【摘要】 在竞争激烈的市场经济环境下，知识正成为企业最有价值的战略性资源，知识创新成为企业形成、发展核心能力和动态能力的主要手段。如何通过知识创新形成企业核心能力和动态能力，使企业在不断变化的外部环境下，保持持续竞争优势，是理论界近年来关注的焦点之一。本文以企业动态能力建设为目标，以知识创新为主线，研究企业知识资源特征、知识创新过程、知识资产、知识创新网络、知识创新动态业务系统、以及企业核心能力的演变；在此基础上，构建企业知识创新体系。具体内容包括：(1)以认知理论为基础，研究了知识作为企业战略资源所具有的一些本质特征。这些特征包括：知识的动态过程性、企业核心知识的隐性特征、企业知识的情境嵌入性、以及知识价值实现的不确定性；并探讨了这些特征对企业核心能力和动态能力建设的影响。(2)构建了企业知识创新模型：研究了企业动态能力对创新范式的要求；构建了包括企业愿景、发展战略、知识资产、知识创新过程、知识创新网络、知识创新动态业务系统以及企业商业运作模式等要素和过程构成的支持企业动态能力的知识创新体系；并进一步分析各要素和过程间的关系。(3)研究了企业核心能力的知识本质，提出了“元资产”概念，阐明了知识资产成为企业“元资产”的内在动因；通过企业知识资产增值模型，探讨了知识资产与知识创新之间的循环促进关系。辩证地探讨了企业核心能力的两面性，研究了企业核心刚度的形成机理：从思维定势、能力陷阱、惯例和偏好、静态价值观等四个维度研究了核心刚度对企业知识创新的负面影响；分析了核心能力的周期性和动态能力的内涵与特征；基于SWOT分析法，揭示了企业动态能力的本质。(4)从企业知识创新网络形成机理、知识创新网络连接机制和知识创新网络效率等方面研究了知识创新网络的产生背景、运行机制以及对企业知识创新和动态能力建设的影响；结合我国创新资源分布以及企业知识创新现状，分析了我国企业构建知识创新网络的必要性，并提出了具体的方法和思路。(5)基于知识创新情境理论，研究了支持动态能力的企业知识创新的动态业务系统。该系统由支持知识创新的结构性要素(组织结构、基础设施、知识创新网络，人力资源和激励机制等)；非结构性要素(企业战略、知识愿景、价值观、企业文化)和过程性要素(深度对话、动态的共同创新过程、共享的认识方式、试验和确认)组成。在动态业务系统下，通过ASECID知识创新螺旋过程，实现企业知识创新，发展企业的动态能力。(6)通过实例分析，验证论文提出的观点、理论和方法。对奇瑞汽车公司的知识创新体系、核心能力、核心能力形成过程、动态能力等进行实证分析，案例分析表明：核心能力只能通过自主创新来实现；创新网络是新创企业发挥后发优势、整合外部资源的主要途径；知识资产是企业创新的基础；企业战略和环境决定知识创新模式和效率；政府的引导和扶持必不可少。论文围绕企业动态能力的建设，探讨了企业知识创新规律，构建了企业知识创新体系框架，旨在提高企业知识创新的效率和效果，为企业知识创新和能力建设提供指导框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 In market economy environment with intense competition, the knowledge is regarded as the most valuable strategic resource in enterprise and it is believed that knowledge innovation is the main method to construct the enterprise’s core competence and dynamic competence. It becomes one of focal points paid much attention by the entrepreneur and scholar in recent years that how to construct the enterprise’s core competence and dynamic competence through knowledge innovation, and how to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage in external environment with intense change.This dissertation is mainly to research the characteristic of enterprise’s knowledge resource, knowledge innovation process, knowledge assert, knowledge innovation network, the evolution of the enterprise’s core competence based on the dynamic competence, and the dynamic business system of supporting knowledge innovation. Based on above, enterprise knowledge innovation architecture is constructed. The main research content is included in following six aspects:(1) Some essential characteristics of knowledge as enterprise’s core competence and strategic resources are researched on the basis of human cognition process. These characteristics include: dynamic course characteristic, tacit characteristic of core knowledge, characteristic of embedded context, and uncertainty of knowledge value realization. The effects of these characteristics on contraction of enterprise dynamic competence are analysed.(2) A model of enterprise knowledge innovation is constructed. The mode of enterprise knowledge innovation and its effect on enterprise dynamic competence are analyzed. Based on above, the paper constructs a knowledge innovation architecture of supporting enterprise dynamic competence, which includes enterprise vision, enterprise strategy, knowledge asset, knowledge innovation process, knowledge innovation dynamic operation system, knowledge innovation network as well as commercial operation pattern; and then the relations among the factors and the processes in the architecture is analyzed.(3) The conception of knowledge "meta asset" is first put forward, and the intrinsic factors that knowledge asset becomes Meta asset are researched. It is posted that knowledge innovation can realize the multiplication of the knowledge asset itself and other assert. Through the multiplication model of knowledge asset, the reciprocity between knowledge asset and knowledge innovation is discussed. The dual character of core competent is discussed dialectically and the formation mechanism of core rigidity is also probed. The negative influence of the core rigidity on enterprise knowledge innovation is studied form four dimensions: thinking convention, competence trap, routine and predilection, and the static value. The periodicity of core competence and characteristic of dynamic competence are analyzed. Finally, the enterprise dynamic competence essence is revealed based on the SWOT.(4) The formation background, the operation mechanism of the knowledge innovation network, and its effect on knowledge innovation and enterprise competence construction are researched from formation mechanism, connection mechanism and innovation efficiency of the knowledge innovation network. After that, combined the innovation resource distribution and the present situation of enterprise’s knowledge innovation in our country, the necessity of constructing enterprise knowledge innovation network is analyzed and some advice is proposed.(5) The dynamic business system of enterprise knowledge innovation is constructed based on the knowledge context situation theory. This system is composed of structural elements (included organizational structure, infrastructure, knowledge innovation network, human resource and drive mechanism), non-structural elements (included enterprise vision, strategy, values, enterprise culture), and process elements (included depth dialogue, dynamic collaboration innovation process, sharing cognition pattern, experiment and confirmation). In the dynamic business system, enterprise realizes knowledge innovation, constructs dynamic competence through the ASECID knowledge innovation spiral process.(6) The theories and views in this dissertation are confirmed by the case from Chery Automoile Company (CAC). CAC’s knowledge innovation architecture, core competence, formation process of core competence and the dynamic competence is analysed. The result of case analyse indicates that the core competence is constructed only through independence innovation, knowledge innovation network is main way for new enterprise to create predominance, knowledge asset is foundation of innovation, enterprise strategy decides knowledge innovation pattern and efficiency, government’s guidance and supports is also essential.This dissertation emphasizes on development of enterprise dynamic competence. In order to enhance efficiency and effect, it researches the rule of enterprise knowledge innovation and advances a knowledge innovation architecture.
