软件组织多项目协同管理研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的快速发展和应用领域的扩大及深入,软件项目管理和多项目管理正在成为当前及未来项目管理研究的热点之一。本文针对软件组织中多项目管理问题进行了研究,以协同论为理论基础,综合应用系统工程、项目管理、约束理论及软件工程的理论和技术方法,提出了基于项目生命周期的多项目协同管理模型,并对具体阶段的协同管理方法进行了创新性地研究和实践。本文的研究促进了系统方法在项目管理理论领域的应用,丰富和完善了项目管理理论,具有一定的理论意义。以软件行业为背景,提出的模型和方法对多项目管理在软件组织的实施具有重要的实践意义。本文主要作了以下工作:1.阐述了论文的研究背景。对论文的研究目标、意义、研究内容、创新点及研究方法进行了简要阐述,其中重点对项目管理理论与实践的发展、软件项目管理的特点,软件组织的竞争环境以及多项目管理问题的提出进行了深入分析。2.软件组织的项目管理系统是一个开放的、动态的复杂系统,面临的是多项目管理,它符合协同学研究的特征,因此,在软件组织的多项目管理中,应用协同学理论,有助于解决项目管理中存在的不协调问题,提高软件组织项目的成功率。论文对相关理论的要点及其对本文的指导作用进行了分析和研究,对多项目管理的国内外发展现状进行综述。在此基础上,提出了软件组织实施多项目管理中亟需解决的问题。系统化地解决这些问题是软件组织成功实施多项目管理的关键,具有重要的理论和实践意义。3.系统分析了软件组织中多项目协同管理的价值链增值过程,协同的技术基础,组织要求和原则,从经济、技术和组织三个层面对协同管理及其产生的协同效应进行了论述。在对多项目的管理模式和协同性进行分析的基础上,从项目层次维度、范围维度和过程维度对软件组织多项目管理的协同机制进行了分析;与已有研究不同的是,本文侧重研究从组织整体出发,基于项目生命周期各个阶段实施多项目管理过程中具体问题的解决方法和模型,因此,以过程维度为着眼点,建立了多项目协同管理的分层模型。模型的建立对于指导软件组织实施多项目管理具有重要的实践意义,同时它也成为贯穿于全文的研究主线。4.多项目协同管理模型的首要的内容是对备选的若干个软件项目进行优化排序与选择。根据协同理论,从目标的一致性、项目的效用、资源的优化与均衡三个角度,分析并得出了项目优选的逻辑模型。遵循评价指标体系的建立原则,逻辑模型和软件项目的特点,建立了软件组织多项目优选的评价指标体系,并对各指标进行了详细说明和量化。在此基础上建立了项目选择的多属性群决策模型,引入了能反映指标之间竞争激烈程度的熵权,提出了基于熵权的多指标综合
【Abstract】 With the rapid development and extensive application of information technology, the project management and multi-project management of software is becoming one of the focal points in current and future research on project management. The dissertation discusses the multi-project management in software organization and sets up a model of multi-project collaborative management in project life cycle based on the collaborative theory and synthesizing the theory and technology of system engineering, project management, theory of constraints and software engineering. It also makes creative study and experiments on the collaborative management in specific phrases. It promotes the application of system theory to project management area, enriches and develops the theory of project management, following theoretical sense. The research is based on software industry. The model and method proposed in the dissertation play an important role in multi-project practice. The following tasks are mainly accomplished in the dissertation:(1) The research background of this dissertation is expounded. It makes a brief introduction to the research goal, sense, research methods, research contents and creative points of the dissertation, and deeply analyzes the development of the project management theory, the features of software project management, competitive environment of software organization and appearance of the multi-project management.(2) The project management system of software organization is an open, dynamic and complicated system, which faces the multi-project management. It conforms to the features of collaborative study. Therefore, in the multi-project of software organization, the application of collaborative study is contributive to solving the uncoordinated problems existing in the project management. Besides, this application of collaborative study can also raise the success rate of software organization project, and be very helpful in achieving the strategy of software organization. The dissertation analyzes the relative theories and the directive meaning of these theories to this dissertation, and summarizes the current situation of multi-project management both at home and aboard.
