面向钢铁流程知识网系统的生产计划与调度模型及其优化研究

【摘要】 近年来,中国钢铁工业取得了长足的发展。在产能过剩、资源有限和运力不足等情况下,为了实现钢铁企业技术结构升级、产品结构改善、生产效率的不断提高以及可持续发展,企业迫切需要动态的、及时的、有序的和一体化的生产计划与调度生产策略。因此,有必要高度重视企业的生产计划与调度研究。本文在分析产品生产计划的现状和发展趋势的基础上,以钢铁企业这一类混合生产流程为研究对象,综合运用运筹学、现代生产管理、系统工程、工业工程、控制理论、人工智能、计算机科学等理论和技术,通过对重点和典型钢铁企业的生产计划的制订、执行和反馈以及存在问题的分析,建立面向ISPKN的钢铁企业生产计划与调度模型,主要的研究工作包括以下几个方面的内容。从系统论和耗散论角度,系统研究了钢铁企业的各种生产流程,探讨了钢铁生产流程的发展方向以及一体化计划与管理。提出了钢铁企业的产品线和产品的组合计划,采用网络流的优化方法和遗传算法以及Matlab7.0标准工具箱的函数,建立了基于产品生产需求预测、销售价格、生产成本和生产能力的产品线组合生产计划的最大利润流模型。以某钢铁企业的产品线为背景,采用合同型和预测型联合优化的方法,建立其产品线综合生产计划模型,计算结果与实际生产较吻合,遗传算法的计算求解收敛速度较好。针对连续流程的生产计划与调度,在建立模型时采用递阶分层和按时间分段的策略。在炼铁流程方面,建立了一个简化的高炉生产计划模型;在炼钢流程方面,建立了炼钢最优投产日期生产计划等模型;在轧钢流程方面,建立了轧钢流程生产合同分派计划模型和轧制产品二次加工优化生产计划模型。并对上述模型采用遗传算法进行了分析研究,获得优化的目标函数值。考虑物料和生产工艺等约束,建立了两阶段混合流程生产调度模型和带缓冲区的混合流程生产计划模型。以钢铁企业的实际生产为例,建立一个涉及炼钢—热轧—冷轧三阶段混合流程的生产计划与调度模型,该模型以冷轧生产计划模型为基础,目标函数为最小化提前和拖期总惩罚费用,利用混合遗传算子的遗传算法对模型进行求解和实例仿真,结果与实际生产较吻合,验证了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。分析了钢铁生产流程动态系统的生产计划,建立了多阶段流程计划模型,提出了优化的钢铁生产流程多Agent系统模型和性能评价指标。提出了钢铁企业生产流程知识网系统,研究了钢铁企业知识网系统构成与系统框架体系,并利用JSP和数据库系统等技术开发了一个原型系统。从实际的钢铁生产流程出发,依据生产计划和各机组的性能参数建立了理想生产调度模型。通过仿真试验证明本文提出的算法是合理有效的,实现了企业有效地生产计划与调度,效果较好。

【Abstract】 In recent years, Chinese iron and steel industry has obtained considerable development. With the restraining of surplus production, limited resource and insufficient transportation ability and, manufacturing enterprise needs dynamic, timely, ordered and integrated production strategy of production planning and scheduling urgently in order to realize improvement of the technological structure of iron and steel enterprise, advancement of product structure and increase of the production efficiency. Therefore,it’s necessary to pay high attention to production planning and scheduling of enterprises.On the basis of analyzing current status and development trend of production planning and scheduling, hybrid production process of the iron and steel enterprise as subject, using theory and technology of operations research, modern production management, system engineering, industrial engineering, control theory, artificial intelligence and computer science ,drawing, implement and feedback of production planning and existing problems of key and typical iron and steel enterprise is analyzed, production planning and scheduling model based on ISPKN is built. The main research works are as following:From the aspect of system theory and dissipative theory, various production process of iron and steel enterprise are studied systemically, and then development trend and integrated planning and management of iron and steel production process are discussed. The concept of product line and combined planning of product of iron and steel enterprise are proposed, and then product line biggest profit stream model of product combination productive plan in the iron and steel enterprise based on information and the data of requirement prediction, selling price, production cost, and productivity and so on is established by using network stream optimization method, genetic algorithm and standard toolbox function of Matlab7.0. Taking product lines of some iron and steel plant as the background, aggregate production plan model of the product line by using combination optimization method of the contract type and predicting type method is studied, the result is accord with practical production, the speed of calculation and solution and convergence of genetic algorithm is better.For product planning and scheduling of continual procedure, the hierarchy time-sharing schedule scheme was used in this paper. For iron-making procedure, product planning model of blast furnace is built. For steel-making procedure, the steel-making superiorly to go into production the date productive plan model is established. For steel-rolling procedure, the distribution plan of the steel-rolling flow production contract model and optimizations productive plan model of the rolling product two processes are set up. Above models are studied by making using of genetic algorithm, optimal goal function value is got. The production scheduling model of hybrid procedure with two-stage and the production planning model of hybrid procedure with buffering area are established considering the restrains of material and production technology and goal of finishing the production task within shortest time in hybrid production. Taking practical production of iron and steel enterprise as an example, a production planning and scheduling model of hybrid procedure involving steel-making-hot rolling-cold rolling is established. The model is on the basis of cold-rolled production planning model, its goal function is the least earliness/tardiness penalty fee .Solution to model and instance simulation are carried on by using genetic algorithm with hybrid genetic operator, the results shows that the feasibility of the model and validity of the algorithm.The production planning of the dynamic system of iron and steel production procedure is analyzed, and multi-stage process planning model is set up, then models and performance evaluation index of multi-agent system of the whole optimal process of iron and steel production are put forward. Knowledge network system of production procedure of iron and steel enterprise is proposed and defined , composition and frame of knowledge network system of production procedure of iron and steel enterprise are analyzed, a prototype systems is developed by making use of some technologies such as JSP and database system, etc.According to the real steel procedure process , ideal production scheduling model is established according to production plan and performance parameter of every mechanism set . Simulation test has proves that the algorithm put forward in the paper is rational and effectual, effective production planning and scheduling of enterprise is realized, the result is better.
