现代企业物流信息系统研究

【摘要】 本文研究了现代企业物流信息系统的分析、设计和开发的方法,对物流信息系统所要解决的库存控制问题、物流配送车辆调度问题和物流中心选址问题进行了深入的研究。论文的主要工作和创新点如下:1、给出了系统分析的过程,明确了物流信息系统详细调查的内容,具体的分析了生产企业物流信息系统中物流管理信息子系统、生产管理信息子系统以及财务管理信息子系统的流程。详细的讨论了实体联系模型和其相互间的转换,给出网络设计的步骤,分析了中国铁路物流信息系统硬件及网络环境。对制造企业物流信息系统的设计进行了详细的实例研究。对系统开发方法和形式进行了简单介绍,分析了宝供物流信息系统的结构、模块以及系统应用所带来的优势。2、讨论并扩展了关于变质物品的库存模型,且该模型允许短缺的情形发生。在早期的几个临时价格折扣库存模型中的基础上,考虑变质对订货策略影响,提供一种在临时价格折扣期内寻求变质性物品最优临时订货策略的简单决策方法。将EOQ公式扩展到了考虑有限服务率的情形(即每一个顾客都有一个被服务的过程),给出了模型相应的实例验证;利用一个特别的多项式来逼近“季节”期内的商品需求,根据动态规划原理,提供了一种寻求“季节性”商品最优订货策略的简单决策方法,最后给出了该模型的验证实例。3、建立了基于无时限单向物流配送车辆调度问题的直观描述数学模型,设计并实现了无时限单向物流配送车辆调度问题的爬山算法;在模拟退火算法的原理和实现步骤的基础上,设计和实现无时限单向物流配送车辆调度问题的模拟退火算法,通过实例验证了模拟退火算法的寻优性能和强的稳健性。将聚类分析和遗传算法进行了有效的结合提出了混合算法,为进一步研究物流配送优化调度问题提供了参考。4、讨论了典型的库存问题中总费用与配送中心数目的关系,得出一个具有较大适应面的关系式,构造了一个综合考虑最优解库存成本的选址模型,使物流选址决策建立在更加切合实际的基础上。对于物流网络中多设施选址问题,通过对物流设施选址的影响因素的具体分析,结合某化工集团的选址,运用AHP(层次分析)法建立物流选址规划方案的评价指标体系和应用模糊理论将各指标模糊量化,对经过筛选的方案进行模糊综合评判、排序,得到了一个可行方案。

【Abstract】 Analysis, design and development scheme of logistics information system in modern enterprises are investigated.Problems such as inventory control, logistics vehicle routing and logistics center choice, which should be solved in logistics information system are discussed in detail.Primary work and creative points are as follows:1. Procedure of system analysis is given, particular investigation content in logistics information system is identified logistics management information subsystem, production management subsystem and financial management information process in producing enterprises are analyzed in detail. Entity relationship model and transformation are discussed, requirement and procedure in system network design are given.Hardware and network environment are construed. Example for manufacture logistics information system design has been studied. Method and form of system development have been briefly introduced. Structure, block and advantages of Baogong logistics information system are assayed.2. Inventory model about deteriorating goods has been discussed and expanded, in which shortage is allowed. Based on earlier temperory cost discount inventory models,an approach to find optimal temporary order strategy is provided, while considering deteriorating effects on order strategy.EOQ formula has been extended under the finite service rate,i.e. every client has a course for service.corresponding model has been verified.A special multinomial to approach seasonal good requirement is utilized, a simple decision means has been proposed to seek optimal seasonal order strategy,according to dynamic planning principle, an instance for this model is demonstrated.3. Mathematics model based on straight discription for logistics vehicle routing without time limit has been established, hill-climbing algorithm for LVR has been designed and implemented. Simulated annealing algorithm for LVR has also design and carried out. Instance for simulated annealing algorithm shows the fine performance and strong robustness has been validated.A mixing algorithm with cluster-analysis and genetic algorithm has been put forward in order to provide a reference to further study on logistics optimal scheduling problems.4. Relationship between overall expense and delivery core number is agrued.An equation for broader use has been acquired, and a facility mode is constructed considering optimal inventory cost. For multi-facilities choice problem, a optimal feasible scheme has been got using AHP.
