轴辐式网络理论及应用研究

【摘要】 随着网络经济的快速发展,网络已经成为社会经济发展的基础,成为国家发展经济、企业增强竞争优势必须考虑的因素。作为一类特殊结构的网络——轴辐式网络,自从被引入美国航空业以后,就引起了企业界和学术界的广泛重视。轴辐式网络应用已经从原来的航空、航海、计算机等产业领域扩展到物流、金融和旅游领域,轴辐式网络研究也从地理科学、运筹学扩展到管理学、经济学等多学科领域。目前,轴辐式网络的研究已经取得了许多研究成果,但在轴辐式网络形成机理、轴辐式网络运行和轴辐式网络评价等方面还需要进一步研究。本文在参阅大量轴辐式网络研究文献,吸收借鉴现有研究成果基础上,研究构建一套由轴辐式网络形成机理、轴辐式网络模型设计、轴辐式网络运行、轴辐式网络评价等内容组成的相对完整的轴辐式网络理论体系,通过应用研究进一步推广轴辐式网络的应用领域,从而为我国网络产业的发展,网络设施的规划,企业参与网络竞争提供理论支持和现实指导。本文以系统科学理论为指导,综合运用管理学、经济学和计算机科学等知识,采用理论与实证相结合,定性与定量相结合的研究方法,重点对以下内容开展研究:(1)轴辐式网络形成机理研究:以轴辐式网络形成机理研究为切入点,通过轴辐式网络形成与发展规律的分析,探讨轴辐式网络的形成机理,分析轴辐式网络形成过程中的关键作用因素及作用机理;(2)轴辐式网络模型设计:拓展轴辐式网络设计模型和设计方法,建立更符合实际,更能解决现实问题的模型;(3)轴辐式网络运行研究:从轴辐式网络系统参与者角度,研究网络用户关注的成本分配问题,研究网络运营商的服务策略选择问题,研究网络运营商与设施运营商的合作策略问题;(4)轴辐式网络系统评价:分别对单运营商轴辐式网络和多运营商复杂网络进行特征评价,结合中国航空网络实际进行实证分析;(5)轴辐式网络应用研究:对追求成本最小化和社会效益最大化的两类网络开展应用研究。通过上述内容的研究,论文的主要贡献包括:(1)归纳总结了轴辐式网络形成发展的关键作用因素和作用机理,指出成本因素、需求因素、竞争因素和枢纽拥挤因素是轴辐式网络形成发展的关键作用因素,其中成本因素是内在动力,需求因素是外部驱动,竞争因素加速发展,枢纽拥挤导致网络复制;(2)拓展了轴辐式网络模型,提出的考虑设施成本和枢纽竞争环境的轴辐式网络模型更符合实际,更具有实用价值;(3)丰富了轴辐式网络运行理论,将合作博弈理论、收益比较理论,价值链理论、用户选择理论与轴辐式网络理论结合,解决了轴辐式网络运行中的成本分配、服务策略选择和合作策略设计,具有较强的理论创新;(4)对多轴辐式网络组成的复杂网络开展创新性研究,在对中国航空复杂网络分析基础上提出工程技术复杂网络存在富标度特性(Scale—Rich)的观点,发展了目前关于复杂网络的无标度特性理论;(5)拓宽了轴辐式网络的应用领域,首次将轴辐式网络推广到追求社会效益最大化的救灾领域,研究设计的轴辐式救灾物流网络,对提高我国的救灾效益,完善救灾体系建设具有重要的现实意义。
【Abstract】 With the development of network economics, network has become the basis of social and economic system, become the main factor of economic development of the country and the main source of competivities advantage of the company. AS a special type network, hub and spoke network attracts much attention from enterpriser and researcher, since it was adopted by airline industry. Hub and spoke network application has extended from airline industry, maritime transport industry, computer industry to logistics, financial, and travel industry. Research work is also extended from traditional geography, operational research to management science, economics, and so on. Although we have got many research results, but there also have many problems need to be research, such as formative mechanism, operation policy and hubbing index. The objective of this research is to investigate and characterize the hub and spoke , to designs a theory system about hub and spoke network as the theory basic and practice direction of our country’s industry development, infrastructure planning and company expandation.The dissertation integrates math, management science, economics and computer science theory, Research method includes theory research and demonstration analysis method, qualitative analysis and quantitative computation method. The dissertation studies the following research works, the first part is about network formative mechanism, the second part extends the design model of hub and spoke, In part III, the work studies the operation policy of hub network system, including cost allocation, service policy choice and collaborate policy, part VI is about network characteristic appraisement, the last part is about application research.After above research work, the research work’s main contribution including: (1) Found the key factor of the formation of hub and spoke network, (2) Extend the design model, provide variable cost flow discount model and competition hub location model, (3) Combination cooperation game theory, yield compare theory, value chain theory and user choice theory with hub and spoke theory, to research cost allocation, service policy choice, and cooperation policy design. (4) Found the scale rich charactics of complexnetwork which combined multi- hub and spoke network (5) extend the hub and spoke network application to disaster logistics network planning.This research contributes to our understanding of fundamental questions about the merits of hub and spoke networks and is useful in directing Chinese company’s operation under network market condition.
