供应链敏捷化和绿色供应链的研究
Research on the Agility of Supply Chain and Green Supply Chain

【摘要】 供应链的出现及科学技术的快速发展,在经济全球化的今天,已使企业之间的竞争转变为供应链之间的竞争。市场环境瞬息万变,客户要求越来越个性化,不仅要求对供应链中的信息流、物流、资金流进行有效的计划、协调、调度、控制和优化,确保在正确的时间、将正确的物料、在正确的地点、按照正确的数量交付给正确的交易对象,而且要求供应链本身具有很高的柔性和快速响应市场的能力,因此供应链的敏捷化管理就显得尤为重要。本论文从供应链策略、结构、绩效和诊断以及可持续发展等方面研究了供应链的的敏捷化管理,此外,还研究了绿色供应链的几个问题,主要内容如下:第一章,论述了研究背景和意义,并对相关的研究进行了回顾,概述了本文研究的主要内容及创新点,给出了本文的结构体系;第二章,研究了供应链的敏捷化策略,将敏捷化策略应用于建筑供应链;第三章,研究了供应链的敏捷化构造,构建了住宅建筑供应链中的低价值材料链的敏捷化结构;第四章,从供应链信息流结构的角度,研究供应链的敏捷化信息流管理,用图论中的标号图构建供应链的信息流结构模型;第五章,用模糊Petri网这种形式化的建模方法对供应链中牛鞭效应进行建模和仿真分析,验证了一些重要的结论;第六章,根据平衡记分卡并结合供应链运作参考模型,构建了供应链敏捷化的绩效评价指标体系。以模糊Petri网为工具,建立供应链的快速诊断模型,并给出诊断算法;第七章,研究了绿色供应链管理过程中几个值得关注的问题,并研究了含有逆向物流的维修供应链的运作方案;第八章,总结全文,并讨论了供应链敏捷化管理及绿色供应链管理的进一步研究展望。本文的创新之处有5点:(1)从供应链的物理结构和组织结构两个角度构建了供应链的敏捷化结构,详细分析、探讨了供应链的敏捷化策略,将敏捷化策略应用于建筑供应链;(2)用图论中的标号图构建供应链的信息流结构模型,提出了一种新的信息集成模式,量化了Lee等专家提出的信息集成强度的概念;(3)建立了基于模糊Petri网的供应链牛鞭效应模型,较好地表述了牛鞭效应定量研究中有关信息共享程度、决策能力、信息传递能力这些不精确的知识表示问题,形象地描述供应链成员同步运作的现象;
【Abstract】 In the times of economic globalization, the appearance of supply chain and the fast development of science and technology have transformed the competition among the enterprises into the one between the supply chains. With the market changing fast, the requirements of customers are moving toward more and more individuation. Not only do the markets require effective schedule, co-ordination, dispatch and control for the information flow, material flow and fund flow in supply chain to make sure that the goods of right amount be delivered to the customers in the correct time and the place, but also require that the supply chain itself has high flexibility and the ability of fast response to the market. Therefore, the agility management for the supply chain is especially important. From the aspects of the policy, structure, performance, diagnosis and sustainable development of supply chain, the agility management for the supply chain has been studied in this dissertation. Moreover, the several issues of the green supply chain are also studied. The main contents are given as follows.Chapter 1 deals with the literature review, the background and the significance of the research. It also summarizes the main contents and some innovations of the research. Finally, the construct of the thesis is presented.In Chapter 2, the agility policies of the supply chain have been carried out in the research and applied to the construction supply chain.In Chapter 3, the agility structure of supply chain has been studied and the agility structure of the low-value fit-out chain in the house construction supply chain has been designed.In Chapter 4, from the perspective of the information flow of supply chain, the agility management of the information flow is studied, and the signed graph is used to construct the structure model of the information flow in the supply chain.In Chapter 5, the fuzzy Petri net(FPN), the method of construction model of formalization, has been applied used to model the bullwhip effect of supply chain, and by simulation analysis, some essential conclusions have been proved.In Chapter 6, in the light of BSC and SCOR models, performance measurement system of the agility of supply chain has been established, and the FPN has been utilized to construct the fast diagnosis model, and a diagnosis algorithm has been provided.In Chapter 7, some several issues in green supply chain management have been proposed and the operation projects on the service supply chain containing reverse logistics have been studied.
