, and realize continuance development of the cultural industries itself. Then, the paper fetches in the globalization background, analyzes the global competition pattern of the cultural industries and its influence to Chinese cultural industries.Third, the paper defines the connotations of the cultural industries competitiveness, which is the ability that cultural corporation occupy the market and obtain profit by producing and selling cultural production, offering different kinds of cultural service. According to the principle of inner character, stability and single-possession, and pay attention to the complexity, expansibility and otherness, we build the“3×3”theoretic model of the cultural industries competitiveness under the globalization background, depict the particular inner basic, hiberarchy and development mechanism. The first“3”points that as one subsystem of the great“society-economy-cultural”system, the cultural industries entrails exist different arrangement subsystem, and the cultural industries competitiveness is the same. The cultural industries competitiveness includes three says:“microcosmic-corporation lay”,“meso-industry lay”and“macroscopic-country lay”. The second“3”points that cultural industries have the characters of change and development, cultural industries competitiveness are the same. The cultural industries competitiveness has three kinds of configuration: extensive, intensive and creative competitiveness. The“3×3”theoretic model has two dimensionality, and each dimensionality has three section, so the planar coordinate plane is carve up nine area, each area show some kind configuration of the cultural industries competitiveness. Based the above, we see about the actuality and relative advantage of Chinese cultural industries.Finally, according to analyzing the practice and exploration of advancing the cultural industries competitiveness in developed countries, we bring forward the stratagem conceive of advancing Chinese cultural industries competitiveness.
