军用自动立体显示技术研究

【摘要】 不需要立体眼镜的自动立体显示技术对军方而言非常重要,本项目主要集中在光学原理探索、样机的研制和测量方法研究。首先研究了较为成熟的几种立体显示方法的光学原理,包括:屏后线光源、屏前遮光光栅、屏前柱透镜阵列等立体显示技术,并对它们进行了评价和比较。采用屏后线光源技术作为基本的技术方案,重点研究了照明平面到像素平面的距离、线光源的周期、左右眼的观察区域、光源的张角、光源的宽度、像素间隙、像素厚度、玻璃的折射率等因素对立体显示效果的影响,给出了理论公式;编写了模拟计算的程序,对立体显示效果进行仿真。然后设计了立体显示器。讨论了自动立体显示模块的光学结构,给出了部分设计图纸;研究了几种立体显示的信号格式和3D卡的基本结构。在此基础上,制作出了立体显示器。详细研究了立体显示模块制作过程中防眩层的处理以及TN盒的粘贴等具体工艺,给出了增效片的技术方案;介绍了屏加固技术。最后根据用户的要求进行了改造和加固;引入了“3D分离度”来反映立体效果,并对立体显示器进行了测试,给出了具体的测量结论。

【Abstract】 With the autostereoscopic displays, the users can watch 3D pictures and movies, and no headgears needed, so they are very useful to militaries.The disquisition was about the optical principles, the manufacture, and the measurements. Some kinds of technology about autostereoscopic displays have been studied, and then the Parallax Illumination has been selected, and investigated. Some expressions have been derived. To simulate the system, the ray tracing programs have developed. The structures of autostereoscopic displays have been designed, some drawings are presented. The stereo video signal and related circuits have been researched. Some details about manufacture have been bringing forward. At last the autostereoscopic displays have been finished. To satisfy the military, the displays have ameliorated. The displays have been measured. The 3D division is instead of the crosstalk, it is easy for measurement. The research is useful, and the autostereoscopic display can satisfy the mass production.
